I am writing this, and I never even had the service on my Audi completed here. My car wouldn't start so I called AAA. They came out and said that it wasn't my battery it was my alternator and referred me to Pro. So off I went. I left the car with Hamid and was walking to work (they offered a ride but it was exercise!!) when Hamid called me. He explained that he called the Audi dealer and found out that my car was still under warranty! So, I walked back, picked up my car and took it in for warranty service. No charge. Hamid was amazing. My daughter's car got hit in her high school parking lot this morning. When I called to ask about bringing it in for an estimate, the first thing he asked was if she was okay. We brought the car in and not only did he not charge me for an estimate, he was able to buff out the scratches in a few minutes and didn't charge us anything! Honesty is the first word that comes to me. Went in to have Brake pads changed (Toyota dealer I've been going to said I needed new disc pads real soon). Hamib looked over pads and asked me why I came in. Told him about the dealer and he laid it out. He could change the pads if I wanted to but that there was ample wear left and was perfectly safe to drive. Decided not to go through with the service at this time and he had my Highlander put back together and gave me the keys. NO CHARGE even though I offered to pay some kind of inspection charge. Extremely expensive! Make sure you get an exact quote for the work they are going to perform and don't let them sell you on why it costs more after the fact. They mark up their parts costs 50% and then gouge you on the labor. They do NOT use synthetic oil here. Only a synthetic blend which is cheaper but they sell it as synthetic. I gave 2 stars because they know what they are doing with repairs and maintenance on most vehicles. Although expensive, they are good. read more

The owner is a really nice guy that seems to understand how to treat his customers. I've had three different vehicles in his shop. This guy tried to charge me 200 bucks for a simple headlight swap where i paid only 100 at another shop, its a pretty basic job that only takes an hour for my car, they wanted to swindle me and stretch out the labor x 2, so either theyre straight ripping people off and taking extra time on the cars or they are incompetent not good at their jobs not knowledgable enough to get simple jobs done quick, either way that is all bad news read more
