He gave pretty comparable pricing and told me I could get a shipment within 3 days. All cabinets would come built and I would just need someone to install it. CON: Well, when I decided to order my cabinets, Bud was on vacation and the other guy couldn't take my order. Then the cabinets took longer than a 3-day delivery because of the day I ended up ordering it on. The cabinets also arrived late on delivery day. Bud told me there was traffic. The guys end up telling me it was because they were short staff. I love honesty....no need to lie. So, my contractors ended up waiting around for 3 hours...not fair to them. PRO: Bud tried to make it up to me. A couple of pieces did not come in and I ended up needing an additional filler that he did not charge me for. I also ended up having to order another filler and that came in a timely manner and I picked it up from their showroom. Overall good experience, just need to tighten up ordering and delivery.

Madewell Cabinetry just finished a project in my kitchen installing new cabinets where there were none before (the rest of the kitchen will come later). Tolga and Serdar were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From the initial contact, to the estimate, to the proposal, to the install itself, it could not have been a better experience. The materials that they use are top notch, they were incredibly respectful of the space in terms of cleaning up, etc. The prices were very fair, especially for the quality of the workmanship. Communication back and forth was always quick and easy. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen/upgrade.

It was fine, they were up front and honest about the products and pricing. And they helped us to find a set of appliances that perfectly fit our needs. Four star experience, easily. What makes this a five star review is what happened today. Our refrigerator stopped cooling. It was already out of warranty, but Crystal (sp?) who took my call worked with me and the GE repair team to set up an appointment to get it fixed. She didn't have to do that. She could have just said, "Here's there number, sorry about your fridge." But, she went the extra mile, proactively called GE, and provided them the details so I didn't have to repeat them. Then, she conferenced us in on a call and finalized the details. This... THIS... this is what outstanding customer service looks like. No, I don't have to do anything for you outside of my usual job, but I'm going to because I value you as a customer and I'm sorry you're having this problem with a product we sold you. I can't recommend ADU enough for their customer service, products, and pricing. I will definitely be looking to them first for any appliance needs going forward!

He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. He communicated clearly with us throughout every project, made suggestions when he saw something that needed improvement, and always checked with us when a decision needed to be made. In every situation, he did high-quality work in a very timely fashion. He always arrived when he said he would, made sure that the times were convenient for us, and always left the work area clean and organized.
