On a recent trip through the Carson Valley, our tire completely shredded. We were lucky to get Jerod from D &S tow to come out and rescue us. He was quick, efficient, and extremely pleasant. We couldn't wait as it was 100 degrees with a baby in the car. I said I will be back tomorrow first thing. They open at 8am. Got there at 8:40 and both gates are locked. No one is here. I called 30 mins ago now and still no one to help me. On top of it the lady answering the phone has been rude to me when I called Monday asking about it and today Wednesday when I'm here today. When I showed up yesterday I had to wait 20 mins until someone showed up also. No one answered when I called yesterday. That man yesterday was pretty nice but couldn't help me as he didn't have my key to get into my car. Be warned you only have 15 mins to retrieve your things per the signs and if you have to come a second time it cost you 97$ per visit. Writing this as I wait for someone to let me in.

Prices are reasonable and they use German Liqui-Moly fully synthetic motor oil for oil service. This is the good stuff. Make an appt and get your car back the same day usually unless you have something like a major rebuild. Credit cards accepted. They'll even give you a ride home locally after you drop off your car.
