So last year I noticed that my decorative cover on my awning was starting to sink. I was referred…read moreto this company off my Facebook neighborhood group and so I contacted them and got an estimate for $1700. Unfortunately after a month the insurance company refused to fix it and we had to pay out if Pocket. When we were ready we were told they had to do another quote and it was the same price. Unfortunately my husband had a medical emergency and a month after his surgery I had to have emergency surgery as well. So here we are 6 months later ready to have our work done and pay out of pocket. I was told we needed a new quote and I'm ok with this because I was told last time the price was high because of wood being so expensive and I know the price has gone down. To my surprise they increased the price by $500. Yes $500!! Inflation has companies being greedy and price gouging and I'm not here for it. I contacted the company and tell them I'm willing to pay an extra $300 but $500 is just too much of an up charge. The company replied thanks for your message have a nice day. Ok great way to lose a customer and any recommendations we might have. Beware when contacting this company. They will up charge and have 0 issues with it. Fortunately we found a company to do it for $700 cheaper. I would hate for anyone to be ripped off so please get more than one estimate!!!

Was not the "perfect" experience, but the end results are very good…read more Had job delays caused by both a bit of mis-management of the order at manufacturer, and manufacturer materials backlogs. Had a day-of-job cancellation for my initial install, which was frustrating, to say the least. But Beltway rescheduled quickly, the order (not small) was correct, and the installation was fast, professional. I do recommend as the results are great, and with that recommendation I suggest you to be a bit more hands-on during the order-manufacturer stage to make sure any issues are addressed in a timely fashion.

You're genuinely better off ordering from 1-800 Blinds To Go and paying someone separately to install them. We were initially quoted $18k for 26 windows, then they "price matched" another quote down to $15.5k -- only for 21 out of 26 windows to be measured incorrectly and need to be reordered. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability afterward. The company acts like the issue is out of their hands instead of taking ownership for their mistakes. James, specifically, made multiple promises that were never kept. He measured the windows himself and said we didn't need another appointment for a remeasure; we were told for the loan it would be 12 months interest-free, just for the partner bank to switch the interest rate in the contract, and of course "that is out of their hands." After the $8k down payment was received, their "family-oriented" customer care completely disappeared. On top of that, we were offered $1,000 off as a resolution... which honestly felt insulting considering the scale of the mistake and the inconvenience caused during our move into a new home. For the amount of money spent, I've genuinely received better customer service and problem resolution at a Chick-fil-A. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience during what should have been an exciting time moving into our new house.

The quote was competitive. The team was fantastic. Delivered materials the day prior and showed up promptly to begin work. Everything went incredibly smooth--the crew finished by late afternoon. Mason was friendly, professional, and available for any and all questions. The biggest relief is knowing we went with an experienced roofer that guarantees the quality of their work with an outstanding warranty. We are so glad we went with them over other options in Frederick. Looking forward to not needing to replace this roof again!

They…read morewill send a team of people who barely speak English to do your project with no supervision. The company will go hands-off as soon as they get your deposit. I almost never write bad Yelp reviews and I have been sitting on writing this review for a while but I had to because I am still so upset with the quality of service. When giving me my estimate, they sent a real professional to actually survey the property, go up on the roof, take measurements, etc. I had a really good feeling about the company. However, the person who gave me the estimate quit the company and I was reassigned to someone else who never physically came by to see the property. On the day of the installation, the team that they sent had no familiarity with the specifics of the project (which was attic insulation, gutter installation and rain barrel installation). I had to explain everything to them all over again, like they'd never heard of it before. It didn't help that they didn't really speak English and I had to show them what a rain barrel was with hand gestures. The workers installed my backyard rain barrel backwards, and my front yard rain barrel upside down. They took bricks from another part of my yard to mount my rain barrel without asking. The worst part by far: One of the workers, without asking, cut down my Virginia creeper plant that I had been growing and training for three years. It covered the front of my house and attracted birds and butterflies in the spring. Now it's destroyed. There was literally no reason to do this, he didn't ask for permission or anything (he said "it's poison!" when I asked why he did it; it's not, it's a harmless native plant). My house used to be unique, now it looks like every other house on the block. This last offense was intolerable, I called the company and demanded they sent someone down. They ultimately discounted the project by $2600, which was fine but did not compensate me for my loss. This was the first time any supervisor actually came to the property. It was clear the supervisor didn't know the workers at all, and he couldn't communicate with them any better than I could. The management had no interest in coming by to check work after it was complete, either. I had to reach out to them to request that they do so. They were perfectly content to just let their workers do it and leave for the day. Ultimately, they did the job that was on the contract, hence the two stars: they insulated my attic, installed gutters, and installed rain barrels. But everything else was a terrible experience. I wish I could undo hiring them in the first place.
