I've lost count how many times I've ordered cake from here. I always order the napolean cake...it's super YUM!! It's so light and perfect for summer or really year round. My sister in law first introduced me to this cake when she brought it over for a birthday. At first I was a little ehh about it...I guess because I was so used to the super sweet, thick, sometimes chocolatey cake you get at birthdays. Well this one was the total opposite! As time went by and she kept getting the cake for all the birthdays, I learned to appreciate this fine art. The bottom layer is so spongy, the middle layers are so flaky, and the topping...WOW! Fruit galore! The whipped frosting is perfectly sweet and complements the sweet fruit very well. I really wish they had a better noticeable location so everyone passing by could see it! It's a little deep in that little strip mall but it's really worth looking for. If you don't want to order a cake or maybe want to try it before you order a big cake, they sell their different cakes by the slice! I learned of this place when my bf bought my birthday cake here...chocolate ganache, if you're wondering. Everything about that cake was dark chocolate which helped in the level of sweetness. Cake was super soft and moist. After tasting that cake, I was really excited to visit this place for myself to see all the wonderful goodies they have. Like I said, my recent trip here I bought basically everything I laid eyes on. We ended up leaving with macaroons, cookies, butterfly crisps, cupcakes, and 2 mini cakes. It sounds super vague, but literally everything was delicious. Macaroons were big and fresh and the cookies were soft. I have been purchasing cakes from here for years. This last cake was for my daughters birthday. I paid over $150 for her unicorn cake. I ordered white cake with strawberry filling. It was embarrassing to see that when we cut the cake there was only one thin layer of strawberries all the way at the bottom. It's disappointing to see that such an expensive cake can be cheaply made. For the unicorn cake I was told they would need to add more layers for it to be higher, but never was it communicated that there would only be cake added. With or without extra layers, there's no reason for one thin layer of strawberries. read more

They're great at working with you for a quick turnaround time. And the horchata cupcakes.... must get one every time I stop by. They're absolutely delicious! Plus, the coffee here is pretty darn good. They sell the good stuff (like Four Barrell and some other specialty brands) and the coffee guy that works here really knows his stuff. We've picked his brain and asked for advice, and he was spewing information. Love it when employees are passionate about what they do/sell. Skip Starbucks and whatever local coffee shops that charge a premium for mediocre coffee. You can also pick up a delicious horchata cupcake to go with your coffee here. read more

I usually shop here when a I need a quick birthday cake with out preorder. The red velvet cake is delicious. This time I needed to place and order for my daughters first birthday (Bunny themed). The cake was very simple. White with custard filling and strawberries and peaches. I feel like I paid too much for a simple cake, and I feel like the filling was more whip that custard consistency. It was my daughter's six month mark when I discovered this wonderful place. I was yelping for the nearest bakery and it was the first one that popped up. Their cakes looked oh so lovely ! I wanted to try everything they had on display. I had my eyes on their red velvet cake, but my boyfriend said the oreo cake looks more appetizing, with it I also tried their napoleon cake. I looove napoleons. The napoleon were crispy and oh my goodness. It was the best ever! It was moist and oh my gosh. Every time I took a bite, I swear I heard the angels sing. My little one quickly grabbed the oreo cake and tried to stuff the icing in her mouth. But we sorta got her hand before she ate the icing on her hand. It got messy and the poor cake. After reading the reviews, I decided to get a cake here for my dad's birthday. Since he's a simple kind of guy, I wanted something simple but still special. I was also in a time crunch. A day before his birthday, I went into the bakery and got a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting and strawberries on top and they said it could be ready the next day. The cake was ready earlier than expected which was a plus. When we finally got to eat the cake, it was amazing! The chocolate cake wasn't too sweet and combined with the lightness of the frosting with the sweet strawberries, it tasted like heaven. Also, the cake was very moist and stayed most for the next few days as we had seconds and thirds of the cake. Now I want to try the rest of their baked goods. read more

I've been going to this bakery for years and have always been a huge advocate of them. However in my recent visits, all staff has changed and so has quality. Cakes are smaller and prices higher but more than that, I no longer feel as confident with their consistency in service or cake quality. As minor as this detail is, on two separate occasions, I've had two of my cakes written on by inadequate cake decorators. I left speechless because I didn't want to be a diva but honestly, I wish they designated the right people to do the writing. I had been going to this place for over 4 years.I do love their Napolean cake and also the oreo cupcake.I ordered a birthday cake from here last August..for the Frozen theme cake.It came out not as pretty as I expected but it tasted really good so I forgave them. I recently went back there again couple days ago to order another birthday cake for my little one.They gave me the options for the cake.I realized immediately that the price has gone up a lot. The 6" cream cake with NO DECORATIONS costs $30 so with some basics decos. they quoted me $60 ??? I used to pay $42 for that less than a year ago. This place started out as a small bakery in the same shopping center and is now twice the size. The quality of their pastries is great! Always fresh!! Even though they have many cakes available, if you want a custom cake or a big cake on a weekend or Holiday you should stop by earlier or order ahead by phone. I can't tell you how many times I have gone to pick up a cake on a Saturday and there is some crazy person there who doesn't understand why they don't have a specific whole sheet available. Their new espresso section is nice. I have tried a few of their coffees and they are all very good. Very friendly staff and very clean location. Parking can be an issue sometimes because its located in a busy shopping center but the cakes are worth it. Keep up the good work guys!! read more
