The team is so knowledgeable, they were able to tell me that it was probably a worn out key (which - I didn't even think of!). The technician asked me to send them a picture of the key and showed up in about 15 minutes. As soon as they got to the site, I scrolled TikTok a few times and they were done! Steering column unlocked = car started right up! Genius, quick, and efficient. Also super affordable!

Okay, so a while back, I finally decided to buy a second keyfob for my car. I've had it over a decade with one key. I reached out to Lulus, had a spare that day. Less than 10 minutes in the process, at my home. Good thing, because recently my original key went bye bye. Called up Lulus again, wanted an oem fob to replace. They put in an order while I was on vaca. My first day back and within hours of contacting them, tech shows up, 10 minutes, new OEM fob. Yes, competitively priced. I called two others to price out OEM fobs. Still went with Lulus, but I always compare. Sometime the key to a good life, is knowing a good locksmith that can provide an actual key. Enjoy your loved ones. Hug em hard. Get a huge hug back. Be well, donate to your food pantry. You're not giving to others, you're giving of yourself, your huge beating heart. Peace.

I was a little surprised by the price which is why I dropped a star. It was quoted a tiny bit high but still around the competition (most quotes came out to $180-280), but was completed higher than competitors in the end. That being said, I don't know if the actual price from competitors would have been higher than their quotes. For transparency here, I paid a $65 service fee plus $55 per house lock. The mailbox was a higher charge at $125. I was quoted $200-300 (probably assuming 3 locks rather than the 4 I ended up needing); it came out to about $410 plus tax. The result is the same. I have a fully rekeyed home and mailbox. Service was excellent. The vehicle was well marked and the Johnny was very professional and easy to work with.
