I needed emergency tire service, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Only poor behavior was the garage guys I pulled up and they literally turned their back on me and ignored my questions about where to go finally seeing I wasn't going directed me to go to the lobby. The service was fast maybe they are very efficient at their jobs and don't like interacting with customers? Anyways I got two cheap tires in a fix and will have to replace all 4 sooner than later I just have no interest in doing it with this place. read more

While this isn't the only time I have come to Holley's Tire, this is the most recent visit: The wife managed to find a large screw while driving down the 5, but did not realize that she had found it. The next morning, I got a text from a neighbor that her front tire was flat. I was able to pump up the tire and while I could hear the leak, it seemed slow enough that I could drive it across town to Holley's. They said it would take about an hour to get it in and figure out what was going on. I headed out to look for a breakfast burrito (read my SC Ranch Market review). An hour later I came back and fortunately for us, the screw was in a place where it could be removed and a patch put on the tire. Sergio is always great and very up front. Other times I have been were to have tires added to rims and then installed on my car. Balancing and alignment were done as well. Great job and the rims and tires made my Tundra look bad azz. Again Sergio took good care of me. We have been other times and the service and work is always good. I love the ball of tire stickers they have displayed. Pretty funny. Arrived at 2:15pm and was out by 2:45pm. Without an appointment they were able to repair my tire with no questions asked. Simply rolled my wheel and tire to the repair bay and they began repair once I identified the puncture location. They repair your tire the right way, removed tire from wheel and patch from the backside. Very pleased with their level of care and service. No damage to the rim when removing and installing the tire. Picked up a nail on the 405 a day prior. Thankfully there was no damage to the sidewall. $35 out the door is a very fair value. Sergio was to the point and gave me very fair pricing on a new set of 4 Yokohama tires and new rear brake pads which hadn't been replaced in 80k miles. I immediately went to the Costco website to check pricing where I usually get tires, but Costco couldn't compete. I arrived with a flat tire. One of the men didn't like that my friend wanted them to hurry. They then refused service. And they did it by first talking to each other in Spanish assuming that I wouldn't understand. I tried to remedy the situation by explaining that this is my car and I am the person that is paying. I wasn't in a rush. Rather than putting their pride to the side, they sent me away with a flat tire. I was more than an hour from home with more than an hour to drive to my doctor's appointment in San Diego. There are two other tire shops in the area.
