This is the most intelligent well run auto body shop in the area that I've ever engaged with. They are polite, intelligent and explain everything extremely clearly. As an engineer I really appreciate the clear precise and accurate information they provide in the reasonable prices that they have. A few years ago I had exactly the same thing happened to my car as they just fixed. The other Auto body company charged my insurance far more than fix Auto did for the same thing and they did it far better they made a little mistake and they corrected it immediately with no questions asked. My Mercedes is very complicated and they figured it all out and reached out to the dealer when necessary. Thank you to fix Auto read more

I stopped by after my wheel arch trim had popped loose, expecting I'd need an expensive repair. They took a look, were able to pop it back into place in just a few minutes and didn't charge me a dime. They were honest, kind and incredibly helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future body work or recommend them to anyone! read more

I can't say enough good things about Fix Auto in San Clemente! From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process of getting my car repaired. Their team made everything feel easy and stress-free, and they were always happy to answer any questions I had along the way. The repair work was done quickly and flawlessly--and I was blown away by how spotless my car was, inside and out, when I picked it up. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and about the customers they serve. As a certified Tesla repair shop, they handled my Tesla with the utmost care and expertise, and that peace of mind is priceless. I totally recommend them to anyone needing auto body work, especially Tesla owners, and I'll absolutely be coming back if I ever need anything in the future. read more

They are the absolute best! Three times I have had to take out Tesla in and each time the project has come in under the initial quote, excellent communication and outstanding craftsmanship. read more

Great service. Good collision work. Can't get much better than this location. Anton and crew are top notch.

I have had two repairs done by this shop and was very satisfied with the work and customer service. The third time I went in was a disaster. I was treated horribly by both the front office women and the elderly gentleman with a dyed goatee in a nearby cubicle. They were both rude, condescending and disrespectful. So much so, that I decided at that point to take my business elsewhere. The older gentleman needs to learn to keep his comments and personal swipes to himself. I won't be returning to this shop. This guy needs some serious training and lessons in keeping his mouth shut. Maybe he is bitter that he is at the end of his career and working an entry level job. leave your condescending attitude at your trailer park, buddy. It's not good for business. read more

My daughter's Tesla was hit in the parking lot at her work, the skin of the front passenger door needed to be replaced. Finding Tesla approved body shops in some areas is on the more difficult side, we also wanted to use the insurance carrier's authorized repair facility, to ensure things go smoothly. I called 6 local shops, and they were booked extremely far out, they didn't do the work on Tesla's locally, they must tow the vehicle out of the area. It was difficult to even to get a call back (as sad as that is). We then called Fix Auto (San Clemente). From the initial call, customer service was spectacular. The woman that I spoke to made things extremly easy to set up a time to look at their facility, get an estimate for repairs, etc. The entire process was extremely easy. Fix Auto (San Clemente) was very organized, kept us updated each step of the way, they quoted an estimated completion date, and they finished a day early. When we picked our vehicle up it was returned in the same condition as leaving it with them, but the repair was completed. I would highly recommend Fix Auto (San Clemente) to my friends, colleagues and family. Getting your car repaired is already extremely frustrating and stressful, they take the frustration and stress out of things. Fix Auto (San Clemente), thank you for your hard work, amazing customer service. You have earned a new customer and referral source. Thank you! I look forward to doing business with you in the future (well, hopefully not - you know what I mean). We sincerely appreciate you and your hard work does not go unrecognized. read more

Outstanding! Thank you guys for doing an amazing job on my Tesla. Everything was smooth from getting the quote to scheduling service to the finished product. Excellent communication. I had taken my car for a prior quote, and this quote was much more reasonable and more in line with what I thought it would be. Who wants to get ripped off? No one! I wanted to have just the hood of my car painted, as it had lost its clear coat and had dulled. Fix Auto usually does not paint cars (only on collision repairs), but they were kind enough to do this for me, as just the hood was an easy undertaking. Wow, they did an excellent job and had it done in the same day! Now my car shines with it's pearl luster and clear coat - couldn't be happier! All three gentlemen (Dylan, Anton, and Ron were wonderful to deal with and a big shout out to Jose who "ubered" me back home after leaving my car with them. Great place, great people, and should I ever need collision repair (hope not ), this will be my "go to place!" Thank you, Fix Auto! read more

State Farm recommended this five star place of business to fix my car that was damaged from a hit and run (three cars in my immediate neighborhood were in the accident). Plus, the guy who did the damages left the scene. Unfortunately, the manager of Fix Auto in SC told me my car should be scraped completely because the damages out weighed the value of the car. I understood, but he asked me to remove my car (sooner than later). So, I removed my car that same day and took my car to another garage who quoted State Farm a reduced 50% cost to repair all the damages to my vehicle. I would not recommend Fix Auto for any repairs. read more

Seriously cannot say enough good things about fix auto. I have an Audi A4 and have been bringing my car there for a few various things for the past year or two, and every time I go it's nothing short of a pleasant experience. They are professional, honest, kind and get the job done perfectly. Everyone there is just awesome. Dillon, who is usually up front or on the phone, is so freaking awesome! He is never hesitant to do a favor even if it's asking the guys to take time out of their busy schedule of paying clients to just put my new windshield wipers on, on a random day. There is a reason these guys are booked out weeks in advance! They are the best. Thanks for being amazing Fix Auto!! read more

My parked car was hit by someone backing into the spot next to me causing a broken taillight, dented fender and scratches. Fix Auto repaired my car in a timely manner and did a great job! I initially got a quote for body repairs at a Tesla owned body shop. Seemed very high and not to enthusiastic to earn my business. Found Fix Auto SC, which is a Tesla approved body shop. They listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want and quoted me a very competitive price. Dylan and Conner were great communicators throughout the process, professional, good listeners and responsive. Definitely would recommend them or go to them in the future if my car were to need body work. Very happy with the finished product! read more

I was in an accident where I was side swiped so when I was looking for a body shop I came to Fix Auto and one other place for an estimate. It ended up going through the insurance but I am SO glad I chose Fix Auto! They really went above and beyond to fix my car. Everyone who works there is just extremely friendly, explains the process and is up front about pricing. I'm sure many people know taking your car to the body shop is never fun, but they honestly made the experience enjoyable. They had my car back to me in just 24 hours and the work was honestly flawless. My car had a couple small unrelated scratches and they even fixed those small spots. Fix Auto is where I went after someone T-boned my car. I went through their insurance (farmer's) which led me here. The manager guy, Lisa and the mechanics are great. I don't like the other front desk guy - he needs some service training. Long story short - car was fixed and looks new again in a week (I expected 2 weeks minimum). They overcommunicate with you everyday, which is good & bad. Overall, I would come here again, but hope I never have to :) read more
