They wrecked my car after it had been towed and they're denying it even though we have video from the tow service that picked up the car to take it to the body shop and we have a video before the car was picked up by them. They are literally the worst towing service that I've ever heard of. Please be advised do not use these folks.

But both my drives Zack & Brandon were nice enough to let me sit in their trucks while they did all dirty work. They were friendly and communicative on both my tows to my destination. Not only were my drivers incredible, Mia in the office was personable remembering my name, facts about my pregnancy and showing true care/concern for my situation. I would 1000/19 recommend All Points Towing! As well as work with these three again! Thank you Mia, Zack & Brandon for such excellent care and customer service. I will continue to share my positive experience after such a sticky situation. Y'all don't skip out on All Points Towing!

They tried to keep my car, assuming it wasn't my only vehicle. They explained that the work couldn't be done until the motor was ordered, which was fine. Not only was I not in the system and had never received a call, but after leaving my number again for a callback to schedule the work, I still never heard from them. It's been 5? years since I used Bob from Hanneman's service. Cleaning out a drawer, I found his…read morecard and remembered that I never sent in a review. My engine blew up outside of Fernley. I called AAA and they sent Bob. Here we are, two old ladies trying to get to Sun Valley to meet up with friends. It was over 100 degrees. Bob picked us up on the freeway and 20? minutes from Fenley. Bob made some calls to see if someone could help fix the car. Most places were closed for the day. He called the Toyota Dealership in Fallon for us to see if we would take the car there - and to see if someone could look at it. He drove us there - they couldn't do anything but we could leave it there until the next day. Great. NOW what?? Bob found us a motel for the night - only one room available in the entire town. And he waited to help us with our luggage. Someplace along the way, He also called a couple of rental car places - nothing available. This was all during COVID, by the way. No car parts, no rental cars, no other form of transportation (by this time, I just wanted to go back home) and no buses, or even a way to get back to Reno to catch a flight. Oh - I'd lost my driver's license and credit card, so we wouldn't have been able to get on a plane anyway. (NOT a good day). You know how - when one thing goes wrong, everything goes wrong? It turns out, when one thing goes right, everything goes right. Bob was the first thing to go right. The friends we were driving to see had a best friend in Fallon. And one of THEIR best friends owned the Toyota Dealership, and the owner had close ties to a local rental car company and they just happened to be able to find a car for us. If anyone happens to read this, call him for me and say hi. Thanks, Leslie

Long overdue review! After six months with no auto defects, I think I can give a proper review on…read morethe services received at A1! Long story short, I had a bumper which was damaged and required a replacement. However, I would find out that the auto repair that I went to before A1 was trying to have me have my car "totaled" as they deemed the damages too great to repair, despite it was only the bumper being damaged. Desperate to save my car, I ran around town looking for a repair shop willing to replace my bumper and not have my car totaled. I found Dena Greenlee with A1 and after listening to my story she told me to come by. She listened attently to the issues and had the repair technicians assessed my photos. A rough price was quoted and there was an arrangement to have my car picked up and towed over. Before Christmas (roughly 3 weeks in all), I got my car back! I can't say how thankful I am to A1! Having to go through a car accident is very traumatic, so do go through your insurance and coordinate with them about what are your best options. See if you can come by to have your vehicle serviced at A1 and hopefully have your car fixed!
