I have a collector car that's really valuable to me from both a financial sense and (more importantly) a sentimental sense. After I had a small mishap I had to get some bodywork done. I know a good amount of people equally obsessed with their cars and Quigleys was recommended to me by a friend. Long story short - I'm really happy I came here - the repair is/was truly amazing. I've since come back for more work to be done and have been consistently pleased with the entire experience. They're good people that pay attention to details. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

Big shout out to Glenn! Literally made my day with this great repair job. THANK YOU! Only taking my car to Quigley's moving forward!

When the paint issue is encountered for only some part of car body, one should realize that there is no such thing as 100% match in color. However Quigley's is exceptional. I went there not just once, but twice with absolute satisfaction not only by their paint job, but also their friendly attitude towards you. I would like to give 6 out of 5 stars. They are highly recommended. read more

Went to Maaco in El toro which was the worst paint job you can imagine with dirt and trash in the paint. They damaged my car. Delt with managers and owners lies and games. Friend of mine advised me to check out Quigleys. Got a complete break down of work, the timeline and price. Provided him my parts and left it for 2 weeks. Picked up exactly as promised. Thank you gentleman for great work. read more

My Toyota Prius rear spoiler had become loose. Quigleys was recommended to me by Corner 3 Garage - another great company. They needed to take the car for a day to diagnose the issue as to if it was repairable or whether a new spoiler would need to ordered. Long story short they diagnosed the issue in a couple of hours, found a new spoiler, got a discount on it, and installed it the next day for less than the estimate. Mark at Quigleys was friendly, informative, and thorough. I am very pleased with their service! read more

Always the best. They've been in business for decades and do superb work. The staff is great and the owner Glen is very attentive and accommodating too. Highly recommend them!! read more

- Honest, Professional, and Customer-Focused Location: Quigley's Auto Body - Lake Forest, CA After a nightmare experience at Crash Champions, Quigley's Auto Body was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with honesty, professionalism, and genuine respect. They took the time to explain everything clearly and confirmed that what I had gone through at the other shop was highly irregular. Where Crash Champions followed my insurance company's orders, Quigley followed mine. They actually listened to my concerns, respected my OEM-only request, and made it clear that I was their customer--not the insurance company. They didn't try to upsell me, rush me, or play games. They simply gave me straight answers and expert guidance. It's clear they take pride in their work and their reputation. If you want your car treated right and your voice actually heard, go to Quigley's. They've earned my trust--and my future business. read more

They did a great job on my cars minor body damage. I got a few quotes from other places as well and quiqleys gave me options and costs for various levels or repair as I wanted to go out of pocket to avoid raising my insurance rates. The time frame was a little unclear but other than that was perfect. They even stayed open for me a bit after close when I was running late after dropping off my rental. Mark and the team did great. They even cleaned the inside of my car. Thanks Quiqleys read more

Amazing shop! Amazing work! Simply Perfect! Bruce took care of my baby since I first walked into the door. The first shop I went to, they said that I was on my own to find the parts needed for my vehicle. Bruce on the other hand, said "We'll take care of that, we'll find the parts." And him and his crew did not disappoint one bit. I own a 2007 Saturn Sky. The vehicle has been discontinued for years, so new part are almost impossible to find, and used ones are just hard to find. Quigleys Auto Body Shop found the parts, dealt with my insurance, paint matched all parts, installed them and perfect execution! I am truly impressed with their work, their high level of work quality, honesty, and great recommendations! I was kept on the loop most of the time, with updates, time changes, etc. Thank you for working on my baby, and for being patient looking for parts for her, she is looking like new! read more

Quigley's Auto Body was wonderful to work with. Mark is awesome. He took an awful situation and working with insurance, and made it as great as you could. He's patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and fair. He will keep you up to date during the whole process. I even learned quite a bit! Quigley's values customer service in an age where it is being thrown out the window. On top of all this, their work is top notch. Don't hesitate to bring your vehicle here; just do it! Thanks again for a great outcome and very pleasant experience. read more

Great place to bring your vehicle to... honest, reliable, very fair pricing, and excellent body work!! Would recommend them to anyone!

Quigley's is hands down the best paint shop, run by great people. Glen, Bruce, and Mark were all incredibly honest and friendly throughout the process. I've taken my cars to many high-end shops before, but the quality at Quigley's far exceeds them all. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in Orange County! read more

If there were more stars to give I would. My 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5's front bumper was hit while parked. I was bummed because it had just under 5k miles. I did my research and came across Quigleys. They were response and gave me a fair quote (I went to another auto body shop and their quote was for $500 more) but I guess that didn't matter too much because I was the claimant. While Quigleys was not on AAAs approved vendor list I had no issues with payment being issued and Mark/Bruce/Glen were very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. As soon as payment was issued Mark booked me a couple days later and within a week my car was ready. All in all, I had an excellent experience. If you look at photos the damage doesn't look too bad but the tow hitch on the other car broke my front radar and a pedestrian speaker inside. read more

