He listened, explained the work, and stuck to what we agreed. The crew delivered. Alex, Artem, Tim, Yuri, and the rest of the team showed up, did clean professional work, and finished a job that actually functions for a wheelchair user--not just a nicer-looking bathroom. We remodeled our kitchen a few months ago. I am giving a 5 star review based on the time and…read moresupply chain issues. We contacted several companies on Yelp. Because of the supply chain issue, The first company said we would have to wait 9 months to start the job. The other companies said 3-6 months out. AMCP said 2-4 weeks and we started in 3 weeks. First of all, all of the work was excellent. That included the granite counter top production and installation, installation of appliances, adding the pull out shelves w soft closing, cleanup, patching up from demolition, and the small of carpentry work. I would rate the installation of the tile backsplash very good. Part of the problem was the framing metal. I don't think the corner of the shulers (sp.) came out as well as I expected. Otherwise the tile work was excellent. If I had one overall complaint, it would be the timing of the process. Because of supply chain issues, there were disruptions that delayed the project a little. I discussed this issue w Vadim and he informed me that he was going to add a supervisor. I think the project would have proceeded faster if someone would have been able to adjust the schedule of work order in order to reduce the down time. We loved our granite and there was enough extra granite to add two countertops to a bathroom and hallway. Normally this would have gone to waste. As expected our appliances were late. Vadim installed all of them except the refrigerator, which was delayed and I had the appliance company install it. They cleaned up after work every day. I am very happy with the finished product given we did not replace the cabinets and just had them painted. Overall, I would rate them as excellent. As with any project, there were unforeseen issues. Vadim would listen and address them. We are very happy with our finished product. We enjoy an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.

The remodel process was smooth from start to finish, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. What really impressed us is how well everything has held up over time. After months of daily use, the cabinets, countertops, finishes, and overall craftsmanship still look fantastic. Nothing feels rushed or cheaply done -- the quality and durability truly stand out. You can tell Joe takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Our kitchen is now more functional, beautiful, and comfortable than we imagined. It's rare to find a contractor who delivers both excellent service and lasting quality, but Joe absolutely did. We have lived in our home for 12 years and were looking for a reliable contractor to remodel our entire home. We plan to be in this home for a long time and really needed someone who would show the care and attention to our home. We interviewed several contractors and Joe with CB Homes matched our communication style and genuine care for the work performed. We planned to move out of our home due to the large scope of the project and needed someone we could trust and rely on without us being inside the house. Joe proved to be reliable and trustworthy. He showed up when he said he would and if he needed to adjust scheduling he communicated clearly and worked with us. He was excellent at managing the many different elements and phases of the project to keep us involved in the key decision making while keeping the project on schedule. Many people told us no way the project would be complete by our 3 month target but we were able to move back home exactly when we planned to. The quality of the work was exceptional and Joe provided us suggestions and recommendations while respecting our unique sense of style. I.E. We wanted two mounted TVs in the living room, unique ivy backsplash in the bathroom and removed 5 windows since we like low lighting in the house.
