They did a very thorough job going over the damage to my car and showing me stuff I didn't even realize beyond the aesthetic damage. I just had the lower section of my front bumper repaired at Crash Lab Lake Forest and they did Excellent work at a very fair price. Extremely professional "team" of motorcar specialists. I have a Ferrari Modena & I did what many others have done and that's to scrape one of the 6" concrete parking lot dividers with the lower section of my front bumper. I pulled forward a little too much. They were vey patient and spent considerable time explaining exactly what they were going to do make my bumper look new again. Before I forget , I loved their free pick up & drop off service. Matthew handled all that for me and he was fantastic. It was fortuitous timing that Matthew had come to the office where I work as he was "pounding the pavement", visiting businesses in our area. My daughter's Honda was recently hit-and-run overnight as it was parked on the street. I came out one morning and noticed a big dent/scrape along the rear quarter panel. I decided after speaking with Matthew that I'd take it over to the body shop for an estimate and met with manager Gilbert. The price was reasonable and the repair was done at the estimated time - car dropped off on a Monday and completed on Friday. It was convenient that they are open half days on Saturday so my wife could give me a ride on the weekend to pick up the car. Car looks as good as new.
