If I could give this business less than 1 star I would. Extremely rude front desk staff who yelled at me on the phone when asking for help with my vehicle. Wildly unprofessional and condescending. Additionally, they said they'd communicate when they were on the way to pick up my vehicle/confirm it was picked up, and I never heard anything until I came home and my car was gone. I went to this office on Wednesday, April 17, 2019. I wanted to check on auto auctions they offered and get any literature they have. I was in the area anyway, so I didn't mind stopping by here, especially after my positive experience the other day at their Carson City location, which has serviced me twice. As it turns out, their office was neat, and the employee at the desk for courteous and professional. Everything, including their tow yard, was clean. There was a comfy sitting area inside, to the right. They only had one vacant parking space at the office, but they probably do not get a lot of customers anyway. I found out they hold their auctions right at their tow yard on the last Thursday of the month, except this month (April). The employee told me their Carson City office has them the last Wednesday of each month. She gave me a brochure, and I was happy. That was it. I don't have much else to report here, but I got what I needed and was satisfied with my experience here. read more

Wendy helped out the process of getting my car out of impound. It was expensive but the process of getting the paper work handled was made so much easier. Getting arrested and having your car impounded sucks no matter which way you look at it, but Carson auto made it as easy as they could on us. read more

After calling AAA and waiting for three hours we finally got fed up of sitting on a dark highway and called Carson City Towing.. Shawn picked up immediately and showed up in 30 minutes at 4:30am. If I could give a zero, I would. Each time I have contacted this company over the last couple months, I've unfortunately had to speak with Wendy. Wendy is wildly unprofessional, condescending, and utterly sarcastic. This behavior in a professional setting is disgusting. Carson City Towing is unorganized due to Wendy and ought to be embarrassed of their poor representation of the business. Waited an hour and a half for a jump start, alone in a parking lot, freezing .. and had to run to a nearby apartment in hopes of being able to pee! Came right back out and said another 45 minutes before I finally called to get an ETA. I was told the driver "waited 15 minutes and repeatedly called before leaving and I would have to call and request assistance again". That is an absolute lie! Cells phones show all recents including missed calls. I had taken two other calls so I know that wasn't the issue. I had ZERO missed calls and wasn't away from my vehicle more than 5-7 minutes. The dispatcher argued with me and the driver flat out lied. To leave a woman alone in a parking lot is unbelievable!! read more

Got a flat tire and this was the company my roadside assistance sent to me. When the tech arrived he seemed like a complete novice. He tried to get me to supply the tools to undo the lock that held my spare in place under my SUV. When I didn't have what he needed he seemed resigned to use his own tool and wasn't even sure what he had was working ( the socket end of a lug wrench). He couldn't get the flat tire of the vehicle - I watched him pull from the top and kick multiple times from the bottom. Smooth sailing I thought once the flat was off and the spare was ready to be put on. I was wrong!! Everything with the installation was fine and the tech even told me there might be some vibration due to uneven wear between the spare and the rest of my tires. I signed and went on my way. Luckily I was in a parking lot when this next part happened. I heard a vibrating noise from the back and I stopped and addressed it with the tech. He reiterated that it was due to uneven wear on the tire treads. I went along my way when he jumps out of his vehicle and waves me down. Turns out that vibrating noise from the thing that holds the spare tire and the tech didn't put it back up and secure it to the under carriage. Ok, on my way - I was a happy camper. It's been a week since all of that. I had to put something in the cargo area of my vehicle and it turns out that THE TECH LOST the cover that goes over the key to undo the spare tire. Now that stupid lock is exposed and it's very visible. I normally would let this sort of thing go, but after the experience I had it's just one more thing. I tried complaining to the manager, he never seems to by in the office. I was promised a call back from him last night and never got one. I called today and was informed that they were closed due to the holiday weekend (their Google ad says they are open 24 hours). read more

After Two phones calls to other towing companies BOTH REFUSED service to get my truck from north valley's to cold springs in 2-3 inches with the roads wet with some slush. The dispatch which she say she's is the owner she was very rude. She was talking and top my talk and she doesn't want admit, she make a mistake. she say my employer, she make a mistake to give the wrong address. I ask it to her to listen the recording machine, which every business they supposed to have it for training purposes and she told me she don't need to do that . I asking way ?!? She se ...she doesn't need to explain me who made a mistake her on my employee .... This is very unprofessional for businesses how they se they're 35 years in business...! I'm only asking the true..!!! Because the previous bid was off of the price they charge me...!!! I'm only asked the owner/dispatch the true..!!! and be adult person and take accountability !!! My vehicle was towed by this company after an accident. The desk lady was very unprofessional to begin with, she talked with a coworker about her relationship and basically ignored the fact that I was standing there in front of her. Her attitude is very negative, it seems like she does not want to be there. I went to retrieve my belongings and I had expensive items missing. My experience was negative with this company and I do not reccomend them for any towing needs. read more
