My insurance company selected them for me when I needed roof replacement 5 years ago. The roof is falling apart now - that's what happens when they roof in January (after having the claim started in July).- REALLY - and it has only been 5 YEARS!!!. They are extremely rude, and seem to have no time for the homeowner and the needs of the repair also falsifying work that was not done - I was home to witness it. My Insurance company uses this group and the Bravado group is hot garbage. I am not so sure my insurance company is hot garbage too. The adjuster from the Bravado Group came out to the house after we had a tornado, the clown said he was the best when in talked to him on the phone. ....... Well that was a load of crap. He must be blind, the woman (definitely not a lady) Valentina was such a rude pain in the butt and treated me like a twelve year old. Look at this, she told me that the insurance company would only replace two shutters when I lost most of them. She said that how does the bravado group know If my house had more than two shutters? I lost my mind, I said I found them and put them in a pile , you can see the holes inside in the brick, and I have a picture of the house with the shutters in it. She wanted to argue with me. I asked for a copy of inspection report, she said that she would get back to me...... I called back and she wanted to give me more grief. I said your fired and called the insurance company and had them remove these clowns from my account. They are hot garbage, stay away from their circus. They are not worth the hassle. Water from the condo above me caused damage to my unit. Initially the damage seemed very minor--just a small patch of drywall!--so when our insurance sent Bravado out to us we thought they were just being extra careful. Well. We were wrong. Bravado came out and found through their various sensors that we had water damage in the ceiling of several rooms, the water shorted out our washer/dryer, and it was underneath our flooring. We escaped without having to re-do our kitchen or bathroom but basically the whole rest of the house now needs work. They set up ten huge fans (for a one bedroom, and cut away damaged drywall, and just generally got things done. While I'm not happy about the damage or the construction zone my home now is, I'm so happy with Bravado group! They came out quickly, worked efficiently and explained everything they were doing and looking for, stopped by on a weekend to check on the drying process and adjust any fans that needed adjusting, and just generally saved us from our own optimism and the potential mold that would have come with it. read more

We had a pipe leak in our house and used Bravado Group to remediate the water damage (treating the mold, drying the wet floors and walls). They did an outstanding job. From the initial phone call, to onsite consultation , to the actual service, everything could not be better. Workers were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and careful . They protected our floors and furniture, and was very professional throughout the entire process. Hope , i will not have to call them again, but if the needs arise , they are my go to. We had a water valve failure incident take place in the house and were reluctant to use USAA's recommended contractor's in our area due to 2 previous unsatisfactory experiences with their recommendations. We did however use their contractor portal and were assigned Bravado and we have been extremely pleased with their service. They agreed to perform all the work that was outlined by the damage assessment for the price that the assessor estimated. Their workers did exceptionally good work and their office staff were wonderful to speak with and were very on top of scheduling and other work requests. Not only were we pleased by the workmanship and friendliness of the workers but when we got the final bill it was exactly as expected with no hidden charges that so many contractors add. I would easily say that this was the best experience we ever had working with contractors on our house. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Our home has been in a state of disrepair since March 2023. Phone calls and email messages are not returned. It appears once they are paid by insurance providers they do the bare minimum and leave jobs unfinished. If there was a star representing zero I would have selected it. The front door area of our home has been torn up since since March, no return calls or returned messages of any kind. It bears repeating again: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Insurance providers should remove this company as a preferred vendor as their lack of professionalism and responsiveness reflects poorly on the companies who recommend them. read more

I am extremely impressed by their professionalism from the beginning to the end. I had a water damage on the roof and ceilings. Very clear introduction was made when they first contacted me for the project. The coordination between the admin staffs to the actual working crews was good. The actual working crews were so professional and capable of what they were doing. The job was completed by the promised time. And a Great Job it was! Could not get beyond their customer service representative to even have an appointment scheduled. Her name I believe was Antonia? she was awful, presumptive and overall rude. I called the insurance carrier and received a new company who came out and attended to my flooded basement. They had to tear the carpet up totally for over 1300 sq. ft. It's stressful enough to have to deal with a flood and then to have to deal with a smart vendor, no way they have more than one restoration service and to me CUSTOMER SERVICE means a lot because if you are on the phone talking to me like you are in charge of what I pay 2k a month for you have me messed up. Rainbow came out that night and was back the next morning very respectful and I gave them the same courtesy. A team that works together is a team that gets things accomplished. read more

They did some work for me in August last year. I called them to cost some new work to be done in April. The assessor promised to have a quote to me by the end of the next day. Two weeks on , despite repeated called, I finally managed to get someone who told me "We are so backed up we cannot take on your job". Insurance company hired them to come out and assess the water damage to basement after last week's rain. Valentina was the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. Her attitude was rude, she was abrasive and short because I was not the homeowner but the tenant. I politely requested a date and time to accommodate my schedule as I attend school and work so my time is very limited. I requested though it was short notice for them to come out that evening as the landlord would be there and we could all be on the same page. She declined tried to force me on her schedule and I simply hung up, called the insurance company and requested another company, who by the way their CUSTOMER SERVICE skills were above par and they will be out today between 7-9, which is perfect for me. Bravado, it is about that initial contact you make with the potential customer, see I work for lawyers and I know that the buck did not stop with you, if I could give you a negative zero I would. It is pitiful that the crew never received the opportunity to be of service because their office staff didn't realize that if the team works then the dream works.
