The company then proposed installing a reverse osmosis system for $1800, even though I had clearly stated I did not need a new filtration system, only a simple replacement waterline, since the dispenser already has its own filter. It took over two days to get a response, and only after I followed up twice. On the second day I hired another plumber who completed the waterline replacement for a fraction of the cost.
