She was there this morning and had picked the glasses up and it them aside. We were so happy the glasses were there. Also the ladies that work here are very nice and are gentle. The only complaint I have is wished they used better products that the gel polish lasts more than a week without chipping The real problem is the owner/ manager. He fails to communicate and has a lack of follow through. He gives the impression that he does not care about this business. That is very disappointing.

I do "not" recommend this salon. My experience was very disappointing, especially since it was for…read morea special occasion. Please be prepared that if anything's wrong, their fake smiles, will turn into a scowling as they argue you down- just to be right and to deny any wrongdoing versus being courteous and correcting the problem! The service was unprofessional, our services were left unfinished, yet we were still quoted full price! When our concerns were raised, the staff became even more argumentative instead of trying to resolve the issue. Henry was the only technician that I've seen consistently professional, and respectful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff skills and service fell far below expectations. I used to recommend this salon, but after this experience I no longer do. Terrible attitude from the younger nail tech and one of the more mature nail techs. She had a full-blown fit and refused to correct her work. In my opinion their unprofessional attitudes take the whole vibe down! I've since found a new replacement and wonderful salon that is welcoming, peaceful, and consistently does beautiful work. Won't be back and I'm glad!!

The issue I had was she was doing the callus removal and used a cheese grader thing and ended up scraping the skin off side of my foot. (Accident I get it) Also I feel like the white gel polish has turned "off-white within the week that I've had them done. I still have 4 stars because I will be trying them again and hopefully a better experience.

You get charged less if you use cash instead of card which is typical. With all that, the fact of the matter is the lady jacked up my eyebrows!! Usually I tell a salon to "just clean up" stray hairs and they preserve my natural arch. The lady cut straight across! I looked like Bert! I was able to go back to my hotel and fix it with an eyebrow razor and makeup pencil I picked up from the beauty supply. I think they probably thought I was cheap for not tipping, but I'm not giving extra when I have to re-do what you did and correct your mistake!
