Austin is known for having a lot of coffee, but very few have identifiable differentiators. Merfolk's creates coffee flavors based on fantasy lore, so you honestly never know what the special menu will have. That's why we keep spending our money there. Many of the drinks are sweet but the staff is more than happy to make adjustments as needed! The ambiance is also so cute and whimsical.
