Best service ever regardless of COVID situation. John Fosco got my car in and out on time. Great service and professionally done.

My car was damaged by another driver who was at fault but luckily left a message of responsibility. I worked with Daniel Salgado at Caliber who couldn't have been better to work with. The intake process was seamless, the communication via email, text and phone was outstanding and timely. If I had another fender bender, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Caliber again and avoid multiple quotes which can be time consuming. Thank you Caliber of San Clemente! Also, for minor damages and dents, I would strongly refer you to Mike at Ultimate Dent Removal, also local to SoCal: https://ultimatedentremoval.com/home/ read more

They did a great job fixing the dents and painting and did it in a timely manner. Customer service was great!!.

I took my and my wife's car to Caliber Collision in San Clemente and received excellent service. They completed both cars faster than estimated and the cost was reasonable. The work was perfect and there was no sign of the original damage. They gave me a ride back to my house and even dropped off the cars when completed. I'll recommend this shop to anyone looking for body work. read more

Hi! Now, don't laugh, but I got hung up on the high curb exiting the Rainbow Outlet. Not their fault. I must say my car is long in the front and low prohibiting me from seeing right in front of me. Of course, went back to Caliber Collision. Trinity is gone but Reagan was there and a new fellow Mason helped me. Same courteous behavior. Didn't laugh. Really kind. My car came out perfectly! Yay Caliber Collision! And thank you. read more

Had a minor, low-speed fender bender that caused a cracked grill and damaged bumper cover. The team at Caliber San Clemente did awesome work! When I picked it up today my truck looked like it had just rolled off the dealer's lot new! Francisco and John were awesome communicators throughout the process. I'd strongly recommend the team at Caliber! read more

I had the best experience at Caliber Collision San Clemente. I had a fender bender and my signals in the Audi grill front kept going on after the accident. Caliber fixed my Audi A8L to my complete satisfaction and John Fosco the manager made sure all systems were recalibrated so the car worked perfectly when I drove off. The service was absolutely perfect. They are kind and helpful. I would only bring my car to Caliber Collision San Clemente as I have gotten it fixed several times before in the past. I'm trying to save money and took my 10 year old Honda in to replace the hood and decals around the doors, instead of buying a new car. John Fosco explained everything to me and kept me up-to-date with how the process was going. The price was more than fair. When I went to pick it up today, I couldn't believe how great my car looked. It's like getting a new car without having to empty my savings or make endless payments. Whatever your car needs may be, John Fosco at Calliber is the best guy in the business!!!!! read more

My wife brought her Jeep Grand Cherokee for repair and they did a pretty good job except the steering wheel was not properly aligned and we had to take it in for an alignment which should have done prior to giving us the car back. My daughter then brought her Mustang GT in for repair and they did not put on a new lower engine cover and when we inspected there was still grass and dirt jammed up in there. In addition, it is not properly secured. My daughter brought this to their attention, they said they were working it and we even placed follow up calls and nothing. There are other items that should have been addressed that were not and it has now been several weeks and a couple of follow up calls and nothing. read more

Lucky i did not give them the 5 star review they begged (until I drove the vehicle). soon discovered AC wasn't working. brought car back. They inspected and told me it was working. week later, brought back again, same problem. This time, I didn't know how to operate the ac controls (after owning car 3 years), but a/c working fine. During recent heat wave, clear a/c not working. Brought to car dealership. They found an aftermarket compressor that was busted and a thermostat that looked like it had been installed with tape. Other issues as well. read more

GREAT EXPERIENCE! It is never fun having to go get your car repaired. Brandon and Matt did a great job. They preordered my parts before I dropped off my car, I was in and out right away. I really appreciated all the text message updates to let me know how my car was doing. Thanks again! Will definitely come back to Caliber Collision for any future car repairs. read more

I've waited 3 months to write my review, as I have the hardest paint color to match, Pearl Essence White. Wanted to write this review so others will know my experience was awesome at SC Caliber. The paint matches so perfectly, one would never know both front and back bumpers have been painted. The managers' attention to detail is wonderful, from the beginning of my experience to car pick up. Everything that was promised was honored, and they kept me abreast of my car's progress. I can't say enough good things about this auto repair service. I am hard to please, however, I'm one happy customer! Thank you Matt and John, for excellent care. I highly recommend this collision center. read more

