Te Amo Boba Bar has such a cute aesthetic and a really welcoming vibe. The worker who helped us was very polite, which made the experience even better. The drinks were definitely the highlight--especially the ube matcha and the coffee. They are on the sweeter side, but still really delicious and fun to try. The cheesecake wasn't my favorite and felt a bit small for the price, which was a little disappointing. That said, the drinks were so good that they made the visit worth it. We came here when it first opened, it was very pleasing to see such a nice and clean boba spot, however as we kept coming back throughout the year, cleanliness deteriorated... very significantly. Tables and seating are never cleaned anymore.... Dusty everywhere, like it's never been cleaned since it was first open..... so it's a shame to know that there were people working hard on this project, only for the management people to be so careless as time goes on. It happens with many chain restaurants.... I just wonder where is the Big Boss to take control.... We actually came on 1/22/25 (Wed night) when it was cold and snowy outside. When we arrived, there were only 3 other customers present. One customer stayed all the way until they closed. Obviously, the place was very clean with very few customers. There are two kiosks that you can order from or you can order directly from the employee. This was the most aesthetic Te Amo location that I've been to. I did ask the employee if all of the items were available for purchase and she said yes. I ordered the volcano Thai milk tea, white peach oolong mille crepe and ube cheesecake bao. My girlfriend ordered the mango mille crepe. I ordered additional items because I've never seen that much selection at the Schaumburg one (closest to me). That one is also filled with mostly tweens and teens. The Algonquin one has a classier ambience. This was a bit far for me to drive, so I'm not sure if I'll return. -Volcano Thai milk tea 5 - not too sweet. Boba was chewy, not hard. Good flavor. -white peach oolong mille crepe 5 - the main highlight. The flavor of white peach oolong was very prominent. Soft, firm texture. It cuts easily. -ube cheesecake bao 4 - it was hot but the ube flavor was not as strong. I like the filling though. -mango mille crepe 4 - this was pretty decent but I wished the mango taste would have been strong. It was more on the subtle side. read more

Delicious! The Oreo crepe dessert was so light and perfectly sweetened, and every layer of crepe was soft but held its shape so well. Definitely not the place to go if you're looking for some cheap treats, this stuff is expensive but well worth savoring. There was only one girl working, so it took a little while for everything to come out, especially since there was a small line of people waiting. The decor is fun and colorful, but not overdone. My toddler loved the colorful pom pom wall. The boba drinks are as you'd expect from any good boba place. The cans are a fun touch, gives it a way nicer vibe than the plastic cups some other places have. read more

The place is very clean, but they're really short staffed just for the drinks we had to wait 30 minutes. People were just waiting in line. It was a sweet treat at Te Amo, not just due to my delicious drink and ube donut, but because of the wonderful service from Jackie, who was working during my visit. She was super helpful and friendly. What a beautifully decorated, open and colorful space to grab a snack and a boba or boba free drink. I am not a big fan of boba, so I opted for my Dalgona, iced coffee minus the Boba. It was the perfect amount of cool, sugary flavor. My favorite treat here is the ube mochi donut. So fresh, chewy, and tasty. I absolutely love anything ube! I also purchased some cute pom art to gift my daughter. She is sure to enjoy working on her piece. I love Teamo! I've tried so many different boba places, and I always end up coming back to Teamo because the drinks are just so good. The Pom art makes the space so bright and fun - I've never actually tried it, but if you're crafty, it does look like it's relatively simple. The staff is always so nice and friendly, but what I love most is being able to order directly from the kiosk. It makes it a little easier to look through and try a new drink or customize. The store is always clean and not overly busy, but there's always people sitting at tables chatting. I absolutely LOVE the ube doughnuts that they have. I've tried a few of the different flavors and Ube is always the standout. This location is a little out of the way, but we love going to this one instead. read more

First time at this location and it's adorable. I ordered a Sunrise Smoothie for the long drive back home. I ordered at the kiosk which I had a hard time navigating for some reason, but I figured it out. I thought my drink was ready pretty quickly until I realized there was a bit of a backlog and the people hanging out were waiting for their orders as well. I did feel a little impatient, but I did love the way this location was decorated. My Sunrise Smoothie was half mango and half strawberry and really all delicious. It was at default sweetness but I didn't mind. The pretty color was like a tropical sunrise. The Teamo brand is pretty consistent at the locations I've been to. I did see that there were foods (bao) available so I'll check that out at this or another location in the future. Teamo te amo! read more

Super excited when I saw Te'amo open in the area! We have stopped by this location a couple times already since they have opened. The place is always very clean, lots of photo op spots for Instagram, and quality of food and drinks has been the same. The staff here is friendly and can help make recommendations if needed. Once you are inside, head over to the front and place your order at the kiosk that is to your right. We've tried Ube coconut panna cotta, mango coconut panna cotta, mango lemonade, sunrise smoothie with boba, and coffee milk tea with cheese foam and boba. We really enjoyed the panna cotta at Te'amo. Very light and refreshing. Not overly rich even though it is a cream based dessert. Their Sunrise smoothie has always been a go to for me! Don't forget to add Boba! Te'amo has become our regular dessert place after date nights! Can't wait to try other drink options! read more

First of all. The atmosphere is sooooo cute. Very aesthetic and great hang out spot. Even the outside is adorable. They have a good selection of boba and snacks to get along with it. My only thing is the boba is a little pricey for the size you get. I've gone to other shops where it is less for a bigger cup. Taste is ok, very sweet. Even with 75% sweet it is still veryyyy sweet compared to other bobas. More of a milk then a tea taste so if you don't like tea that much you will like it more. Tapioca is good, but small. Very excited to have a nice boba place in this area! We have previously been to the one in Schaumburg and liked the drinks there. This Teamo is within the Algonquin Commons, and the store itself has nice decor with a few tables to the left when you walk in and on the right their Pom Pom art making station. There are two ordering kiosks available. We came during their grand opening and there was a large turn out of customers. Be prepared to spend a good amount of money for a drink and a dessert, but the drinks and food have always been great. The drinks for me tend to be very sweet so I usually order with a decreased amount of sugar. read more
