I later brought another car and they said that they are not doing interior at that time when other cars were being done. I don't mind paying for a service and definitely this is not the place. High pressure sales tactics and less than honest sales people. I asked three times for the cheapest service that would wash, dry, vacuum and clean the windows. Patrick kept shoving the menu in my face and asking which service I wanted. I again asked for the cheapest package that would give me what i asked for. He selected the package. When I went inside to pay, I questioned the amount, which seemed a little high. I found out that Patrick had up sold me without my consent. The cashier summoned Jake and he took care of me. I have gone to this location for years to have my vehicles detailed. I raved about them over the years. Things have changed in the last year. My last service was not great, I talked to the manager about it and gave them another try today. Absolutely the WORST detail job ever today! They said it would be 2 hours and it ended up being 3 hours. I was not going to complain about time frame it if they needed that time to do a great job. The car was not shampooed, dirt all over the back, dirt on the panels inside the car, splotchy windows. I finally got to speak with the manager, he was busy with another unhappy client. He was very apologetic and said he wouldn't give me a refund, but would have them re-do the car. He also agreed that it was a very poor job and the car had not been shampooed and it was still dirty in many spots. I didn't have time to spend another 2 hours. He said they would give me a free shampoo when I had the time. I was sick and felt ripped off paying for a detail AND they had the car for 3 hours. I will never return to this location. read more

AVOID. If looking for a thorough clean go elsewhere. Decided to try again after having 2 bad experiences 2-3 months back for low quality work. Seems to be that not much has changed. Got the interior super clean detail and besides the service not being "express" by any means, they wait too long to dry the vehicle and leave water spots in multiple places. On top of that they claim they vacuumed under the seats yet an excessive amount of dog hair was still left when they said they would get it off with package i got (atleast most), was able to pull off with fingers so it was not attempted hard enough yet when brought to their attention had no problem the second time. Forgot to check space between front seat and fully exposed center console rear cup holders. Terrible job read more

Went to have car wash and detailing on 6.10.17. Drove in since not busy and asked Katelyn how long for the wash and detailing I would like to have. Was to 1 3/4 hour. I came in at 130. I asked Mari if the car was ready at 330. A 1/2 hour later--she said another 5-10 minutes. I did not leave the place until after 5. If you are young and drive a expensive vehicle-- your service is speedy. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I asked for the owner's name (Josh) name and number. I called the next day after I calmed down and left a vm message requesting a call back. Well three days later no response. I will not here. I gave it a 1 since I could not give it a (-10). read more

I took my car in for a wash several months ago and paid just under $100 to get my leather seats cleaned, etc.....so I thought ok, it's time for an oil change and wash, so I'll go there again.....well, when I saw my car after the wash (which was the same one I had last time, but surprisingly only $29 this time around), the leather seats were still dirty (something they cleaned last time) and they did not put my antenna back on my roof. I had to flag someone down and ask them to do it. I also had my car's oil changed, that was interesting....they told me I needed synthetic oil which took the change from $19.99 to over $60. That's ok, because I want to keep my car running nicely and maintain it....when they returned my car, they did not put a sticker on my windshield to inform me of my next oil change. My friend just told me that she had her car's oil changed the week before I did at the same place and her engine has oil spilled all over it. That shows, we should always take our vehicles in to the dealership for maintenance. Very disappointed and will not be returning. read more

This location has a really weird employee named Jerry. He asked me if there car I drove ther was mine and when I asked why he said" I was only joking." I drove sround the corner slowly and he kept saying don't be scared and then proceeded to make siren noises and yell out the car window at one of the other employees. I don't think I will be going back there anytime soon. The dingaling receptionist did not bother to tell me the car was ready so I had to ask for the keys back. read more

