My almost new RAV4 was hit from behind at a light and the bumper was damaged. I took it to Toyota RSM to get repaired and they use PRO AMERICAN COLLISION for their repairs. Faraz, the Center Manager of PRO AMERICAN COLLISSION greeted me when I dropped it off at Toyota. Faraz assured me that he would deal with the insurance company to make sure that all damage from this accident is fixed at no cost to me. I got my car back today and it looks like brand new! It turned out that the bumper support bar also had to be replaced, but again, Faraz handled everything with the insurance company. The whole process was painless and in my case the cost was covered by the insurance company of the person that ran into me. read more

Great guys! Great job with the repairs for my car! I brought my car in a couple of times and both times, the techs as well as the advisors did an amazing job with taking care of any and all repairs as well as dealing with my insurance company (that was giving us the run around and back and forth even when they are supposed to be serving my needs). These guys (Amir and Eric) have assured me that if problems came up with the car, I could just bring it in and they would take care of it. Thank you guys! I really appreciate you! read more

Wonderful, honest, fix my car in time, streamline the app, Repair, set up my rental. Did everything to make my visit convenient.

Pro American Collision did an excellent job on the repair of my 2025 Toyota Tundra Platinum. I inadvertently caused a lot of damage to my rear bumper and they handled everything with my insurance company. It was so easy. I took it to Toyota of Rancho Santa Margarita and Faraz took over from there. After getting my claim number, they took over the rest. I highly recommend Pro American Collision. When you're in that unfortunate situation of having to fix your car after an accident, they make the process of getting it fixed so much easier on you. read more

Someone backed into my car and put a hole in my grill. I was recommended to Pro American Collision Center and I was not disappointed. Eric, the General Manager, was awesome. He was very thorough and transparent on what was needed for my car and pricing. Parts had to be ordered and when they arrived, they fixed my car the same day. No waiting for days and no surprise problems or costs. I was very happy with the quality and friendliness and professionalism of Pro American Collision Center and Eric. It will be my place I go to first when I need something fixed on my car. read more

Here I am again. This time, someone backed into my car and left without notifying me. My husband noticed a hole in the front panel of my car, so here I am, back at Pro American to get it fixed. As before, Jim was the greatest in getting the part from Hyundai, and keeping me updated. Once the part came in, I dropped off the car on a Sunday (using the drop box), and by mid-morning on Monday, Jim calls to say that the car is ready to be picked up! And, since it did not involve as much work as previously thought, the total cost would be less expensive! You can't go wrong with these guys! I recommend Pro American to whomever needs car repair done efficiently, expertly, and in a timely manner. On top of that, they genuinely care for their customers needs! I cannot thank you enough for taking a stressful situation, and helping me to be at ease, knowing my vehicle was in good hands, it sure makes up for a bad situation A++++ for my experience Thank you Amir read more

Pro American Collision Center - 2022 Tundra - Body Shops Near Me - Lake Forest, California

Buyer beware. All these 5-star reviews are bought and paid for with free car washes. See pictures. **Long post -- skip to TL;DR if you're in a hurry.** I honestly dislike writing 1-star reviews, but there was nothing redeeming about my experience here and I feel like it's my duty to warn others: This shop preys on the naive -- young girls, the elderly, and whomever else they think are helpless. Euro American Collision in Lake Forest intentionally damaged my bumper so they could charge me more for the repair. It sounds unbelievable, but the pictures below say it all. They turned what should've been a simple repair into a replacement of my entire bumper (I've since paid visits to three other body shops in the area -- each one can attest that the "before" picture could have been fixed for $600-$900 with a simple weld, sand/buff, and repaint. Whereas the damage in the "after" picture requires a replacement of the entire bumper, because its structural integrity was compromised due to the large hole (that wasn't there when we dropped the car off). The new estimated cost? $1,200-$1,500. Initially, my car had a small, nearly indistinguishable crack on the passenger side's rear bumper... Guess they figured I hadn't taken pictures before they put their hands on it, because after they "inspected" my car, the bumper had a giant hole. It was big enough to literally shove your hand inside. It looked as if someone had pushed the crack outwards, then upwards, leaving very visible crease and hole. They said that since there was a hole, it absolutely needed to be replaced. The shop manager, Jim, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. His first words to me were that he'd just been racing his newly purchased, very expensive, corvette going 100mph down Lake Forest Drive. An unwise and frankly odd thing to brag about, but I digress. There was no acknowledgement of my concern; no "we'll get to the bottom of this;" no exploration of possible causes of the extra damage. Instead, Jim became immediately defensive and threw a child-like temper tantrum while loudly berating me and my boyfriend in front of everyone in the garage. He refused to answer any questions and threatened to get his lawyers involved if I "had a problem." Never in my life have I witnessed such appalling customer service. (I also find a reaction like that to be a huge red flag, and feel badly for others who've undoubtedly been scared into silence by his naked aggression). To make matters worse, they TOWED my car without my permission and snuck in a $275 charge for it. When I addressed it, they claimed it was an "accidental charge." This was my first time at this body shop, so I have to wonder -- how often do these "accidental charges" occur and how many times are they overlooked by customers? If you decide to come here for some reason, inspect your invoice carefully because they'll try to sneak in extra charges like these under "miscellaneous." They aren't listed in plain sight. But if I were you, I'd visit any number of other reputable body shops in the area instead. This shop engages in questionable business practices and has fraud written all over it. **TL;DR** While in the shop's possession, they damaged my car to make it a "bigger job" which = more pay for them. What was initially a $600-$900 repair now costs anywhere from $1,200-$1,500 to fix/replace . When addressed, the manager (Jim) attempted to intimidate me into silence. They also tried to tack on $275 to my invoice for a tow I never authorized. Do yourself a favor and find another body shop that values integrity. This isn't it. read more

