To the "Capriotti's Marketing" account that told me to email customerrelations@capriottis.com - I have, twice. Once on August 3rd and again on August 10th. I never received a response. According to several complaints I've found online regarding reaching out to that email, it seems as though no one gets an email back from customer service. What a shame. read more

We stopped you by chance because we're hungry and we had a taste for Philly cheesesteak. I thought it was pretty good, not the best but comparably good. The lady at the counter was amazing and very friendly. She was polite and it looked like she enjoys working there, so that was nice to see. The place is clean to include restroom, & that's always nice to witness because there's nothing like a clean area whenever I check out for the first time. They offer rewards points, so that's always a good way to keep people coming. I'll probably try again and see what the other sandwiches taste like. read more

About a 1-1.5: This Capriotti's must have just opened, and we were excited to see it while we were passing through - I really enjoy their Bobbie sandwiches, which is basically a Thanksgiving sammie can consume to satisfy all that craving before/after the holidays. You can opt for the sammie to be cold or hot, in which I went for the latter - while the sandwich was stuffed well, the ingredients were just not great - the turkey was super dried out and had no flavor; the stuffing also was super dry and very mushy - it seemed it was not prepared well; and, the cranberry sauce had an off taste to it. The bread itself was okay, but slightly dried out; the quality that was received just made the visit not worth it. The staff here are friendly, and there's plenty of parking in the plaza. +dried out, flavorless sandwiches +friendly staff +plenty of parking read more

The food was amazing and the customer service was superb. I grew up in Delaware so I'm a true Capriottis fan and I'm glad they now have multiple locations. The food was so good I didn't have a chance to take a pic of the chicken cheesesteak read more

Tyler and the female manager, Jennifer, were absolutely delightful today. It was my first time coming with my daughter. She loved the kids grilled cheese. The slight cheese pull was definitely fun for her to see. I got the chicken cheesesteak combo with fries and it was good! I'm definitely going to do loaded fries next time bc this was perfect! Thanks for making our first time so special. We will definitely be back. read more

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Grilled cheese and fries - Sandwiches Near Me - Gambrills, Maryland

This shop did a 180 and now is putting on great subs. This is the Cappriottis that I love and remember.

Decided to try Capriotti's sandwich shop for lunch. Got a small steak and cheese, an 8 inch BLT steak and cheese, and an 8 inch grilled Italian sandwich. Called in the mail order and it was ready fast. All the sandwiches were good but the grilled Italian better. Kinda expensive for just 3 subs at about $40 but good food. read more

This capriotti's is one of the most cleanest and calmest locations I've ever been to!!! It was my first time trying their sandwiches and this server named Caylee was sweet and very fast with my order & she even wrote a nice note on my receipt saying "Have a great day, enjoy". The sandwich tasted really good, I'll be sure to come back :) ! read more

Amazing service. Atmosphere was great. Sandwich was good and filling. If your looking for a good steak and cheese check this place out

Ate here recently. Food was incredible as was the service. I did notice a sign that said "doordashers may not use the restroom" which I APPLAUD. Too many times these DREGS of society, who are too STUPID to work a real job, are vandalizing restaurant bathrooms or shooting up DRUGS, when they should be doing their job. Thank you for making this restaurant safer for your guests. read more

The establishment was not super busy, we were greeted by the manager, Mr. Kris. The interior of the business was clean. We did not use the bathroom; we had a buy one sub get one free sub deal, courtesy of the manager, Miss Jennifer. We met her a few days priors, she was friendly, patient, and informative concerning the menu and what were the popular choices. We ordered the Capastrami Sub and the Tuna Sub. The Capastrami Sub was great tasting and just the perfect blend of seasoning and taste. The Tuna Sub was quality, but it simply lacked enough seasoning and did not have enough mayonnaise for a nice consistency. One of the best things about Capriotti's is their fresh bread in my opinion. read more

best sandwich shop around always clean and Freindly Jennifer is amazing always greets you with a smile love Capriotti's !

I come here at least once a week always fresh with good customer service. Just wish they had more locations closer to me.

I've been meaning to leave a review! My husband and I stopped by initially for a quick pick up. The vibe was dope and the customer service was amazing so we ended up just staying and chilling. Food was superb!!! It was my first time, but my husband is a regular. I definitely wasn't expecting the fries to be so exquisitely delicious and of course they were hot and fresh. Everything was fresh. I hope your able to have the same experience. . I had a Wagyu cheesesteak and fries read more

horrible service! i do delivery and they have a sign saying that i can't use their bathroom as a delivery driver because i'm not a customer. i am literally here on behalf of the customer! so in the end they'd prefer we take a leak outside touching peoples food?? food that can be directly linked to this chain should someone get sick?! thats disgusting!!!!! i guess they dont care about bad reviews with customers or the health inspectors!!!! photos of the sign stating this will be sent to the county health inspectors too!! This is a LAME EXCUSE!!! read more

Got a small wagyu cheesesteak that was ok. Not much flavor, chopped way too fine, it was like ground beef and not that much for $16. Ordered their fries and was very disappointed that they were not the flat skinny fries as described, but regular. Need to change menu description on line. I alerted them by doing survey a week ago and I guess they don't care, too many other shops out there with better food and service, never heard back from them. read more

Was my first time getting a sandwich there this evening. Got Grilled Italian sandwich. VERY GOOD!! I think it could have used a bit more "dressing"... still was DELICIOUS! Sandwich was wrapped well and there were no grease like Fire House Subs. I'm definitely coming back!!! Clean place. The workers were very friendly. read more

