I did not have to wait very long for him to arrive. I needed a new battery, so Gibran quickly began to take the old one out and put in a new battery with a 3 year warranty. He was efficient and very polite. He made sure that everything was working correctly. As I began to drive away, I stopped to ask him why I was still getting notices on my dashboard, and he assured me that the notices would go away very soon. And sure enough, they did.
