Literally one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto body shop. Jeremy was the person who took care of me and I just want to say that he was very detail oriented and considerate and helpful and just overall great dude. He made everything clear to what I'll be spending and what will be worked on. He never cut any corners and the shop was perfect on every level: Customer service, paint job/reassembling, pricing, everything! It took an extra day to finish my vehicle but it I had gotten into a pretty bad accident that most shops would've just labeled as totaled...not with them, they took the time and a lot of effort to get my car back to normal and you wanna know something, it looks EVEN BETTER than when I got my car originally. You never know what could come up or how soon parts could arrive but Jeremy made sure that I was aware of everything that was happening with my vehicle. If I'm ever in a conversation about body shops, I'll make sure to mention and ONLY recommend Franks auto body off Avenida de la Estrella in San Clemente. These guys know what's good and how to take care of their customers. If you're swirling around which place to take your vehicle, take it here. No questions asked. If I'm ever involved in another accident I'll be sure to return. Thank you! read more

I was referred to Franks by my auto insurance carrier when I had an accident on vacation. Unfortunately, there were only 2 business days until I had to be back at work - not enough time for Frank, or anyone else for that matter, to repair the damage to my car. Jeremy referred me to a garage that would be able to make my car drivable, (at my own risk, of course), so that I could get home, get my car to my own mechanic and repair guys, and make it back to work on Monday, as scheduled. This saved me having to rent a car, pay for extra hotel nights, and miss work. I'm grateful for their honesty, and for them being willing to work with me. I shot a photo of my repaired car - wasn't done by Franks, but I wanted them to know the happy ending to the help they gave me that day. read more

I was referred to Frank's Auto Collision for the repair of a scrape on the front bumper of my new Subaru Impreza. They did an amazing job touching it up for me, I'm so glad I took my car there. I will definitely use them in the future for any body work on my car and would highly recommend them to anyone. Jeremy was awesome. He was easy to get in contact with for the touch up, gave me his honest opinion on what I should do about the scrape , and provided excellent customer service. Long overdue, but thanks to Jeremy and his team, I am more than content with the quality of their work at a very reasonable price. I came to Frank's Auto Collision with several issues: a rear bumper collision, a front bumper collision, and a need for a full vehicle detailing. When I say I left as one of the happiest customers ever, I couldn't be more proud. Jeremy and his team have always been very helpful, super nice, and able to fix almost any problem. I will continue to go to them for any future issues. I highly recommend everyone check them out for any collision problems you encounter. They're great! read more

We unfortunately had to take my wife's new car into Franks twice in one month. The first time was for a serious scratch that required body work and paint. The second time was for a side mirror that was side-swiped. Jeremy took extremely good care of us, explaining how her car would be fixed and how it should look when completed. Both times, the repairs were perfect. In addition to doing a top-notch job, Jeremy worked with his auto body supervisor to find a lower cost alternative to replacing the side mirror - they reconstructed the mirror and it works and looks like new. Huge thanks! read more

Frank's Auto Collision is the only place to go for cosmetic or collision repair. I had a nightmare with a mobil paint/repair company that said they could repair very minor chips and paint my BMW X5 M and make it look like new. WRONG! They all but ruined my paint! Thank goodness I was able to take their mistake to Jeremy Dugan at Frank's Auto Collision where he and his team did an absolutely perfect job of making my vehicle look like new. I highly recommend Franks Auto Collision if you need collision or paint repair on your vehicle. Call Jeremy, you'll be glad you did. read more

Fast and friendly service. Every member of the team at Franks is great and personable. When unfortunate circumstances occur to your vehicle, you tend to be upset and angry that you were in an accident, whether it's your fault or not. The last thing you want is the inconvenience of taking your car to the shop. This is the first and only place you want to go. Thank you to everyone at Franks for top notch auto experience. read more

My 16-year-old son backed into my car with his car... so we showed up at Frank's Auto Collision needing help with TWO cars instead of one. Jeremy was fantastic. Honest, fair, easy to work with, and just an all-around good guy. The whole shop has a genuinely friendly, family feel to it. This is exactly the kind of local San Clemente business I'm happy to support. Highly recommend. read more
