Worst place I've ever been, they ran my credit, first told me they were going to tell me how much I was approved for, never did, then tried to sell me a car for $16k when the car is only worth $7k-$9k at best, they wanted a $600 car payment, which was outrageous, then when I tried to walk away and told them I wanted a copy of the paperwork they didn't let me leave for 2 additional hours while they held onto my paper work and kept coming back with 3 offers and then got the store owner who was super disrespectful. I was nice to them and said I wanted to leave and talk to my parents about the decision (I'm only 20) and when I said that the owner said "aren't you old enough to make a decision without mommy and daddy" rudest person I've ever met. All I have to say is that I love this place! I've had my 2008 Malibu for over 2.5 years and it still runs smoothly! I bought it with over 100,000 miles on it, and have put 45,000 and have never had to bring it in to the dealership for anything (except for regular oil changes and two recalls that Chevy had). About a week ago one of the front lights died and, if you know anything about this car, it is a pain changing it (front bumper has to be removed and all), but I called Car Outlet and they were able to take care of it within a day. They have great customer service and the facility is alway clean. read more

Worst customer service ever. I was ready to buy and found the vehicle I liked in the color which I felt great about. I contacted the dealer with wanting to know the price of the vehicle. I was treated horribly and was told lie after lie about not being able to get the price cause they haven't put the price in the system, no one there knew what the price was, and the fact that the price wasn't transferred from the other location. I just got a car from here, it wasn't anything differnt than any other dealership. The salesman helped me, I think hes name is Leo. He explained everything and got me my financing. I picked out a Nissan Murano I LOVE IT! I know people hate on this place, but they treated me right. I got my loan and now I building back my credit. Terrible service. Cars with over 100K miles being sold for $15-20,000 and they get mad when you walk away for that reason. Yes they finance to those with bad credit, but dont jump at the opportunity just because theyre the only ones that will approve you. my car thank God, has been working fine. The only thing i had an issue with was that it was overpriced. it cost around 13,000 and they don't tell you that they also finance the insurance. They say its the "liability" but they don't tell you it's getting financed WITH the total car loan and with the 21% interest. my total loan was for 16,000 which came to a total of 26,000 financed! i've paid on time for 13 months now, and only managed to pay 2,000 towards my actual car. Very disappointing. I recommend people to refinance somewhere else because if you refinance with them, they only LOWER your monthly payments and EXTEND your loan term. I just got approved in a different more reliable place. i just wanted to spread the word ! read more

If I could give them no stars i would but can't post review until I select one. They are the worst place ever, never buy a car from here. They act like they want to work with you. I purchased a vehicle there and at the beginning everything seemed great but when I took the vehicle for a simple repair that should have been done in a day or two it took them one whole week. The next time my brakes were making a noise because they needed to be replace. I took my vehicle in once more (trying to give them a 2nd chance) but the same thing happened. It took them over a week to get fixed and at the end they didn't even fix it, I had to get my brakes fixed else where. When I took the receipt and told them I wanted to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty. They said they couldn't because they didn't find anything wrong with the brakes, but you could hear the grinding of the brakes. When you call for the auto repair department they are rude, to speak to someone in customer service they never pickup. Very bad customer service. All they are interested is in getting the money, they don't even care about the customer. They are very pushy in their sales as well. When you have questions or problems or concerns all they say is "sorry i don't know, sorry that's how the finance company works, there is nothing we can do about it". I'm reporting this place to the better business bureau. Everyone should do this as well. read more

