Fountain drinks and regular coffee get refills as long as you are there (if you leave no refills, which surprised me that they had to post a sign saying that, since it's pretty much the rule). It's inside an Indian grocery store that also doubles as a place for making copies, if you can believe it. The counter is in the back, and there's usually just one person there. A lot of the food is prepackaged and ready to go. You just pay for it. It's about $12 for a meal, of which you get a lot of food. There's the classics like biryani and chana masala.
