My insurance authorized an aftermarket replacemt of the back glass on my work truck, but it didnt function the same way as OEM. Had a little fender bender and brought my suv to Franks. Jeremy is very communicative and told me exactly what to expect and when to expect it. Let me start by saying my vehicle was DESTROYED. I wasn't sure what was going to happen and how this process was going to work. Carol helped me every step of the way. I can't believe how easy she made this for me. I had weekly emails of what was being done! How many steps were left till all repairs were completed. As they were repairing my vehicle they found more damage and Carol made sure to contact my insurance company and get approval for all the additional damage so it could be done in a timely yet efficient manner. He is now at the additional Frank's branch in San Clemente near Pico. Any time needed Auto repair, Frank's Collision has been my choice. When we read the reviews, we expected to have a completely different experience than we have had. Our daughters brand new Audi (a few weeks old) was hit while she was at work, and we brought the car to Frank's (through insurance) for the repair. The damage was not significant, but did require repairs to the drivers door panel. Estimated cost was around $1500, so not an exceptionally complex or time consuming project. Fast forward two weeks after having left it with them, we had to get the car back as our daughter was leaving for college. The repairs remain incomplete - the paint job is so poor. Orange peel feeling paint repair area, paint has scratches in it, large flecks left sticking out. They painted over the piano finish on the exterior. Then then put some rag on the hood which stained the wrap. They put something else on the door mirror which stained that wrap. They didn't put the protective piece back on the door edge. There is PAINT inside the car on the shifter. Somehow they used nearly an entire tank of gas for the car while they had it. There is some overspray inside the car too which has left spots on the piano finish inside. I am SOOOOO mad. There is more damage to deal with from their "repairs" than there was when we brought it in. Unacceptable. Deeply, deeply unacceptable. read more

I am so so impressed and extremely happy with the work done on my car at Frank's. My car got hit by a firetruck on the front bumper (more towards the left side) so they had to replace it but when I got my car I am not sure what they did but it totally looked like a brand new one. Love it! Carol was are very professional and cordial over the phone and by email, which they used to communicate every step they were taking to fix my car. And, Jeremy was also very professional and nice even helping me with one last minute detail on my car without hesitation. I had a terrible accident from a semi truck who's metal lid ripped off and slammed into a Lincoln and the metal lid ricocheted off the Lincoln and slammed into my car causing my two tires on the left side to get torn and destroyed, along with the underside insulation to my car being torn apart. My insurance sent my car to get fixed at Franks, when I went to pick my car up, I got my car in pristine condition. My car had scratches and dings unrelated to the accident and franks went ahead and fixed everything. It almost didn't even look like my car.