They sold me a broken car about a year and a half ago.. the air conditioning was leaking (the salesman JOSE told me that saturns just "leak"). also if you are more than 1 day late on a payment they will call you and harass you. I've had a gentleman call me and cuss me out for being 2-3 days late on a payment after telling them MULTIPLE times they needed to contact my parents because they would be finishing off my car payments. I don't recommend anyone coming here they tried to scam my boyfriend into buying a "$36,000" Honda Civic when really the car should have been no more than $7,000. My boyfriend gave them a down payment and soon after being there for 5 hours he didn't sign the contract. He called back and wanted his money back they said yes it'll be ready in 2 weeks. We didn't get the money back for months after that until we threatened to bring in lawyers. Then all of a sudden they have the money! Shady place don't go there!!! This place is, let's just say, the biggest scam ever. They tried to sell me a 2013 Chevy Cruze for a whopping 480$ a month (because i guess they cover full coverage insurance, but somehow you still pay liability leaving the actual monthly payment around 320$) with almost 130,000 miles. The worst part is they completely used all my information, messed with it like it was a joke, sent in false information to their "lender", and said i needed 3000$ down on a car valued at $7000 on Kelly Blue Book. The best thing about it, is the 3 hours i was in there trying to see what they had, not once would they tell me the price of the car, or any prices. They are there for your money, nothing else, no real help whatsoever. Won't even directly answer your questions, they will swerve around them. The Chevy i test drove also had the worst breaks it slid through the light. STAY FAR AWAY. Take this review from a smarter than average 19 year old, that the dealer though they could get off on. I do agree, they sell broken cars at a high price!!! Their "technicians" are not so knowledgeable. My brother is stuck with them. He recently went in to return a vehicle, but they told him they couldn't take the car back, that is not a way to "handle business". He argued, the vehicle doesn't work, because it will not pass the emission test, it's been in his driveway for the longest now. The other option was to exchange the vehicle. Now....due to the exchange, they gave him a car who had the check engine light and after a day of having it, a band or something broke, he took it back the same day it got broken, they said we will go ahead and fix it....did they fix anything? No! but yet wanted to charge him about $200 for having the car in their mechanic storage. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND THEY TEND TO SELL JUNK CARS. read more

I would like to start off by saying that purchasing from this place was absolutely the worst mistake I've ever made. The associate who helped me, Lalo, was extremely pushy for one. I feel like because I came in there alone and because I'm young, Lalo took advantage of the situation. I came in there in high hopes of purchasing a car on my own, I was excited. I was completely wrong to come here. My salesperson only showed me one car, I showed my concern and expressed it to him. He knew and I told him that I wasn't sure about the car I bought. I felt that he lied to me and "reassured" that the car was in great condition and that the car was well certified. When I test drove it I asked about the noises that the car was making, he seemed sure and told me that it was the new breaks. I really honesty feel that I've lost all trust in this company. After 2 weeks the noises on the car never stopped, he said that my breaks needed to be worn in, I had my dad take a look at it and he said the band that made my car run was old and the breaks were old and rusting, we had to replace them. I'm sorry but I don't think that a 2008 Mazda 3, CERTIFIED, should have to have a new replacement on the breaks. This car was way to expensive. My car right now is only worth about 3,000, if that. I bought this car a year ago. I bought the car for 4 more times of what the value of is today. That is so wrong, I don't recommend ANYONE going to this place, you can always find something better. To top this off, I tried to trade in my car somewhere else and when they did my credit check, this company never showed on the credit bureau sheet... I pay my car payments on time, all the time and its not even reflecting on my credit. How messed up is that? Iv'e made every payment on time, never missed one and I don't even benefit from it. DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!!! I wanted to break my contract, I bought this car on a Friday wanted to return it the following Monday, because they did not just sell me a car that supposedly was certified but was not workin as well. they also lied to me sayin that their mechanics and technicians took a very good look at it, that it had a 172. Point inspection.well obviously not a day later as i drove it i felt the car kicking and shaking it was bad. i tried telling them that i wanted to return the car but they said that i couldnt do that a contract is a contract but in the other reviews people are saying that their contract has been ripped up or cancelled. then they also said that if i were to return the car it would come up on my credit as REPO they would sell it in an auction and if the auction sells it for example for $5,000 that i would have to pay the remaining balance of the car (the car was sold to me for 10,446) and if i don't pay it they would take it out of my pay stubs. they pressured me into buying a car and that i had to check it out on a 5 minute ride then they took me through a rocky road so i wouldn't feel the car kick. read more