I brought my car in to be detailed on 11/25/16. They did a beautiful job detailing my car. If that was the end of the story, I would give this place 5 stars. My fiance' decided to take his car in for detailing the next day 11/26/16. We asked to be put on a call list, once the car was done. We never received that call. We went to pick up the car 3 hours later, we went inside, they handed us the keys and we took the car home, only to find the tom tom navigation unit, a gift card and a phone charger were missing. When I called the next day, the only thing they offered to do for us, was to bring the car back in and they would help us look for the items. Do not trust this place with anything of value. Nothing like the feeling of getting ripped off! Car was still dirty with bugs and water spots. Paid extra $20 for "wheel polish" that should last six months. Don't think they did anything other than run it through the line and wipe it down in a few areas. I'm paying you $40 to get the car clean not go through the motions and do a crappy job. I came to this location because it was the closest to my apartment, however that was a HUGE mistake. Never having been to a detailer before, I didn't know what to expect. I was only interested in getting my carpets and seats cleaned and that's IT, however, the guy at the front immediately walked me back to my car to "see what it looked like" and would NOT stop telling me about what ALL I needed to do to the interior AND exterior of my car. After telling him multiple times that's not what I was interested in and I wasn't looking to spend more than their $49 special, he repeated the $99 deal in it's entirety (again) and went on to say that my car wouldn't be "as clean as it needed to be everywhere". After paying for the $59 "special" I was told that it would be an hour and a half wait and waited inside. After about 45 I got bored and went across the street to grab lunch. My car wasn't done until 2 AND A 1/2 HOURS LATER and was still soaking wet on all the seats/floors. It looked great, I'll give them that, but my seats were wet for 3 days afterwards and I had to continue to sit on the plastic seat covers they provided. Also, the smell was okay at first, but it's been over a week and a half now and it smells HORRIBLE! Not to mention the dashboard, steering wheel, and door panels are SO sticky because of whatever finish they put on it. It took me 30 minutes to wipe everything down and it STILL feels so muggy inside my car. NOT going to be a returning customer. read more

I have not been to this Car Spa in a few years and I was in the area and needed an inspection. When I pulled up to the service area a kid ran out and with a black marker circled a very small crack in my windshield. He said it needed to be repaired and if they file an insurance reimbursement claim, they would give me a free car wash and take $10 off the inspection. When I arrived home, I looked carefully at the repair job and realized they did not do anything to fix it and they charged me full price for the inspection. Being a first time customer I was nervous to give this place a try from the mixed reviews, but I have to say I am definitely glad I did. I went there because of an unfortunate accident in my car that needed to be resolved as soon as possible. I wasn't sure if they'd be open because it was raining, but to my surprise when I pulled up and I was immediately greated by a sales associate, Sandy. I told her I had never been there and wasn't sure what I wanted she showed me a menu card with a lot of options. Bless her heart because I had a lot of questions and she stood outside getting rained on without trying to pressure me into a decision quickly. She recommended a combo detail package and gave me the price. Probably because of the weather they weren't very busy, so my car was done in a decent amount of time. They had a fairly large waiting room and you can watch your car go in the tunnel. Its nice to feel like a valued customer even if I haven't been there before. I definitely will be back. read more

A tale of two experiences. I took two cars to this location today, the first my 2013 Corvette Grand Sport Convertible that I had hand washed. The experience was as perfect as it could get. The guy that worked on my car got every nook and cranny and used compressed air to get all the water out of the seams and tail lenses. Interior was spotless and he even made sure my yellow calipers were clean. Great Job! Went back with my 2010 Audi S5 Convertible and got the Full Service Gold package. Two guys worked on my car. One, did a good job. The other, a Justin Beber look-a-like just didn't want to work. Spent 5 minutes on the car and then spent 5 minutes texting. Spent another 5 minutes on the car and then flirted with one of the counter girls that came out to talk to him. Spent another 5 minutes on the car and his partner had to tell him to vacuum his side as he was already done. Supervisor came over and looked at the interior and had to tell him to clean the inside of the windshield. When I was told the car was ready, the "Justin" side was horrible. The chrome was all streaked, the seats were not wiped down correctly and he never pulled out the floor mats as there was dirt under them. The manager wanted to fix it but I told him I wasn't letting Justin anywhere near my car again. He thought this was really funny, I didn't. read more

