I had bad experience with Tuttle-Click collision center. This collision center estimates too high repair cost compared to the other collision centers, more than 3 times higher estimates. And it takes TOO long to repair a car. Also they never pick up the phone, no reply to emails. Center is not clean, almost similar to a junk yard, people working there don't look like professional. The only reason why I'm writing a review is because of Nathan's amazing customer service. He outdid Mercury's claim insurance customer service. He walked me throughout the whole process of getting my jeep fixed, emailed me and answered all my calls in a timely manner. He helped me feel at ease. I just want to commend him on his role in helping me sort out my new 2017 jeep grand Cherokee. sometime rear ended me after just buying the car. It was two weeks old so you can imagine my frustration. The driver was indeed intoxicated. Now, The work on the car took over a month. The back bumper isn't 100% pushed back in but it's only noticeable to me. Other than that I am 99% satisfied it's as good as new. I recently took my car here for some body work after an accident. I would not recommend them to anyone. First of all, it took over a month for my Car to be finished. The body work consisted of two tires & rims, and a new front bumper. After a month of being without my car, the day I was scheduled to pick it up they called me and told me they missed something and needed another week and a half to complete the work. So, yeah my car was fixed, and yeah the work looks good, but it took a ridiculous amount of time to be finished and when I finally got the car back, there were left over pieces in my center console with no explanation on why they were there. I myself had to put them back on my car. Not to mention, I believe my Rayban sunglasses were stolen from my car during that time. I know that it's my fault I left them in the car, but it's still out of line. Anyways! Look for another body shop that will be respectful and Timely! read more

The quality of service is only good for the first couple of months then you start realizing all the flaws the car has and random sounds it starts to make and things that go wrong that didn't have an issue before you dropped your car off. And as far as service goes I came to learn that they only care to listen to you and help you with anything when you go in with an insurance claim that they can overcharge and make money off of the insurance company , however when you go for a repair on your own,no help ,no care, all about ripping you off to get the service and repair your car needs. Manager is always in his office chilling on his phone and tends to never be available to answer phones and look at any issues and sends everything to his assistant Nathan and if you disagree with something he decides well you're out of luck he is the highest person you'll see and he'll use that to decide your repair cost and options and whether they back up their repairs and quality of the repairs.My front bumper brackets broke off from going over bumps which you would assume any cars bumper should be able to withstand but the one they provided didn't maybe because it was defective or maybe installed incorrectly but when I took it back they glued it without telling me and said it was "just a few screws were loose" only to have them break off again a couple of months later and see the glue to realize they glued it and when I go back they tell me to pay $2000 for a new painted stock bumper which is literally insane its a ford not a Bentley and their answer is "prices have increased recently, products cost more" so i'm asked to pay $2000 for a bumper that broke off because of quality issue going back to their original repair. Lol great job guys, great customer service and repair and Quality and warranty. Never going back when I can find the bumper for $150 online brand new stock and get it painted for $300 material and labor 450 or 2000 ? Which is more reasonable? read more

Their customer service was HORRIBLE. I assumed by taking it to the dealership in which I bought the car that I would get the best care. In fact, it was the complete opposite. They never called to update me even after I asked again and again. When my car was delivered after being in a crash it was 'lost' for the day. I've never dealt with a more scummy and unprofessional lying sack of shit like when I've dealt with Nathan Oshana. I brought my car in and talked to him about going through my insurance since someone else was driving my car so I was trying to figure out whose insurance would be used. He told me that my insurance would have to be used but assured me since I was not driving that my rates wouldn't go up. Okay, sounds fishy, but whatever. I call my insurance to check before trusting someone I don't know, especially in this line of work, and guess what? He's a fucking liar. Come to find out, not only would my insurance go up, but he also gets comissions on each car that he brings in, so trying to have my friend pick up my car by tow truck to take to another shop was another pain in the ass as he wouldn't bill me and told me I had to come in, unless my friend could pay cash. Pretty fucking sketchy guy and overall just a sleazy place. The receptionist at the front was also ditzy as all hell and couldn't understand a single thing I was saying, even though I was pretty damn clear. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY ESTIMATED 6K FOR THE CAR REPAIR AND I GOT IT FIXED FOR 3.5K WITH LITERALLY NO DIFFERENCE TO HOW THE CAR WAS BEFORE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. read more

As a woman I feel intimated when going into a dealership regarding anything to do with my car as I know nothing about cars.I have dealt with Tuttle-Click for many years regarding maintenance and have a wonderful service rep name Eric. I always think I have something wrong and he is nice enough to have it checked and he comes back and says nothing is wrong. How unique! He said they don't fix it if it isn't broken. I asked Eric's advice on having some damage to my car repaired and I told him I had received an estimate at a paint & body shop. He said please try our collision repair center in Irvine. BEST ADVISE I EVER GOT! I spoke with a fellow named Isaidd who was kind enough to do everything over the phone. He picked up my 2004 PT crusier at the Tustin dealership, sent me a e-mail with the estimate which was very reasonable. It was ready in 7 days like he said it would be. When I went to pick it up I was concerned since I was not physically there to show the damage I wanted repaired. It was perfect. Looks just like when I bought it. Way beyond what I expected. They even make my yellow headlights look brand new. It is so nice to find a business these days with integrity and honest people running them. read more