This review is specifically for Glenn, the business owner. He tried very hard to find a part that was not easy to find and order. He gave me a reasonable price and answered my calls every time when I needed a follow-up. When he finally found the part and I got to meet him, I found a very friendly, professional gentleman. Thank you Glenn ! Recommending this business! read more

These guys did some seriously amazing work. Mark is insanely knowledgable and their craftsmanship is on a whole other level. I would 100% come here again. If you see reviews of customer service being poor, I would chalk it up to Mark being straight forward because he was amazing to work with. I'm always weary of taking my Lexus anywhere for repairs because of the knowledge needed to paint it correctly with the correct blending, and these guys did an amazing job. read more

Mark is incredible, honest, and very knowledgeable. We just got our Tesla Model Y and of course it gets hit in a parking lot. We took the vehicle for a quote and left with tons of value. He explained how to avoid those situations moving forward, helped us buff out the scuffs, and provided great service. Highly recommend this establishment because they are the last of its kind. An honest, high quality body shop that won't jerk your around. Hopefully I never have to go back here but will not hesitate one bit if a situation arises. Thanks again Mark, I appreciate you. read more

Amazing service - being a female and going to car shops can sometimes be intimidating but that was not the experience I had here! My car antenna fell off in the car wash and prior to reaching out to Quigley's I did my own search. Unfortunately for me you have to buy the entire antenna not just the cover! I reached out to Glenn and he answered within 10mins. From the very beginning he was upfront with cost and even went out if his way to find the part I needed (it would have been 300 from the dealer) he kept me posted the entire time n provided me options based on my budget. The other gentleman up front I think his name was mark, was also extremely helpful and honest. Will be referring all friends and family here thank you guys ! read more

Quigleys did a great job painting the front lip of my car. Bruce and Mark were honest and and explained the painting process and the steps that they would take to ensure that everything was done correctly. Their turnaround time was only a few days and they were willing to adjust to my schedule for pickup. As for the details of the lip, the clear coat was spread very evenly across the entire lip and there were no drip spots anywhere. I also asked for a split line between two colors and that was done very well. I would come back for any bodywork I need done in the future. read more

Excellent auto body shop! They are honest and do quality work for a fair price. I had my rear bumper replaced and they had it done within 4 days of the parts arriving. Very reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. They also went the extra mile by cleaning my car, which I really appreciated. It's little things like that that make me want to return to a business. I highly recommend! Thank you, Quigley's! read more

I dented the front bumper of my 2015 white Lexus is250 pretty badly in the beginning of 2017. After diligently YouTube-ing and trying to get the dent out on my own to no avail, I decided to give up and get a quote from a few local body shops. I only went to one and got some of the best advice I'd ever heard. Mark told me since I was leasing the car that it wouldn't be smart to fix it right then and there because chances are, although slim, I could possibly get hit front on and need to have the front fixed and replaced anyway before the lease term ended in 1.5 years. He also said if nothing happened then make sure to shop around to get the best price when the time comes and compare it to what Lexus would charge to bring it back with the dent. Fast forward six months. Someone hit the other side of the front of my car! I had listened to Mark and still had the ugly dent in my front bumper but he was totally right about the situation! I brought it to him the next day. My car was in the shop for an entire month but since it was a lease that actually helped me not go over on my lease miles. The whole thing was such a blessing in disguise. Mark walked me through every single step of the way. He told me all about different aftermarket parts compared to the original parts on the car and how they either fit together or they don't fit together blah blah blah. We talked almost every other day for the entire month because he was so good about keeping me informed and wouldn't make any decisions about the repairs before talking to me first and explaining everything. Bringing my car to quickly's was the best experience I've had with any autobody shop ever. I would highly recommend this place to my close friends and family and will definitely be bringing any other car problems their way! Thanks guys for an awesome job well done! (PS. I know this review was way overdue sorry about that) read more

I have been eyeing this body shop for awhile now and reading all of their great reviews on Yelp and Quigleys didn't disappoint at all. My son got hit in the back of his car awhile back and I told him to check around for quotes. All the quotes came back $500-800. I told my son to bring his car in to Quigleys to get an estimate and they literally pushed his bumper back in for free. So when I got into a an accident I knew that I would take my car in here. Glenn and Bruce were exceptionally nice and thorough in going over what they would do to my car. They took apart my car so they can fix everything and make sure it was done correctly. I got my car within a week of being there and it was like brand new. They even took it in for a Carwash! Talk about attention to detail!!! I took an Uber to pick up my car and even the Uber driver was telling me what a great auto body shop it was. They have been around for 40 years and they only use original parts. Make sure you take your car here for all of your auto body needs. read more

Mark is the most knowledgeable body shop person that you can imagine. Absolutely terrific shop. I was in the auto repair and tire business before I retired 13 years ago. Never did any auto body work. I had another car at quigley's 5 years ago and they did a perfect job. It's why I went back today. I know enough about cars to recognize a true expert in body work. Have your work done here if you want it done correctly. Very fair price today. In and out in an afternoon. I opened a claim with my insurance company this morning and I'm going to cancel it. Mark did the work for less than my $1,000 deductible. So no increase in insurance policy. I'm very satisfied. read more