Every time I go here, they always try to upsale you so be careful. They will show you the most expensive options first. I took my used new (great condition) car there because i just wanted the interior shiny and detailed. They were still offering the most expensive. I was like it's not dirty!! I just want it to look shiner. I had to keep telling him no the the expensive ones. They finally settled on one-- I paid like $40 to clean a pretty much already clean car. smh. Also it looked like a rush job. Plus all the other times they did that too with my old car-- try to upsale to things you didn't even need. I think they actually did a good job once but in the last 1.5 yrs it has gone downhill. They want you to buy the most expensive thing and that is all they care about. Period. I just leased a building around the corner from Car Spa that will employ a little over 2000 associates. I saw the Car Spa and decided to get my car washed. I told the attendant I wanted the car washed, towel dried, the wheels cleaned, the interior vacuumed and the windows cleaned. He gave me a ticket and I went inside and paid. When I went outside under the covered area there was one other car there besides mine. I thought something was wrong only having two customers but space for twenty or more cars. But as I walked out there were two associates drying my car off. One person, the tall white guy walked over to the other car that two associates were working on. The black guy then vacuumed my car and then rubbed tire shine on the tires. He then flagged me over meaning my car was ready. I was shocked it took no more than five minutes start to finish. When I got to my car I noticed the rims were still dirty. I asked the associate how much more it was to get the rims cleaned. I was sure the ticket writer said this was included and they would clean the wheels. The associate replied back "I will clean them for you sir" and he did. I saw alot of missed water spots on my car so I grabbed a towel and started drying off my car. When the associate finished cleaning my rims he walked over to the other car where the others were. I finished drying off my car. I was shocked he just walked away when in my opinion the car wasn't dried completely. When I got in the car I could see they didn't clean the windows on the inside. I left. I wss not happy. I then called Car Spa and asked for a manager and was put on hold. No one came to the phone so I called back and asked if there was an owner I could speak to. I was given a number of 888-552-2885 and told to call that number. I did and it was a service that answers complaints for a variety of companies. The lady said all she was supposed to do is get my contact information and someone may call me back. I called back to Car Spa and spoke to another associate and was told a Ralph was the owner and his number is 469-374-0280. I called a number of times and all I got was an answering machine, no one there to answer the phone. I left two messages to no avail. If I had seen all the bad reviews on Yelp before I went to Car Spa, I would of never gone there. I can tell they are lacking business when I drive by early day, even of Saturdays. I will put money down that they are not in business much longer. I have found a great car wash in Allen I now used a few times a week that really seems to be on top of their game and I will never use Car Spa again at any of their locations. Draw your own conclusions but based on the number of poor reviews written on Car Spa I don't think I would go there. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Brought my car in for detailing today, Asked an ETA for when they thought it would be done. They quoted two hours. When it went to three hours, I told them it was unacceptable, and demanded that they refund whatever they didn't finish and give me my car back, STAT. So I got a refund on the polishing. That is not the main issue, although that itself was enough. What they did was run my battery completely down while they fooled around with detailing my car. I now have to buy a new battery, because they completely trashed it. I do want to say one good thing about the people that work there and this does not include the managers who are awful. I had money in the car, around $20, that I had forgotten about. The service people uncovered it, and left it on the seat for me. That was remarkably honest. The girl at the desk, Natalie, was also very service oriented. The managers are crap. And that's all I want to say about that. Do not bring your car here -- after all the aggravation, my car is not even clean. And I'm out a couple hundred dollars for a new battery, towing, inconvenience. They wrecked my day. read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever paid for! After waiting for one solid hour for a Silver level interior/exterior clean, my car is still dirty. Car got out of wash and sat there for 30 min. while car air dried. I had to ask twice for them to give me a status update. Car has dirt and water spots all over and windows weren't even wiped. They simply ran car through the automatic wash, vacuumed the driver side mat and threw tire shine all over the car. RIP OFF. No need to take it back as they clearly are not able to even provide a basic wash. read more

Just took my Maserati Ghibli in for a wash and inspection. I will never be back. First they left the floor very wet, and floor mats wet and in the trunk. It seems they don't know how to dry things. Then the inspection. This car has 15,000 miles, runs perfectly, and just a month ago had the annual service and warranty check from the dealer. But your guy claims several electrical items did not pass. The obvious truth is your guy is not familiar with high end engines and how to inspect them. I won't ever be back and I will make sure to tell all my friends not to waste their time with your business. read more