This Caliber Collision went over and above their normal service to help me. They did the repair to my Prius expertly and the car honestly looks brand new. This is a 2015 Prius. It was scratched badly on the rear door passenger side. In addition they took me home and picked me up when the service was done as I wasn't renting a car. They gave me an excellent price and I am sure to return there when needed. The car looks fantastic. I recommend them highly. read more

I always call Reagan at Caliber when something goes wrong with my car. He once fixed the panel that got knocked off at the car wash before it flew off on the freeway. I have had a couple of fender benders fixed at a good price and recommended this shop to all my friends and neighbors. No sweat - let Caliber handle the fix. read more

Caliber Collision - From my Smart Car to my wife's Flex, Reagan and his team gets it done fast at a fair price. Today my door handle was stuck... - Body Shops Near Me - San Clemente, California

I had my car repair here a year ago. My car was rear ended and they did a great job on the repair. Last week I couldn't get the trunk open so I took it back to them to see if it was something that might have been related to the accident. Since I got there at 5:30 pm they asked if I could leave it over nite and they would look at it the next day. Early am the next day I got a call from them telling me that they had fixed it and I could come and pick it up. When I picked it up they showed me the dime that had gotten lodged in the latch and sent me on my way for no charge. Attitude and gratitude. This shop knows how to treat customers. read more

I had a really good experience at Caliber in San Clemente. I went by for an estimate and liked the looks of the shop. Clean and organized and John and Matt were very helpful. I'm planning on taking my Tahoe over to them to have paint on the roof and hood redone do to a bad paint job from the GM factory. Good place, thanks boys? Jamie read more

My daughter was side-swiped on the PCH in Laguna Beach and just too over whelmed to to deal with the insurance companies as she was not dealing with another driver who was honest (luckily, witnesses came forward to her defense). In any event, the minute we walked in the door, Reagan took the baton and took care of all the details needed to get the ball rolling and get the car back on the road--thank you! read more

I unfortunately have needed their services three times and every time my vehicle has come out perfect and in a timely manner. One of the repairs we suffered an accident just before we went on vacation, they were able to take the car in and get it fixed while we were gone. When we returned 4 days later it was all ready to go. Very accommodating! read more

I've used John Fosco for auto body repairs many times over the past decade. I followed him from his previous location in Laguna Beach because I knew I could trust him for great service and quality work. My car was keyed on several panels and was also damaged by a hit and run. The team at Caliber did a great job repairing my car. There were a few minor details that were overlooked that I didn't notice until after picking up my car, but when I let John know he had me come back and they took care of everything quickly while I waited. They are genuinely concerned about making sure you are satisfied with the work. It was also very helpful that they arranged a car rental for me while my car was being repaired. Really easy and convenient. read more

Found these guys because my vehicle was hit in a parking lot and Caliber was one of the recommended body shops by the other persons insurance with guaranteed work. Since they are located in SC like me I decided to go there to have them evaluate the damage. It turned out my vehicle had a bit more underlying damage than what was visible. Caliber estimated 5 days of work on my vehicle and they ended up getting me out of my rental and back into my vehicle restored complete back to factory in just 3.5 days. Mason was the main guy I dealt with, he's super friendly and very professional. But all the guys at the shop made sure I was being taken care of while I was there. Definitely using Caliber for my future body shop needs for their customer service and time efficiency and would recommend them to those who are reading this. Thanks Mason! read more

Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations! They got me in quickly for a quote, service and communicated the progress along the way. My vehicle had some hefty damage to three side panels so my car was there for about two weeks. The added bonus was that the batteries in the only two keys for my car died at the same time and they generously fixed these for free for me too!! I really appreciated that they went above and beyond with their customer service to make sure everything was ready to go when I picked up my car. Would recommend this location/company and would go back myself. :) read more

My car looks beautiful thanks to the team at caliber collision! John Fosco not only has excellent communication but he went WELL above and beyond to ensure an easy process. This shop is the best there is. PERIOD. When someone hit us in the rear, we took the car to this San Clemente Caliber Collision, they fixed it while I was out of town, and when I returned it was ready, totally cleaned and it was perfect. I also mentioned my truck, which was fixed at another Caliber Collision in another town from an earlier insurance job, the bumper they fixed ( twice ) was rusting. Reagan, the boss, looked into it for me and got a new bumper. He took me home after I dropped the truck off, and even came to pick me up to get the truck when it was ready! I have NEVER had such a great experience from any shop. If you have an issue, take it here! read more