I was a victim of a stolen car, and the guy(s) who stole it did some damage to my front end. The dealer did the work they needed to do with the ignition system and door lock, but they don't do bodywork, so they recommended pro American collision center, and I'm so thankful they did. I mostly dealt with Jim, who was so easy to get along with, and explained the entire process along the way. Not only did they fix the damage done by the car thieves, but I had some other repair work that needed to be done on my own as well. I also spoke with Amir, who was equally professional and great to talk to. Jim was my biggest advocate for me with regards to the insurance company shenanigans, and completely had my back. I would use pro American collision center anytime I need bodywork done moving forward. Absolute top notch, and my car looks completely brand new again. They also completed the repairs on time when they estimated it would be done. I can't tell you how grateful I am that the dealership recommended these guys. read more

My man Jim who works there and the rest of the crew at the shop are all cool dudes. Got in an accident due to someone else, they had the parts ordered and had my car fully repaired and washed within a day or 2. Great communication and kept updating me throughout the day via phone calls. Definitely recommend this place. Kia of Irvine dealership recommended going here instead as it would be cheaper and be way quicker if we went through them for what I needed done. read more

This shop is nothing like I've experienced with not just auto body, but any business out there. Amir (the owner) is a very down to earth, real gentleman. He treated me and my wife as if we were his family members. The amount of communication with job updates is like no other. There has been no questions on the progress our vehicle because of the updates we received. I've had experience at other auto body shops where I'm calling to get a status, leave VM's to the tech in charge and get calls back days later with "it'll be done in a week." Week goes by and not done- repeat the process. Amir personally reached out to us and promised a date of completion. Sure enough it was done on the date ready for pickup. The time of the job was a week and a half, if that, for a moderate collision to our entire passenger side. The quality was OEM and our vehicle looked brand new when it came out. The insurance company took more time with the estimate than it took to fix our vehicle! Highly recommended for collision repairs or any body work!!! read more

Highly recommend this business for your auto repair after an accident. I had been rear ended on the freeway and my Kia dealership recommended Pro American. I'm very happy I went with them. Cosmo was first to assist me with all my questions, including my concerns about going through the insurance company from the person who hit me; as that company was trying to persuade me to go with one of "their" auto shops. Jim ended up taking my case, and I really feel like he went above and beyond to make sure my case was handled smoothly and efficiently. My car looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier. The entire team (Amir, Cosmo and Jim) were professional, kind and extremely helpful. Please go here if you want honest, professional and quality work done on your car. Thanks again guys! My wife was in her 2022 Kia Carnival minivan when she was hit in an intersection by a man who ran a red light. I called Irvine Kia for an auto body referral, and they sent me to Pro American Collision Center. Jim Dunn answered the phone when I called and I got an immediate sense that he would take care of us. His first concern was that everyone was ok after the accident (there were no injuries), and then he proceeded to walk me through the process of what needed to be done to repair my wife's car. We brought the car in the next day, and Jim was super friendly and continued to explain everything to us and answer all our questions. Over the course of the next few weeks, Jim was very responsive and kept us posted on progress. They finished the repairs in a reasonable amount of time, and we were very impressed with the result. The minivan looks brand new...doesn't look like it was ever in an accident. The exceptional service continued even after we picked up the car. A warning light turned on that night, which we immediately suspected was a software issue. I called Jim the next day and rather than having me bring in the minivan, he sent a technician to my house! This level of service was very much unexpected. They quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. We have had no problems since. I hope we never need to take our car to an auto body shop ever again, but if we do, we'll definitely be going to Pro American Collision Center. read more

