When contacted to find out why the car was in their yard instead of the body shop, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and confrontational. Her care was all about money and lacked any customer service! If you can, choose a company that cares about you as a customer!

Yesterday I came here to retrieve my things from my likely totaled car that was in an accident two…read moredays ago. They didn't have the key. A driver was out with it. We couldn't wait as it was 100 degrees with a baby in the car. I said I will be back tomorrow first thing. They open at 8am. Got there at 8:40 and both gates are locked. No one is here. I called 30 mins ago now and still no one to help me. On top of it the lady answering the phone has been rude to me when I called Monday asking about it and today Wednesday when I'm here today. When I showed up yesterday I had to wait 20 mins until someone showed up also. No one answered when I called yesterday. That man yesterday was pretty nice but couldn't help me as he didn't have my key to get into my car. Be warned you only have 15 mins to retrieve your things per the signs and if you have to come a second time it cost you 97$ per visit. Writing this as I wait for someone to let me in.
