None of this is the fault of Brothers Auto - it's simply what led me to them. Once there I encountered a delightful lady who checked me in and out. The entire process, including the state-mandated visual smog check, took about 10 minutes. This was a very positive experience and I want Brothers to know how lucky they are to have her to initially handle customers. She helped me to forget how aggravated I was at the State of California. However, if it's coming from paradise, it's a different story. My family has bought 3 cars from paradise over the last few years. That's where my confidence for buying an older car comes from. My salesman Corey reminded me why I should feel confident when doing business with paradise. Putting business aside, he's an amazing dude. Back to business though. Corey is super straight forward, honest, and extremely friendly, just like everyone else I talked to in my short time in paradise. Over in the service department, Mark is a treat to talk to as well.
