Charged $80 to put a truck on their alignment rack and tell me it can't be aligned, jokers i dont understand how clowns like this fall into a shop.. i handed them a bag of camber adjusters for a ford i beam, because thats what this truck has, and he said "we wont do that, thats extra, not part of normal alignment", as if $150 alignment only gets you a toe alignment .. thats the only way to change camber on these front ends... I will give credit where it's due, i drove it 20 feet and came back and was given a refund so shout out for that, cause that was unacceptable. I was shopping for a good load range E tire for my F150 and read about the Mickey Thompson Baja Bose LT tire which exceeds the overall rating of the stock passenger tires that most F150s come with. I reached out to Junior at Amato Tire in Laguna Hills and he was professional and gave me a good price on these tires, balanced and installed. When I called Junior on Saturday he said he could have the tires on Monday and would call when they arrived. I asked him if he needed a deposit and he said no that's okay I trust you at your word. Great customer service. Sure enough Junior called me at approximately 9am and said they tires arrived. I asked when was a good time to come in? He said now was okay. Is this is your wheel alignment system? I do have a bank statement and receipt to prove I was there. Can also post the car on the alignment rack. Else will remove the review. I recall you being rude. I was told a certain time and took long time--hours. I did call in advance. If I knew how long it was going to be, I would have come back or go a different day. The technician didn't want to do camber because blah. Is not like I was not gonna pay. Even if I was for a toe, you as a shop can acknowledge me that camber is extra. Your reply was nasty! Having a bad day is normal. This was long ago; but replying me after so long with low class says more about you. I do not think a one bad review should discourage people from coming here, but your comment was unnecessary. The way you just dropped the car outside without saying a word. Sunday 8/4/24 We got a flat tire on the freeway and managed to exit into the 76 at Oso Parkway. The cashier recommended Amato's Tire shop just down the street, except it's Sunday. I called and a man answered, I explained our situation and he was more than happy to help, even though there closed on Sunday. In 15 minutes he arrived, lifted the car, removed the flat wheel. Another 20 minutes, he arrived and installed the new tire. We then drove over to the shop because all the tires needed air. Very clean auto center, very clean shop. I've never seen a shop so clean. I live in murrieta but pass by here every other day. I will return to Amato for the remaining 3 tires because they are bald. I've always been a Tucker Tire guy. For decades. I never thought I'd go someplace else, until today. Mostly because TT is closed on Saturdays. Guess what....? On Saturday's, Amatos is OPEN for business baby. The first call I made I reached Junior at Amato Tire. Turns out, he provided me with an excellent quote for 4 tires plus an in-house alignment for The Whips car. "We are wide open so come on down." Naturally, the rig needed brakes too and they threw those on at a competitive price, all while I waited. It took longer than I was hoping but I was pleased with the experience. This time I popped in because I needed a stubborn bolt removed from my cars steering column to change my steering wheel. They removed it in 30 seconds and didn't ask for payment. I once came here to inflate my tires and they did it for free, which was really cool. The other time I came in, I had to replace my front two tires and they did it for $30 each. I had my own tires, so the $30 was just the replacing cost. I guess this wasn't too bad. I remember I was able to replace my tires for $20 each at the same location about 3 years ago. I guess everything is getting more expensive. When I came here, they were doing renovations to the main area, so they couldn't take credit card - which was kind of annoying. We were traveling on the freeway to Los Angeles airport and our car got a flat tire. It could not have happened at a worse time, i was afraid we'd miss our flight to Hong Kong. Thêre we were stranded on the center of the freeway, i was Without hope, suddenly there was a tow truck behind us. The man said he could only tow us a safe location off the freeway, he then towed our car within sight of Ámato Tire. But no further. Although it was early Sunday morning, i trìed calling, they were closed but they ắnswered anyway, and were more than happy to help.
