Service and integrity is highly appreciated,..having been a previous (retired), old school, automotive owner in the past. . In retrospect, these are attributes that are unfortunately missing at times in this industry and unusual these days as well. read more

I needed to get my tires rotated and my husband goes to Nahu. I walked in and was greeted right away. They were VERY quick and were able to accommodate even without an appointment. My husband goes for maintenance on his car and always raves about Nahu and his service. Will be coming back for all of our car maintenance needs. read more

Nahu is amazing! The whole experience from start to finish was great. The whole team at Ascendant is quality.

Ascendant was referred to me by a friend of mine, and after going in the first time, I know now I'll never go anywhere else. The employees at Ascendant are all incredible, and I received quick, quality service. I was given honest answers about what was going on with my vehicle, a quote that was extremely appropriate, and the service was above and beyond. I'd come to this shop over any other spot I've ever been to. Highly recommend, thank you!! read more

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable and helpful! We will definitely be using and recommending them!

My locksmith recommended this shop to me a few weeks ago and so far, I am impressed and happy with their service. Later, I had to bring my car in for an additional issue. I appreciate the fact that they rely on and encourage appointments rather than just dropping off your car and leaving it for hours and hours they give you more of a precise window with precise expectations. All the customers seem friendly and happy there with the owner, which is a good sign and so far the pricing has been fair. I've been searching for a trustworthy Neighbourhood mechanic and so far they have fit that Bill. read more

I have been going here ever since my catalytic converter was stolen a few years ago. I have an older Honda with $250k miles on it and this place and NahI has been amazing ... honest, fair pricing, quick turn around and always responsive. Catalytic Converter replacement within a day, tune up, AC, oil change ... The service is always great. I also appreciate the communication about what's going on with my car and love the fact that I don't have anxiety about going in there and spending $1k "just because my car is older". Some places love to take advantage of that. read more

Nahu and his whole team did awesome work on getting my compressor fixed. AC is working great and customer service was amazing. They do the best work here in town and at the best price. Thanks Nahu! read more

Nahu is hands down the best! I've used his services 2 separate times. The first time he came in $300 less than the guy I was going to for years and just this past week I used I'm again and he came in over $1000.00 less than the dealership. That's crazy!! Nahu is a good guy, gets the job done quickly, usually way under what others quote. He provides quality service at a fair price. What a concept!! He's my guy! read more

Had an issue with the car engine. Diagnosed snd Work done well and in a timely manner. Value for money.

Nahu was awesome to deal with. He took me in promptly and was reasonable on the price. The dealership tried to screw me so I'm glad I found Ascendant automotive. Thanks again! read more

I'm very happy that I found Ascendant Automotive! I'm a repair tradesman myself, though my primary focus is on home repairs I dable in mechanic work with less involved repairs. But when it comes sometime like a timing belt I could figure out how to do it given enough time but it's a daunting task for me and I searched around for a mechanic who felt trustworthy and knowledgeable. I found that in Nahu and the team at Ascendant. I talked to probably 7 different mechanics in the area with a large range in prices and trustworthyness. Some were astronomical some were dirt cheap. Some were clearly knowledgeable and some I clearly knew more than they did about the repairs I needed. Ascendant came in somewhere in the middle price wise but more than price I liked how responsive, friendly and knowledgeable they were. Not to mention a fast turn around time, which I realize can't always happen with these kinds of repairs but my first experience with them was great. One note, when I got the car back it did have a rough idle and I had to take it back in for an adjustment/cleaning of a part but for how big the project was it was a small inconvenience for how quickly and willing they were to correct it. I'll be coming here for sure as my first choice in the future :) read more

I stopped by Ascendant Automotive late this afternoon really to ask what time I could bring my car in for a new battery and an oil change on Saturday, knowing I had arrived about 5 O'clock in the afternoon and they close at 6pm. I never expected that they would take my car this late, but Nahu said he could at least change my battery. I was happily surprised and said yes, thank you! Turns out when he called my name he got both of my original service requests done in about 45 minutes. Honestly, it's been a long while since I've seen service like this. Nahu was so friendly and I heard him address another customer by name when he walked in the door. I first heard of Ascendant Automotive from a guy at Auto Zone who highly recommended them. I always do my research and found great reviews all over the place about this shop. After today, I will be bringing my car for future services here again. Pricing is great too, I thought it would be way more. I can see that this shop really wants to build their business with a great reputation and they will do just that. Thank you, Nahu! read more

Nahu helped with my car multiple times, he is reliable, friendly and honest. Recommend this place!

Nahu is very ethical. I have recommended his shop to everyone. The cost is always less than expected and he has never upsold me. I have no clue about cars and trust him completely. I moved and still drive 30 mins to see him. I listed to him tell someone how to fix a small problem at home as alternative. Very kind. My old jeep runs great since he's taken care of it. read more

I was referred to this business by a family member. My first repair after expiration of warranty on my vehicle. I needed front brakes and exchange of break fluid. From my first conversation with Nahu to completion of the work on my car, I was totally satisfied. The work was completed in a timely manner, with care and professionalism. They really seem to care about their customers. And my cost was less than half of what I would have paid at the dealer. Definitely my new service place and a business I will refer. Thank you Nahu and your team, job well done. You have a new customer in me. I really appreciate your work and your care! read more

Honest and reliable! I'll be back for future car needs! Competitive prices and quality work.

Brought my car here for an inspection. My neighbors referred me to this place. I had a great experience and would recommend. I needed help to check on a leak that the oil change guys mentioned seeing under the car. I was able to bring in and get it inspected quickly. They said they needed more time and saw it appeared to have multiple leaks but since it was the weekend and I need my car, they said to bring my car in on Monday morning and they will check again. Turns out to be minor and I can bring it for repair at my next oil change. They didn't try to upsell or make me do repairs right away. I will be referring friends here for honest service. read more

Called in to see if they had availability and they had a spot the next day. Brought my car in to check the warning lights and Nahu did a free diagnostic for me and thoroughly explained everything. Before coming here i went to a place that told me that i needed a new transmission but wouldn't tell me why. Nahu explained that mechanically the transmission is fine, however, it's a computer/system error. He told me it's safe to drive and if i wanted the warning lights to go away then i should get it replaced, but if i can ignore the lights it's fine. Appreciate the candor and no up sells. read more

I called this place due to their yelp reviews. My RV had a vacuum leak it was detected by an OBD two monitor. I was also getting my air conditioning through my defroster vent. Another sign of a vacuum leak. I had a pretty good idea where the leak was going to be but there was no way to check it without doing a smoke test. Ascendant was the only place around that I could find that had the equipment to do it. They said it would take about an hour but after perhaps 15 minutes they found a leak and it was just where I thought it was going to be in a very difficult place to reach. Having a test done and verifying the location of the leak was well worth the $100 they charged. The guys they were very friendly very professional and very busy. Make sure you call ahead to see if they have time to take you. Highly recommend. read more

As a woman who owns a car, the last thing I want to do is walk into an automotive place to get service. However, my experience at Ascendent was easy and everyone behind the counter was very helpful. I was referred here by my brother who reassured me this shop wasn't going to take me for a ride, and he was right. I would highly recommend this place for their value and quality of service. read more

I came to this shop this morning and I have never been better treated by a mechanic. I rarely leave Yelp reviews but as I am still in the parking lot, I don't want to drive away without giving these guys credit. Their main Technician, Nahu, Was extremely straight forward on what the problem was and fixed it within minutes. I called other shops, including my Honda dealership where I bought the car and they all gave me terrible Quotes. Ascendant did the work for a fraction of the price in a fraction of the time. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Nahu! read more