My insurance pushed on them to use refurbished parts for my repair but they stood their ground as I did not want refurbished parts - I wanted new parts to be used on my new car. I highly recommend Jim Dunn and Amir Shadmani at Pro American Collision Center in Lake Forest, CA. These guys are the best! When my new(ish) Alfa Romeo was hit from behind, the insurance company of the people at fault wanted to use cheaper aftermarket parts. But my new friends, Jim and Amir, would not stand for it and insisted that the insurance company authorize the use of all authentic original Alfa Romeo parts. Without me even knowing it, they advocated for me and got the opposing insurance company to agree. As a result, they were able to restore my car to its original condition and value. For this, I am sincerely grateful. Also, Jim and Amir provided me the best customer service imaginable. They communicated flawlessly, did perfect work and delivered on every promise. Pro American did a great job repairing my car! Great customer service as well. Highly recommend!

While I did not actually get to utilize the repair services at this location, I'd give 10 stars if I could to Jim the manager, and the employees that we interacted with. Highly professional, amazingly compassionate and friendly. Our brand new vehicle was recently in a collision and was first going to be taken to another shop for damage appraisal. After I called that location to ask a few questions and voice some concerns, I was pretty much blown off and given a bunch of non-answers. I immediately wanted to use a different shop, so we called our dealership and EuroAmerican Collision was the shop recommended directly by the dealership we purchased from. Jim went above and beyond to help us out during what was a terrible, hectic, and frustrating situation. He really took the time to carefully look over the car, and found all the damaged parts that the insurance was otherwise prepared to overlook, and really had our family's safety as his top priority when assessing the vehicle. He answered all of our questions, gave his best suggestions, and walked us through every issue on the car that would be a concern. He is the type to stay a little late so you can get to the shop after work. Really, just unbelievably great service. While I sincerely hope I don't need this kind of assistance anytime in the near future, I would definitely recommend this business and the employees, and will utilize them in the future. Thank you so much, Jim! read more

Simply the Best! You won't be disappointed when you bring your car here for repair. They are customer focused and know treating their customers right, will only bring in more business! Relax and let them do their job! They had my car fixed and back to me in record time, two days! On top of that great service they delivered my car to me at my home, because I care for my 96 year old mom, it would have been another day to pick it up, before I could get some help to watch her. So thanks a million for your perfect repair ! The price was inline with other estimates I received. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. My car looks great and it's warranted for any deterioration of their work. What more could you ask! I'll be using them again if needed, but let's hope I don't go down that road anytime soon!! read more

My car was hit by an uninsured motorist. It took a month to get dropped off to the shop. Pro American Collision center arranged for me to drop off the car as soon as the parts arrived. They got me in and out after dropping off the car as quickly as possible. I was able to leave it Monday and have it promised Wednesday. They also arranged with insurance everything that was required for the repairs. I have not received my car back, but I know it's a simple paint of a small body part and replacement of a bumper that comes unpainted from the factory. Just for the level of service, attention to detail, and humane treatment of their way of helping me out is enough for me to leave this 100% 5-star satisfied review. Totally awesome experience!! Jim, the manager, instantly made me feel like family! I felt like he genuinely had my best interest in mind! I'm pretty unfamiliar with reputable auto shops around OC and had a bad experience at a couple other places where I was way overcharged. A lot of the time, as a woman, it can feel like getting work done on your car brings an extra level of challenges. I always feel really anxious about making sure I'm not getting taken advantage of for not knowing a lot about cars. So when I came here, I was wary. But my worries we're instantly put to rest! When I called and spoke with the manager, we chatted for a little about the car's problems was able to bring it in right away. He even encouraged me to stay off the roads the next day, as a huge rainstorm was expected to hit and make the roads dangerous. But I digress... anyways when I brought it in, he confirmed the issues right in the parking lot, but the issues may have been more electrical in nature (not really the kind of stuff they do). Regardless, he personally walked me across the street to another shop that could take care of my needs and explained the problem to them (shoutout to SV tires!) Even offered me a slice of pizza! Seriously can't say enough good things about this place! I actually don't even live in Lake Forest, but I will make the drive to come to this place! Great customer service! read more

I also got full detailing service. I don't have any before pictures of the inside (sorry) but it hadn't been fully detailed in over a decade, everything had dirt and grime everywhere. Now it looks just about brand new. Thanks to Jim and the entire team for excellent, quick work, and great communication & transparency read more

Shady place! Be aware!! Stay Away!!! Got into a car accident last night and called AAA to send a tow truck to help remove the car from the scene. The driver towed the vehicle to this place, stating he can't tow the vehicle back to my home. Was towed here around 10:30pm last night, probably by a tow truck driver who is helping his collision center friend make more money, now this place is trying to charge $200.00 a day for a storage fee--saying the vehicle has been there for 2 days when it hasn't been a total of 24hrs. Now they say they won't release the vehicle until $400.00 is paid. read more
