Unfortunately, the PackOut large-item team was the opposite: unprofessional, careless, and aggressive. They caused over $4,000 in damages (including $3,000 to my brand-new flooring), scraped walls, and handled valuable items roughly. To make matters worse, they are now withholding payment for damages unless I sign a release form with a "gag order" clause to stop me from sharing my experience on social media. This is not how a professional company should treat customers. If you're looking for water damage restoration or pack-out services, I strongly recommend using the mitigation team only and staying away from the PackOut division. Turns out our washer was protesting all our laundry and decided to quit with water running and running. Having that been said, despite the storm there was saving grace in Serv Pro. I don't think I've ever been so satisfied with a contractor. Upon arriving the staff were friendly and prompt. They got straight to work and went above and beyond. They laid out plenty plastic, wore protective shoe guards to not track in dirt, and asked us about what the water had affected. They vacuumed, dehumidified, and aerated. Damage was extensive beyond what we expected. They cleared out closets to get to hidden damage and to pull up water soaked carpet. They left no stone unturned. They quickly assessed and got to fixing! They were also very mindful of our pet, which means a lot. They took personal interest in our health considering dust, mold, and all the possibilities of damage is so detrimental. They talked us through the whole process, carefully documenting, and taking pictures for insurance purposes. Damages to a house are so unsettling but rest assured when calling Serv Pro, you're in good hands. Ask for Dejuan and Anthony!!

We had them paint the walls and trim of our 930 square foot townhouse and he said it would take 4…read moredays and cost 4500. we added power washing front and back and installation of baseboards in master closets and basement baseboards and molding around sliding door. added 1000 more for that. they didn't come the first day so it ended up taking 5 days plus a weekend. the painting was ok however they removed a wall curtain valance and threw it in the tub and didn't put it back up. a few outlet covers are missing. a door is off it's hinges and on the floor in the basement. NONE of the baseboards or moldings done. trash left in house. Damaged paint on exterior of house after pressure washing were we didn't ask them to wash. Caused light fixtures to loosen and droop and did not fix(just needed to tighten the bolts back). Will not respond to text or phone calls. They sent pictures of the house saying everything was completed and we asked a few follow up questions and he said the guys went home and he would have them send pictures in the Am but to send payment that night. Since we believed the work had been done just they hadn't sent a picture we TRUSTED them and sent payment. Since then absolutely no response from them. Now we have to drive back from Georgia and do the work ourselves because they are not responding. Realtor was the one who sent us the pic of the issues. UPDATE to review: Bumped up the rating after the rest of the work was finally completed. However, was still some unfinished portions of the painting (example: the in wall bookshelf / alcove in the basement was not painted inside). Overall painting job looked fairly good, but paint was dripped on some of the windows and not cleaned up afterwards; also, paint job was apparently only a single coat of coverage as walls were able to be scratched very easily, revealing the previous paint color underneath. Owner of business also kept bugging me via text messages to update my review to a more positive one as job was finally finished. He also had said three times that the work had been completed when it wasn't - one of those times was when we were physically IN THE HOUSE and could see with our own eyes that it wasn't complete. A toss-up with this company for anyone looking to get a job done by them in the future - so Caveat emptor...
