Ignored my roadside assistance phone call to check in. I waited an additional 40 minutes before trying to call them again, they sent my call to voice-mail again. My roadside also attempted to contact them again before finally finding me a new service provider. I highly recommend finding another tow company if you actually need help and value communication.

Primarily they look for cars to steal. Harsh word, but appropriate. If your business model for profit is to look for mishaps to take people's property and charge an exorbitant fee for them to recover it, it is an ethical crime. Of course, they are only doing their job and wouldn't be able to do this "service" if property managements and other places contracted them for the service. They look for mistakes, hope no one finds the vehicles location in a timely manner to rack up fees and auction them if able too. All the while carrying little for the damage they cause to property, personal effects or the people's lives they damage with their avarice. Reno deserves better.
