Ruben and Chris were so helpful in assisting me with my bumper damage on my car! Highly recommend this location!

Made an appointment to have minor damage inspected. Showed up on time, filled out paperwork. Waited. And waited. Then watched as a customer who arrived 20 minutes after me was helped immediately. Don't waste your time here. Too many better collision centers nearby read more

Our 2011 BMW convertible had a wrestling match with our push broom in the garage and left a quarter size dent and another small ding right in the middle of the hood. I was warmly greeted by WILLIAM (service writer) and took care of the estimate. I was never rushed but assured me I would be happy. I asked to repair the damage and repaint entire hood. The car was brought in MONDAY and was ready after WILL inspected his work and it was washed and ready ON WEDNESDAY. But get this, WILL offered to deliver the car to our house for my wife since I was not available!! What service is that! The front desk, Maria was also very attentive. My big black Tundra is next, black paint requires expert craftsmanship because it reflects every detail. I trust WILL and his team at Caliber Collision to handle this black paint project. I'm certain you'll be as happy and excited as we were. Thanks so much WILL read more

Daniel Prendergast was a huge help. I brought in my new GS550 for a bumper repair. After ordering the part he made sure the repairs were completed quickly, thoroughly and at the estimated cost. No "extras" as sometimes happens with auto repairs. I highly recommend Caliber - ask for Daniel! read more

Used to love this place; 2 other cars repaired great here but this time they already messed up & car not even being worked on! They gave us appointment for a Tuesday claiming they had parts they needed & it would take 4-5 DAYS. Now they've had my car 3 days &they won't have part until next week. This was a non emergent problem & had they been honest I would have delayed bringing in car til next week - they are saying 3 WEEKS! Very unhappy read more

Osiel and the Team Deserve 10 Stars! I cannot say enough good things about Osiel and the team at Caliber Collision. I was in an accident with my Alfa Romeo and was so stressed about where to take it. It's a luxury car, and not many places are qualified to work on them, so I was honestly nervous when Geico referred me here. From the very beginning, Osiel made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. He kept me updated every step of the way and was always so kind and patient in answering all my questions. They went above and beyond--not just with the repairs (which were flawless), but with the entire experience. When I got my car back, it was clean, beautifully repaired, and actually finished three days ahead of schedule. Osiel even helped with arranging the rental car and made sure all my things--like my car seat--were transferred over. If you're ever in need of auto body work, especially for a luxury vehicle, I 100% recommend Osiel and the Caliber Collision team. They truly care about their customers and it shows. Thank you all so much! read more

Great experience at Caliber Collision. Osiel and Sharon made the process seamless. Brought my car in for a quote, parts were ordered and repair work done - all in less than a few days. And they delivered my car cleaner than I left it. Great experience. Will use them from here on out! read more

Jerry and his team went above and beyond in a difficult restoration on my 2019 F50. Had what looked like a side swipe on a lower section of my door panels down the passenger side of my truck. Not only did they do it in a timely manner but they also fixed an additional area on the other side as a favor. Plus once they were done, they delivered the truck to my house. Unbelievable customer service! 10 out of 10 I'll go back. read more

I came here needing some body work done to my car. Osiel met me at my car the second I pulled into the parking lot. My car wasn't safe to drive. He made a temporary adjustment so that I could drive away safely and he did it for FREE. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with a drivable car. I could not believe it. Osiel sent me a quote for my car repairs via email within the hour. When I'm ready to make that purchase there's no other place I would go Ryan caliber collision read more

My 13 year old would do a better job. They made major mistakes and told me it was my fault. Gabby the manager is patronizing and wouldn't even listen to my concerns. Look at the bubbles, drips and completely MISSED the section of interior of the tailgate. I have to take to be repainted at another body shop after paying FULL PRICE and they wouldn't discount or correct the issues. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Avoid this Caliber and save yourself some unnecessary stress. read more

I had my Mercedes Benz repaired at Caliber Collision in San Clemente and my service advisor was Angello Morales. I was happy with the repair and the service was excellent. They completed the repair earlier than expected and Angello kept me informed of the status along the way. I originally was going to go with another vendor who's contracted with Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel but I've decided to go with Caliber Collision because their ratings are better and I had good experience with them in the past. read more

Had some manufacturer warranty work done on my wives car and Daniel was very profesional and very polite. He went above and beyond to make sure to keep me in the loop about everything going on with my wives car. Unfortunately I've had to use other body shops in the past and they weren't very pleasant. Either the car took longer than what they said or once we got the car back it wasn't correctly fixed. This time it was the opposite. Daniel was in communication the whole time and that really put me at ease. He made it very easy to drop off and pick up the car once it was done. I will definitely recommend this shop to family and friends and to ask for Daniel specifically because he makes you feel like you're family. read more

I'm back! I have now taken my vehicle here twice in the last few months for 2 unfortunate incidents that were not my fault. This time my neighbors adorable pit bull jumped up on my car and scratched her claws down the paint, leaving several scratches and scrapes. My family and I have taken our cars here for years for dings and scratches but 2 weeks ago I brought my 10 year old Lexus IS 250 in for a full body paint job to change it from black to pearl white. John and his team were amazing from start to finish! The quote was extremely reasonably priced compared to several quotes I had gotten. Their attention to detail was incredible! Their workmanship is second to none! I could never have imagined walking out of there with a brand new car and that is what I have! I had my car repaired here a few years ago because I got rear ended and had to take it somewhere. This place was highly recommended and so I brought it here. Overall they were very friendly and got the job done well, or so I thought. I did have to take it back after the fact because they didn't put the seat back fasteners on, and forgot a couple other things as well. But all was good after that. Fast forward to now, I took my car in because all four of the door locks are not working anymore. The mechanic asked if I ever took the door panel off in the rear and I said I didn't but I did have work dons when I got rear ended. Well it turns out the guys at caliber collision sloppily reinstalled the door panel without putting the plastic moisture seal back on. Moisture got in, the actuator got fried. Which lead to all four dying eventually from the over power sent to the other three over and over again. After hearing the cost to replace all four, I was furious. Knowing I had never taken off the door panels myself and this being the only explanation. I would never recommend them and highly suggest that others stay away. read more

Couldn't be happier with my experience At this location. John and the rest of the team were amazing, they finished all of the body work on my car In two days & even did some extra work on the car just to be nice. Rental car company picked me up quickly and I barely even noticed the disruption to my week. Such a pleasure to work with these guys...they made the hassle of dealing with a car accident so much easier than I expected. I'm definitely coming back here if I ever need body work done again. Worst service by ANY company I've ever used. It's been almost a year and our car is not fully repaired. The worst part is, if I don't call and push to get it fixed, they don't do anything. I've gotten so sick of their lack of service, I've stopped calling as they assured me they would call when parts came in. It's been months and no phone call. They will take your money and insurance money with no commitment to completing the job. Throughly disgusted. read more

Awesome, speedy, quality service! It's always stressful when your car is in the shop but Gabby and her team made it a much easier process.
