He explained in detail what he did, and also pointed out the area where something had rubbed against my car. My car (2025) has never looked better! It was so refreshing speaking to someone who knows their stuff and shares the same passion about clean cars! Fernando and Ramon arrived in the allotted time frame and immediately got to work. And boy did these guys work! The car had been a bit neglected with some stains, dead bugs on the windshield, and dusty dirty tires. This car came out looking better than factory I swear! The windows are so clear I keep thinking I'm going to fly out. I requested the full detail interior and exterior. The clay bar was much needed, now she's so silky to the touch. I'm so picky with my own personal car but after seeing what these guys can do with my partner's car, I think it's time to pass the torch. First time using a mobile detailer, but definitely not the last time, and it'll definitely be with All In One Auto Care. Can't recommend these guys enough!

The body and mechanics guys did a phenomenal job, it drives great and I paid a little extra to get the roof/hood painted separately from the insurance claim. The guys also did a great job powdercoating and refitting the new bull bar, in addition to the winch hookups, accessory lights, etc. Definitely not your standard job! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Jesse for your patience as we waited a long time to get the bumper back. Best of all, a lifetime warranty on everything done! I had taken my vehicle to over six body shops in the area to request an inspection and quote for repairs. Out of all six shops, CARSTAR Lake Forest had the most affordable pricing- even for OEM parts and labor. Compared to other shops in the area, they also had the fastest turnaround time, which was important to me since I didn't have insurance to cover a rental. The process was really simple. I went in, someone assessed my vehicle and provided a printed quote. Since I was going through with insurance, once the claim was filed and the quote was submitted, I scheduled a time to drop off my vehicle. The turnaround was about a week, whereas other shops were saying it'd be roughly two weeks. They were able to continually keep me in the loop regarding repairs via text and calls, so I was really appreciative of the communication. The cherry on top would be the day of pickup. CARSTAR was kind enough to provide a complimentary car washing service, which included the interior as well! This auto body shop definitely goes above and beyond for their customers. I was extremely happy and content with their level of professionalism, workmanship, and customer service. Having a shop that was able to contact me via text (since I am very busy) was a plus!
