After having my 2025 BMW for a few weeks, scattered construction trash on the freeway took out my headlight and portion of my grill. After a few estimates from other companies, I got the best, most attentive and honest response from Precision. Easy choice. And they were affiliated with my insurance company, making the process seamless. All aspects of this repair were made so simple and stress-free for me. Even when the repair tracking system automatically put a completion date way out into the future, I called in a panic, after hours not genuinely expecting anyone to answer.....but they did. Not only did they answer, they reassured me that was not the case and changed the projected date. My repairs were completed on time, and I could not find a single difference in my car from a month or so prior in the dealership showroom. TL;DR: cosmetic work good, mechanical work not completely checked, communication non-existent Original repair estimate was 2 weeks, Ended up being 4 1/2 weeks. They said wrong parts received, they missed some damage in their initial assessment, they appear to have staffing issues. Not one time when there was a delay (3 delays) was I proactively contacted and advised of the delay. I only found out when I called on the day(s) they said it would be ready and then was told that it would be longer. Was driving out of town following the repair, and car became borderline undrivable in the middle of the Mojave desert. Limped car home and took it to the dealership where I purchased it, and they found a large clamp on the intake ducting had not been properly tightened. This was in an area of the vehicle that Precision had worked on. When I called the manager Graham with this information and sent him a video from the dealer showing the loose part, no apology or acknowledgment of any kind that they had failed to catch this. I gave him that chance before writing this. As I said, the cosmetic work is very good, but the great paint matching doesn't matter much when you're stuck on the side of the I-15. I am hopeful that the finish will be durable. This was a large repair, which did require a lot of disassembly/reassembly. I also understand that things happen which can cause delays. Proactively communicating those delays would have bought much goodwill from me, as would have an acknowledgement and apology that they made a mistake with the mechanical repair. I recently had a rock slightly crack my windshield, and when my warranty company told me I could take it to any shop of my choosing to get it fixed, I immediately thought of Precision since they did a great job with another repair on my car last year. Their associate, Scott, was very helpful from beginning to end to ensure the crack was handled with care, all communication with the warranty company was clarified, and he immediately jumped on getting their 3rd party vendor (Beach Cities Autoglass) to come out to my house and get it fixed. They, too, did a great, professional job on the glass. I appreciated Scott's attention to this matter and all his assistance to get this done quickly. We dropped our car off for an estimate with Fernando. We informed him that the estimate was below 15,000 we work our file with the car owner who hit us through his insurance only if it's over 15,000 would we file with our insurance rather than completing the estimate and let us know the estimate amount and filing with their insurance they filed with our insurance. Now it's been two weeks trying to get this cleared up and they're giving us a heck of a runaround. Our car has been fixed since before Christmas and now it's the new year. My experience with Precision Auto Collision started in 2022 and it just finished recently with an unhappy experience. A local car wash had sent me over there to repair damages occurred at their property. From the beginning Graham came off as a used car salesman. Talking shit on both the car wash and other customers to me. During this period Graham never ordered any of the replacement parts we initially talked about. After reminding him months later, he finally started the work. That is where the actual problems started. During this work they left open holes on the top of my car. I now had a car that fills up with rain. I told Graham this to which he said it wasn't coming through the roof and was coming through the front windshield. They did additional work to fix the problem the next year. The problem is each time they "fixed" the problem, it would stop raining for the year. The next year it would rain and I would realize the problem was never fixed. I finally went to another place and explained the original problem. The issue was exactly where I had told Graham the issue was. I called Graham and left a message. Per the usual he never called me back. That was almost two weeks ago at this point. Its easier to just help other customers avoid Graham and eat the cost and bad experience left by Precision Auto Collision. Never want to talk to Graham again. Asking around, it seems like normally this is a reputable company. I highly advise if you are doing business with them to avoid Graham. read more

I have been taking my cars here forever and they've always done great work. Recently took my sons car in with some rear end work needing to be done, trunk, bumper, left and right rear quarter panels. They quoted about $6000 before with caveat it could be more after getting in to it, which ended up totaling the car. I elected to keep the car as salvage and have them fix out of my pocket. They then said they would pass because it would be hard to find parts, which is ridiculous because they wrote up a quote and would have known that before quoting. There are not enough stars for this one. I was parked in a parking stall in a local strip mall sitting in my vehicle when a truck "grazed" my care while they were parking. Ouch. I felt the hit and figured there was damage. There was some minor damage. I visited Precision Auto Collision. I was very impressed with the calm of the office when i entered. There was a nice pot of coffee and someone to greet me at the front desk. It gets better. I met with Graham and not only did he fix my minor damage (it was alongside the driver's side of car), he did it WHILE I WAITED and said NO CHARGE! The work was pristine. Now, granted a business will not thrive if they aren't compensated fairly for their expertise and work but this speaks volumes to me as to why their reputation is stellar. I have to admit from the moment I called on the phone and the female receptionist ***I wish I remembered her name*** answered the phone I knew this was the location I wanted to get my auto repair done at. She was so helpful with assisting me with insurance information to assisting me get an appointment for an estimate to book the day I got the repair done. It was incredible, then when I dropped off my car for them to get all of the parts ordered, painted and installed all within 3 days was incredible. The work and quality of the work was flawless.
