I was a repeat paying customer of the affiliated towing businesses, but after my recent experience with the front office, I will not use these businesses again.
This has also become an **ongoing issue**, rather than a single unpleasant interaction.
The original problem arose when **Alexandra "Alexis" Bryant, an office manager for the towing businesses**, contacted me from a towing-company business line about a matter that had nothing to do with towing services. During that interaction, she became extremely upset and questioned me about why I knew one of the company's drivers outside of his work for the towing company. **I later learned that she was reportedly the driver's former girlfriend as well as his supervisor, which provided important context for an interaction that otherwise made absolutely no sense to me.** I found it completely inappropriate for an office manager to use a business contact with a customer to confront me about a driver's personal associations.
I had been a repeat paying customer since approximately 2023 and had used the towing businesses for multiple services. Who I know or associate with outside of those transactions was not something I believed an office manager had any legitimate reason to question me about.
Following that incident, I asked Ms. Bryant not to contact me regarding unrelated personal matters. Importantly, however, I specifically made an exception allowing communication for legitimate business purposes, including providing my customer records.
On **August 25, 2026**, I sent a written request to Ms. Bryant and a towing-company business email requesting copies of my invoices, receipts, tow tickets, and payment records, including the dates of service, vehicles towed, amounts charged, amounts paid, and methods of payment.
I received no response.
On **September 10, 2026**, I sent a second written request asking again for the receipts, invoices, payment records, and documentation showing the amounts charged and payments received from me.
Again, I received no response.
As of **September 16, 2026**, neither request has been answered and the records still have not been provided.
To be clear, my request that Ms. Bryant not contact me about personal matters did **not** prevent the towing company from providing these records. My August 25 email expressly permitted a response for the business purpose of providing the requested records. Additionally, another member of company management could have provided them without Ms. Bryant contacting me at all.
What began as an inappropriate interaction with an office manager has therefore turned into an ongoing customer-service and records issue. I should not have to repeatedly chase a towing company for documentation of services and payments involving me as its customer.
Based on my experience with the front office and the continued failure to respond to two written requests for my customer records, I cannot recommend this business. read more