My wife and I have been a loyal customers of this Car Spa location for about 7 years. Tasha is the best and most reliable. She pays attention to detail and treats her customers with respect and she is very courteous. Tasha, should be promoted to a trainer position. She would be an asset to the company if they would allow her to on-board new employees. Josh, the General Manager, is a good guy as well. He will make sure you are treated very well. The place is always clean and all the employees work very hard. With that being said, there should be an on-boarding program in place for all new to employees. read more

I know everyone says they don't do the best car washes, but I needed a oil change and inspection. I got the oil change and they had said that I got a free car wash. I thought why not, and I had really needed the inside cleaned so I had upgraded for $20. Now I'm home I see how they have scraped my roof, pretty noticeably, and I had just it painted about a week ago... Also, the 10 min wait for the inspection turned into a 45 min wait... Don't know what's worse, CarSpa or the dealerships... Save your TIME and MONEY and go somewhere else!! read more

This Friday evening, we arrived 20 minutes below closing, so we probably deserved this lol. But still, why have a closing time? The bay doors were open when we arrived, but we figured it was too late for an oil change. Pulled into the car wash area. The attendant was very friendly and insisted that they would do an oil change so long as the doors were still open. Pulled around quickly...15 minutes till closing now. No one was around. Go inside...mechanic is talking to another customer. I ask the desk attendant if it is too late for an oil change. He asks the mechanic...anddddd here is where it gets weird. Mechanic rolls his eyes, storms past me, out the door, picks up the inspection sign, literally throws it into the garage making a huge crash, slams the first bay door....we are parked outside the third door. He climbs in the driver's seat and says to my wife, "get out of the van". We are in shock at this point. She is barely out..she's shutting the passenger door, he throws it into drive and pulls into the bay. Long story short, the other mechanic end up making up something about how they would need to inspect over a hundred items to perform the oil change due to the mileage on the van. We left. So I TOTALLY get the concept of not wanting to change our oil at that time on a Friday night. That is why I asked if it was too late. My words to the counter person were, "It's probably too late to get an oil change, right?" And this was AFTER being INVITED to get the oil changed by the car wash attendant. If the mechanic wanted to close before the posted closing time, all he had to say was no and it would have been no big deal whatsoever. It still wasn't a big deal, just bizarre watching this guy throw a tantrum and be incredibly rude to my wife. There is so much competition for the services carspa offers it's surprising that they allow their employees to treat customers like dirt. A quick search of 'oil change' near 5028 West Park Boulevard shows many many many alternatives with just a few square miles. We found one and had a great experience there the next day. Definitely won't ever go back to carspa. Definitely will advise the same among friends and family when the topic comes up - if anything carspa has left us with a great story to tell over...and over....and over.... :) read more

$12 car wash pretty good. Missed some spots that were dirty. Store was clean on the inside and staff was friendly.

Scenario - Multiple road trips with a child that can't seem to hold on to her food or drink and a couple hundred bugs stuck to the windshield and front grill. Solution - Full detail with the Maguire's wax add on! Result - Okay to Good. I went for the full $129 package with the headlight restoration. I knew the car needed some serious help and the last trip in the wilds of MIssouri convinced me that it was time to get the oxidation off my headlights. Even with the FULL package, the guy tried to upsell me which I thought was a little ridiculous. When I picked up the car, a few hours later, it wasn't to the level that I thought it should have been. Some parts of the seats were missing the leather conditioning, the windows were still dirty and there were still bug guts on my windshield and on the front of the car. Bug guts that now had been waxed on apparently. I grabbed the manager Aaron and he was very nice, apologized and immediately had one of his guys redo the areas I pointed out. As I was driving away I could see streaks on the inside on the windshield and there were still bug guts on the outside although I watched them clean it again (I think it will take a razor blade to get them off!). The Maguires left a beautiful shine and I will be back for that in another 6 months. Overall, I was a little disappointed but I think they did the best the could considering the level of filth the car was in. BEST PART - I have two wallets. One a full size and one smaller that I can put into my back pocket when I don't want to carry a purse. I had left my larger wallet tucked under my seat and they found it and left it in a bag of the other random items they found. I had COMPLETELY forgotten about that wallet being there, and the two credit cards inside. I am not sure how long it would have taken me to realize that it was even missing. I will be back for that reason alone. read more

