I suggest you request this team. They were highly skilled, knowledgeable, patient with my questions and incredibly fast, in 8 hours I had a complete transformation. I have absolutely nothing Negative to say about my installation team. Nothing. And I have a very high bar to meet. I am thoroughly impressed. This team worked so well together. In the coming weeks Long Bath (Martin's Team) will be coming to install another Bath for me. Everyone I share my finished pictures to were also impressed. I will continue to refer people to the Long Brand. And on Bath installs tell them to request Martin's Team. Martin's Team have a Chick-fil-A Customer Service Training. This is a extreme compliment on the Level of Exceptional Customer Service I experienced. Also, doing the day I received calls from Long inquiring how things are going. Prior to COVID someone would actually come to job site. So, with COVID changes I appreciated the call. Long: Whatever Bonus or Raise you offer, this team deserves the highest. Out of all of my jobs with Long this was the Best Install Experience I am beyond impressed. Long Bath has exceeded my expectations. Long previous installed my Roof, Doors, & Window.     THIS IS AN EDITED LETTER SENT TO THE VICE PRESIDENT OF MY LOCAL LONG FENCE OFFICE, WHICH OUTLINES MY EXPERIENCE AND PLANS, IF NECESSARY. -- NAMES HAVE BEEN DELETED - ******* TO: _________ Vice President Long Fence DATE: 6/17/2022 RE: Fence Installation 3/2022, - Defective Product - Dear Mr. ----- Thank you for taking my call yesterday regarding the fence I had installed on my residential property in March, 2022, just three (3) months ago. As I mentioned, this is the second time in the short period since I purchased and had the fence installed by your company, that it has required replacement of panels, which have warped and/or have fallen off. Having the fence panels fall off and warping with the imminent threat of falling is not only an embarrassing eyesore to my property and defeats the purpose of installing a privacy fence, but also is an extreme danger to myself, my guests, my pet, my neighbors, and the automobiles that are parked behind it. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the product that I purchased from your company at a very large financial expense, and I consider the entire fence to be defective and dangerous to the life and well being of myself and those around me, my personal property, and those surrounding it. Additionally, when I initially purchased the fence, I had planned on having family and other private events in my home and yard when the weather allows, especially after the COVID emergency, when indoor entertaining was discouraged, but outdoor activities encouraged, even by the US government itself. At this time I am unable to do that due to the threat of the fence falling and causing catostrophic and possibly deadly harm to others. This has become the constant level of fear I now have in your product, and I sincerely regret purchasing it from your company, as these are the emotional conditions your product has placed me under. Furthermore, the response, or should I say the lack thereof, I received from your customer service department, in particular, Mr. _______, was frustrating, sickening, and all around frightening in that he laughed, did not answer my calls, did not return my calls, has a voice message stating that he will "return your call at MY convenience"... not the customer's convenience... not the paid customer's convenience... but HIS convenience, even if HIS convenience is when I'm otherwise engaged in personal obligations, some of which present dangers of conducting while being on the phone. At no time did Mr. _____, or any other employee, return my calls. instead playing a cat and mouse game that seemed to go on endlessly, while my fence continues to deteriorate and become more of an imminent threat as both I and the severity of the decaying fence continue to be ignored. I also spoke with numerous staff members in your Chantilly office and repeated my concerns and requests for repair/replacement of the fence panels over 15 times in the past three (3) days, none of whom seemed to grasp or care about the severity and danger the fence presents, or the problem at all. It has been a disgusting, frustrating, all consuming problem - not created by myself - that I have been forced to endure - unnecessarily - due to your defective product and your untrained, uncaring staff who continue to allow the problem to grow. I have been promised by you in our phone conversation that the fence will be repaired/replaced this coming Monday, 6/20/2022 at approximately 11:00 AM, but I have not received the email you promised confirming the date and time. Regardless, I do, however, expect to see your staff at my residence repairing/replacing the fence at that time. Finally, I am hereby notifying you that should I have future issues with the fence, I will be demanding a full refund to include all damages I have suffered by your company thus far, as well as future damages, including and certainly if any damages result in any harm or death to another, or any property damage within 300 feet of my personal property, and I will be holding you, your company, and any and all others associated with the same, personally liable and responsible, and will pursue legal action as determined reasonable by the State of Virginia.

    Don't use this company if you will require any call backs for problems. Long Fence installed a new backyard wooden fence in my new home about 2 years ago and the gates settled after a year. I repaired one gate myself after it would not close and the second gate had hinges that were pulling loose. I called and talked to Tina the customer rep and sent pictures of the loose hinges and even offered to pay for repair visit! She never called back and after 2+ weeks my gate was loose and I repaired and reset the hinges and locks---about 2 hours work--myself. This company is too big and will not respond to minor call backs!

    Absolutely horrible customer service!! Our deck is in such disrepair to the point that its structurally unsound. Long fence built this deck in 2003 with what looks like the very 1st trex product ever. They didnt space the boards correctly and now the water has saturated the entire deck making it impossible for water to drain. The stringers for the steps are rotting away and they are very unstable. I had a rep come out yesterday who sent me an email today stating that since I'm a new owner the warranty is null and void ut theyd be happy to build me a new deck lol. Just the boards alone they quoted 25,000 what a joke. Buyer beware ans take your business elsewhere!! Now we have to worry about our 5 kids using this miserable excuse of a deck

    Too expensive for minor repair work. Contacted them for 2 very minor repairs that were met with very expensive estimates.

After doing some research and reading reviews, I came across Aqua-Bright. Their response for an appointment, their reasonable price, and communication were different than the other 7-8 companies I've dealt with in the past. Miguel showed up and did a walk-through, asked a few questions, and went to work. He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. As I watched Miguel make adjustments to some of the sprinkler heads, you can see the care, work quality, and caring attitude in his performance.     We bought a new house and previous owner used them to upgrade the irrigation system. So we…read morecontinued the contract. They came for the spring startup and could not figure out why one of the zones did not work. They asked us to pay extra money to have another tech coming and figuring out. We agreed and a tech spent two hours and finally found the extra box after my wife suggested to check our front garden carefully. But after he replaced the valve, he was still not able to get it work. And he left everything unfinished and asked us to contact the company and pay additional two hours for another tech to come. Several days after this visit, we noticed that another two zones did not work. According to the operation log, it happened the next watering day just after his visit. We called company and they said they were not sure whether they messed up the wires of the zones even after they saw the operations log. They asked me to pay ahead of time for another tech to come and figure out what was happening. We used another company and figured out that the previous tech shut down one of the valve and connected the incorrect wire to the controller. We cancelled the service plan and don't recommend this company at all. If you already use them, make sure they don't mess up your system after any investigation. I wish I can leave zero star for them.