I'm a big fan of sandwich shops, so it was cool to find a new player in our area that I hadn't heard of before. They have only been open for a few months, I think, but the place looks like it belongs in the Waugh Chapel annex (my name for it... I think they call it Main Street?). They have a standard selection, with a few new offerings. For example, the first one we ever tried was the hot/grilled Italian. Imagine your favorite Italian hoagie meats, but chopped up and grilled, smothered in provolone. Suffice to say, it was quite delicious. My second attempt was their Wagyu roast beef. I will say I've never seen a slice of roast beef as marbled as this. It had a great flavor, and my only complaint was how ice-cold the veggies were. It wasn't their fault I had a tooth issue going on, but yeah... that stung a little. Still, their subs are quite tasty, and the toppings are really fresh. I'm intrigued to try their turkey, because it LOOKS like they have full actual frozen Butterball turkeys in the cooler up front. Might we finally have an answer to the processed meat situation? My biggest complaint is the price. I love that they have multiple size options for the bread (junior, small, medium, and large), but even the smallest one starts at around $7 for the beef one. It's over $11 for a small. When it showed up, it really did look quite small, but about 8 inches as advertised. I guess cutting it in half and stacking them side-by-side makes them look smaller. So, is it worth it? Maybe. For the price, the quality sure was there. I think I need to try a few more to make a final assessment, though. But, yeah, I don't see myself eating there too frequently for the value. Not to say the sub isn't worth it, but the prices are a bit steep. If quality is your absolute thing, then yes, they're worth it... so far. read more

i wanted to like this place better. Clean location and nice menu. Ordered the waygu cheesesteak and the chicken cheesesteak. Both were soooo extremely overly salty. Bummer, for what the prices were for these sandwiches they should have been better. read more

They charge almost $3 for a cup of water. I emailed customer relations two weeks ago asking why and have got no response.

Terrible. Avoid this sandwich chain. Nothing against this specific location just avoid the entire food chain in general. Sandwiches look nothing like the photos and the big disappointment comes when you pay almost $30 for a sub that has the thickness of a wiffle ball bat. Bread is nasty, chewy, doughy, comparable to Subway bread (but even smaller) if you're into that. Ingredients on the sandwiches feel skimped. Not worth the money or the calories. read more

First day, so hopefully they can maintain. Its been a few years since my last "Bobbie" and it was as great as I remember. The bread was fresh and the sub was well stuffed with all the goodness. The service was perfect as well....Almost startled me when I walked in and everyone yelled welcome! Lol keep it, look forward to coming back soon! read more

Fucked up all of our party of 6s orders, gave us a different parties order, gave us 4 of the worst clubs we've ever had.

place was empty and initial service was prompt but while we waited I asked for a small cup for water (not a bottled water) and was told it would be $3.17? I asked again and the male employee completely unhelpful. disappointing customer experience over a small cup for water. read more

I used to have sandwiches at the original shops in Delaware. The bread was good. The service was quick. I asked for an Italian hoagie, no tomatoes, no onions, but all they gave me was an Italian hoagie with onions. The cheesesteak was subpar. My son said that they like to fire house better, and that the service was OK. read more

I really wanted to like this because I love Capriotti's but my order was a disaster. I ordered online through the website and: 1-Fries were cold even though our order wasn't ready for us when we got there 2-Ordered the hot Bobbie with no mayo, it was slathered with it 3-Ordered the Capastrami sub and received a plain pastrami sub Maybe I'll try again when they've been open for a while. read more

After seeing Brown's Pro food review on tik tok about Capriotti's steak n cheese I decided to try it. I didn't have the same wow experience as Brown's did but it tasted okay. I didn't particularly care for the sauce or spread that was on the sub itself. It took away from the taste of an actual robust, well seasoned steak and cheese. read more

Had high hopes for their cheese steak. We ordered the largest sandwich with onions and mushrooms. The roll was amazing but the steak was overcooked to the point of being tough. The cheese had completely melted away. If there were onions and mushrooms they were hiding somewhere. May give the place another try but certainly not the cheese steak. Overall the place was fairly clean read more

Went to their soft opening yesterday and was not impressed with their Waygu steak sandwich. They offered a small for free with a drink. If I had to pay for this horrible sandwich I would have been mad. This sandwich is approximately $12! There was hardly any meat on it and the meat itself was extremely salty. This is the worst cheesesteak I have ever had. I had seen them before in Annapolis, but after reading the reviews from the Annapolis location, I never bought from there. The reviews were pretty much the same. And the new Crofton location is no different. read more

Don't waste your time or money I thought I would give this place another try. I will never go back. I called in my order but it wasn't ready when I got there even though the entire store was empty. Although it was probably a good thing otherwise I wouldn't have seen how they handle the food. The person cleaning with gloves on. Stopped cleaning and then started making my sandwiches with the same gloves. They didn't wash their hands or change gloves! The other person was going to give me fries that were just sitting there for who knows how long. I asked for my money back. They laughed at me as I walked out the door. Horrible customer service. Why would you go there when Firehouse subs who has wonderful customer service is right across the street. You would think we would have learned more about cleanliness after all everyone has been through. They did this with me standing there watching them can you imagine what happens when your not there?? read more

I never write reviews but ate here for the first time today and will not be returning. I ordered 2 subs, a small and a medium...for $31! The subs were average in taste but the quantity was small.