Terrible car wash! I brought my Infiniti G37 here recently for the detailing service. For $40 I don't expect actual detailing, but when I walked up to my car it still had numerous dirty spots on the exterior that were very visible. There were also new scratches on the left back door that I never noticed before!! I am usually pretty careful with my car and park far away at stores and just noticed them after walking up to my car after the car wash, so I'm pretty sure it is damage that resulted from their cleaning. I asked one of the attendants to remove all of the still dirty spots while pointing to them and then asked about the scratches, to which he replied "they won't come off, they must just be a part of the car." Also, I paid for the leather seat cleaning wash and the seats looks exactly the same to me and could be easily cleaned with a wet cloth when I got home. I love my car so this was a very disappointing experience!! read more

I waited for 2 hours, saw people coming and going, until finally i asked if my vehicle was done being washed/waxed... apparently it had been sitting there for over an hour and a half and NO ONE told me it was done. When I mentioned it to an employee they offered a free car wash within 48 hours. TWO DAYS? Who really washes their car that often?? First time at this Car Spa but will not be returning; finish work was poor. They left bug splatter on the front windshield and hood that was very easy to get off. I don't think they paid much attention to the work they did. It was vacuumed and wiped down - but nothing beyond apparently. The dash board was not even wiped down. Meh... I was really exited that I got a $20 membership per month. It was external wash only. I don't know the name of the manager ( kinda tall, white skin, blond hair, blue eyes) but he shoved it down my throat and I picked the cheapest one, he was trying to make me get an expensive membership but I declined. I asked him how much would it be if I wanted an internal clean and he said "it'll be cheap..$8-$10 max. I said ok. Next day I go to wash my car and ask for internal cleaning and he said it was $18!!!! Why would you lie to me? I know, to get me to get your stupid membership that isn't even good at all! Every time I went for a carwash with the membership they barely touched my car with the brush, the guys who dry the cars missed 80% of my car so I end up with spots everywhere. And god forbid you say something to them because they will be rude very rude to you. My advise: don't go there!!!! They just want your money and don't give a shit about your car. Today I went in, washed my car and canceled the membership as soon as they finished with my car. Manager looked at me with the stare of "really bitch" I stared at him back with the "that's right mothafuckah" look. In a few words..... gas station carwash are better than this shit hole. I've used this business about a dozen or so times and I have to agree with what most people are saying. Customer service isn't a priority. I got an oil change and that went really well. The guy was quick and polite. Then you get to the cashier, Haley. You can tell in less than 60 seconds she hates her job and wishes she was somewhere else. She never smiled or was pleasant in any way. She was suppose to call me when the car was ready. She never called and then lied about it when I called her. She may be a very intelligent person and do an awesome job once she finds something she is interested it. This job isn't it. I don't blame her. It's the manager's job to make sure the employees are doing their job. He/She should be stressing the importance of customer service and paying attention to what you're doing. Once I arrived to pick up my car she couldn't find the keys and told me to just walk out in the bay and find someone and ask about my keys. She didn't call the bay and have them bring me my keys in. She just told me to wonder about and find someone. I went out to the bay (where customers should never be) and spoke to what appeared to be a supervisor. And to no one's surprise, Haley did have the keys. She just couldn't be bothered to look for them. The carwash itself appears to be okay but it isn't outstanding. The gentleman that ran in to get my keys, Allen, was extremely polite. He appeared to enjoy his job and have an understanding of customer service. However, the cashier is the person that you will have to deal with the most and so she had the biggest impact on the score. As the carwash was acceptable and not outstanding I have to give the overall score 2 stars. If it hadn't been for Allen saving them at the end, I would have given it one star. Since, you shouldn't have to interact with Allen if everything is done properly it should probably be 1.5 stars but that's not an option. read more

My son left his Nintendo DS in a hidden compartment under his seat. Not knowing this, I took my car to get a normal wash. Later he showed me where he left it and I went to Car Spa and talked to the manager (idiot). He didn't want to deal with me so he fluffed me off on the assistant manager that had been on duty when I took the car in (even bigger idiot). They were unapologetic and did absoutely nothing. I called the district manager which was another waste of my time. The least they could have done was apologize, tell me they would talk to the employees and then lie to me. At least pretend like you care about the customer. Too much competition to waste my time and money. read more
