Great experience every time!! I have taking many of my cars here and They always have taken care of me. The service is professional and timely. I recently took my wife's car here after she unfortunately got into an accident. When the car was ready I decided to ride my bike there to get some exercise in the process and I forgot my wallet! I had the thing in storage three years. Its out five f-ing days- five days, and some dickless piece of s#@! F's with it. Lance: They should be f-ing killed. No trial, no jury, straight to execution. I asked one of the workers there if they do any bodywork and they referred me to their other company Frank's auto collision in San Clemente. At first, I was hesitant to drive all the way out there because it's pretty far from where I live however, I just went with it and I am glad I did. This is where I met Jeremy. Jeremy was very helpful and professional. He made sure that I was well taken care of and made the transaction smooth. He kept me informed daily and I had my car back within 4 days. I am a very happy customer. It's rare to get good customer service nowadays but Jeremy was top notch. My Impreza looks brand new again. After someone had hit my car, I brought my car here for repairs. This location was suggested by the insurance. I told them while my car was there I would like them to fix my window at whatever expense to me. They agreed then when I picked up my car they didn't do it. I was irritated they ignored my request because it was raining so I needed my window fixed, but I wasn't upset and they said they would fix it. They never got back to me, I called at least 5 times following up and they said they were on it and kept blaming other people as to why they hadn't ordered the part needed. After over a month I gave up and went somewhere else. They obviously were just ignoring my request and I gave them plenty reminders. Wouldnt go there again. Obviously they don't care about returning customers. read more

So I was in an accident where a guy ran a red light and hit my car and the second I went to Frank's Auto Collision, Justin helped me get an estimate and told me exactly what I would need to do, he even offered other places to get some small work done if I needed it. Everyone inside the office treated me like a family member. They offered us coffee, water, and candy. I love the staff at Frank's they are all so funny and helpful. Thank you guys for being so honest and genuine, especially the two main receptionists, they always told me exactly what I needed and answered right away. It doesn't get any better than this. The work they did on my old Toyota was phenomenal. Looks like new and new paint is completely blended into the old wherever it meets. They also practically detailed my car inside and believe me, I am a slob. My car was ready a day earlier than promised and Jeremy, the general manager, even stayed a little late to wait for me to pick it up. He noticed my car was almost out of oil! I watched him add some oil and he wouldn't take any payment from me. He also made a few maintenance recommendations to be done elsewhere. I had my back bumper replaced here few years ago when someone backed up into me and they were very accommodating. I recently had my front bumper replaced too because another person backed up into me and they not only had a fast turn around, but they also cleaned my headlights to look brand new and detailed my car. Bring your car here if you would like them to abuse your car and have your car or car part repainted twice. Had an accident with my car where somebody backed into it, decided to bring the car back to the original dealership I purchased it at (Irvine Subaru) which has a body shop (franks auto collision) which is owned by the owner of the dealerships son. So the first discussion we had was that no one would be driving my car to or from the body shop, that it would be towed. I drove a 2016 subaru sti and I know well too much about how people love to drive these cars like and idiot and abuse it. So before I left the car with the dealer I check my mileage on the car and reset my max boost gauge in the car just in case.So the deal was it was suppose to be towed to and from the body shop. So they tow the car to the body shop and do the work. They call me a little over a week later to tell me the car is done and looks great. So I go to pick it up. I look at the paint on the rear bumper that was replaced and repainted, and it looks terrible. Dust in the paint everywhere spots of wierd things trapped in the paint and a spot where it looks like somebody knocked it with some sort of tool and they used a touch up brush to fix it. So I told them that I wasn't satisfied with the job and it needed to be repainted. So that was what was goin to happen. So then I decided to take a look in the car and noticed there was 45 miles more than was in originally so I asked about that and said somebody drove it to the dealership from the body shop, even though the deal was it was suppose to be towed. So on that note I decided to look at the boost gauge and what do you know the jackass who decided to drive the car managed to max boost the car at 22psi. So at this point I'm livid talking to the owners of the auto body shop and at the Subaru dealership, asking them why they think it's ok to not only drive the car when they're were told not to, but to have somebody drive the car like that is completely uncalled for. And both places didn't take responsibility for anything claiming that the factory boost gauge "malfunctioned" which is complete bs. Long story short they towed the car back to the shops repainted the bumper again got it back still had little specs of dust here and there. Just decided I can't wait anymore and deal with this I just want my car back. This place can't be trusted the paint jobs they do are mediocre at best and I would never recommend anyone to ever go to this body shop. read more

I recently got pulled over and (fix) ticketed for not having a front license plate on my car. The cars going 95mph on the toll road were fine. These guys are fantastic. I rarely write yelp reviews but I felt compelled to after they took such good care of me. My car had minor bumper damage after a woman rear ended me on the freeway. I called them and from the first contact they were excellent. Easy to set appointments with, and when I went in for my estimate, they were prompt, quick, courteous, and very concerned with my time. I dropped my car off shortly after, and Kevin was excellent. He is a consummate customer service professional. I really value customer service and feel these guys get it, he greets you by name, takes his time to explain the process, and fixed all damage on my car. He even stayed late to allow me to pick up my car after a long drive home from work In San Diego. My car looks great, and best of all, they detailed my car prior to pick up!! My car, including the wheels, are shiny and spotless!! The inside of my car was pristine as well, which I truly appreciate, especially as my neck is still sore from the lady rear ending me, and I would not be able to clean my car for a while. This past month we took 2 cars to Franks. A newer Mercedes with rear damage due to a parking lot collision and then an older Toyota PreRunner with door dings several years old. Mercury Ins did the MB (they recommended Franks to us) and we paid cash for the truck. In both cases we were blown away with the service we received. Super nice staff and work beyond all expectations in both cases. I couldn't have been more thrilled with my service at Franks 2! I was involved in a fender bender about a month ago and was in need of some work on my bumper. Dealing with the aftermath of an accident is never fun but Jeremy and the team at Franks made it AWESOME! I was referred to Jeremy by a handful of local San Clemente folks and boy were they right! I made an appointment and he was able to accommodate me for an estimate the next day. Because I was the one who was hit, I had to have my car estimated by the other persons insurance company. The insurance company cut me a check that was a bit lower than what Franks had quoted, but Franks still made it work! I dropped my car off on a Friday and it was back in my hands BETTER than new on Monday afternoon. They kept me updated on the status, called to let me know what to expect and never felt uneasy or pressured at any time.
