Well I managed to get rear ended again! I was sceptical about the repairs reccomended for my truck from the insurance CO. They wanted to write me a check for 3k ! Caliber went tthrough my truck, determined that it was more like 30k worth of damage! They reccomended a total loss. read more

I had an incredible experience with Caliber Collision and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was incredible. The front desk staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful at every interaction, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress free. Trevor was truly exceptional and made the whole experience as easy as possible. He went above and beyond from start to finish, kept me informed every step of the way, and answered every question quickly and thoroughly. He took the extra time to make sure the paint matched perfectly and that all of the correct Mazda parts were used, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, he walked me through everything that had been done and made sure I felt completely comfortable before leaving. The repair itself was flawless. My car looks beautiful and had been cleaned from the inside out. You would never know it had been in an accident, and it honestly feels like it drives better than it did before. On top of that, my car was ready weeks earlier than originally estimated, and the pickup process took about 10 minutes max. Thank you to Trevor and the entire Caliber Collision team for the excellent work and top tier service! This was hands down the best repair experience I've ever had :) read more

I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and I couldn't be happier with the service especially thanks to the manager, Chad. From the moment I arrived, Chad went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure my car was taken care of like it was his own. It's rare these days to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience, but Chad absolutely does. His communication, honesty, and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. The quality of the work was excellent, and the whole team did an amazing job but Chad is the reason I'll be coming back if I ever need repairs again. If you want top-tier service and someone who genuinely looks out for you, ask for Chad at Caliber Collision. Highly recommend! read more

Caliber Collision is the place to go. This is the third time using them. Once for a collision and the other two for general repairs. Trevor Reichert was my most recent service advisor at the San Juan Capistrano location. Treaver was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He suggested trying to do a repair first instead of getting and installing a new item. This worked great... took only about 20 minutes while I waited and ended up saving me lots of money. Thank You read more

Services were of high quality. Thanks to Trevor R., we are grateful for your kind assistance. We highly recommend this company. read more

Wow wow wow, where to start! I haven't had to step inside a body shop in over a decade so didn't know what to expect. Let me say I was blown away by the whole experience. The online estimate process was super fast and reliable. The appt options were very open and flexible. Jake was very thorogh with what to expect throughout the estimated process. I received email and text updates every day on the progress, and was of course quoted an ETA delivery date. The ETA was impressive to begin with and then the team continued to surprise me and finished the car 48 hours before estimated. Leanne was so helpful when I picked it up and Chad was also thorogh upon delivery notice and at delivery (ON SATURDAYS they are open!!!). A semi truck had a blow out in front of me on the freeway yeterday and I almost slammed into a bunch of debris. Is it bad that I wasn't stressed that if I had to take it back in it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world? Hahah! Thank you everyone for everything!!!!! read more

I ran into a last minute emergency with my cars fender on a road trip and I had no where to go, Trevor, Eric, and all of the employees took their time off of their lunch breaks to help me repair the car. The quality of the job was exceptional and it was done extremely fast, the employees here are knowledgeable about cars and truely care about cars and customers cars. Would recommend this shop read more

5 stars is just not enough. I received the best service at Caliber Collision in SJC. They went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. Jake was so friendly and understanding. This is the second time I have used Caliber collision. Both times, other people hit my car. I am 110% satisfied with the service and the repairs. Trevor was so helpful and patient with my many questions. He explained in detail how the process works and what needed to be done to repair my car. He kept me up to date on everything that was happening in the process and delivered my completed car when expected. Both times it looked as good as new. I never have concerns when using Caliber. The professionalism and quality of the work are well worth the price. It's a good value for the money. I don't think I would ever have my car repaired anywhere else other than Caliber. If you're looking for any kind of bodywork repair for your car, look no further and go with Caliber. You won't be disappointed. And, you get a lifetime warranty if anything isn't right, they'll fix it. Best car repair business out there. read more

I have used Caliber San Juan Capistrano for years......something has changed. The service writer was rude and told me we really don't need your business. I spoke to the manager and he said he was short 2 employees and could not touch the vehicle for at least a week. I do not recommend this shop...th ere are better alternatives locally and we should support them. I have never been treated this way and obviously they cannot keep employees. Buyer beware. read more

Amazing experience. I'm writing this mainly about my Service Advisor, Robert H. Nobody likes the process of collision repair, but Robert was prompt, friendly, patient, and offered suggestions that were very helpful. I had my car back (cleaned really nicely BTW) within about a week and the job came in UNDER the quote. Who does that these days? Robert at Caliber Collision does, and I HIGHLY recommend them. Mirror replacement, paint, assembly - all done great. I'll update my review if the mirror falls off lol, but in all seriousness, they have a lifetime guarantee so I'm confident in their work. I have been going to Caliber Collision in San Juan Capistrano for over 20 years. I have had several cars repaired there, and I have found their staff to be consistently helpful and candid. We have a mini van that we use for our 4 kids but particularly our disabled son, who uses a wheelchair. I was so upset when it was hit for the second time while parked-this time, the person just took off and so we had to go through our own insurance. We were referred to Caliber in San Juan and I have to say that I was so impressed! Jake and the rest of the staff were so helpful and professional. They performed an estimate on my car and advised me that they would order the parts and let me know when they arrived so we didn't have to tie our car up unnecessarily. Jake kept me informed during the entire process and my car looks beautiful! While I hope I don't have another need to use a body shop, if I ever do I will for sure use this Caliber location and would recommend Jake and his team to anyone! They all made a very stressful situation very easy and I cannot say thank you enough!!! read more

We were rear ended. I found Caliber based on proximity to our home. I put a bid out to 3 different locations and Caliber gave me the quickest response so we went with them. Orlando kept us updated, remembered my name and just provided us with the best service. I am beyond grateful because I've NEVER had a good experience EVER having any type of repairs done in the past. They were honest with their estimate on price, lead time to order parts and time to service. Daniel at the front was super helpful as well. After driving off, I was surprised to see they also washed my car. I'm beyond impressed. While I hope we do not have to see them again, it is reassuring to know that there are great people we can count on if we ever need their services again in the future. read more

I was hit head on at 45 MPH and my truck was totaled. This experience is extremely stressful but Reagan Bennett, a service advisor at Caliber, made my experience so seamless and easy. While I will truly miss my truck, Reagan made the experience less stressful and I knew Reagan had my best interest at heart and he truly cares about people.
