She corrected the thumb but blamed me for not requesting a tip, even though I had agreed to tips before the service began. The overall shaping remained uneven after I raised concerns several times. A language barrier also made it difficult to communicate my requests, concerns, and split payment. When the manager joined through FaceTime, I explained that I wasn't happy with my nails. Her response was, "We do our best," before returning to asking for payment without offering a solution. I was actively trying to pay throughout. I'm happy to pay for quality work. I expected consistent shaping, effective communication, and my concerns to be taken seriously. After repeatedly speaking up and feeling dismissed, I needed to get my son home and left disappointed. Tiffany is really down to earth and I love how personable she is with her clients. It's a great feeling having services done while having meaningful conversations at the same time. I watch and observe as she and almost all of them working there greets customers by name. I'm horrible with names but these ladies know all the many people that walks into their shop and that's amazing and says more than plenty about their establishment. Inflation is real guys lol , and although just like around the rest of the world they had to slightly increase their prices as well. I enjoy getting my nails and toes done and try my hardest to maintain them , and for me keeping my nails done is a necessity. I usually get a custom full set or fill , and an exfoliating pedicure with gel polish. I like a little length and curve to my nails so that is extra. I usually spend between $100 to $180 a visit. Oh and they have a slushy bar too , offering both nonalcoholic and alcoholic slushy's.

I actually decided on a full set of acrylics with white tips. He did a very good job & they were thin, like I love them & he did so, without me asking. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my nails. The pedicure was good as well. He really worked my in-grown nails. It was simple & I didn't want anything special. I just needed my feet to feel good afterwards & look good with clear, regular polish. There were only 2 things that I didn't care for: 1. The fact that I have to pay extra if I wanted to have my cuticles pushed back & 2. That he used a kitchen utensil in order to buff my feet (that thing REALLY hurt ). Other than that, I will be back to give it a second go around.

The only thing this place is lacking is a glass of wine and soothing music. Glad I tried it out. I would come back if I'm in the area again.

Date of service 3/15/24…read more I have been here before dips were the trend. I had a tight schedule and had tried to get my nails done here for a long time. Always too busy and only one tech was able to do the dip set it in the past. Called today and was told I could come now to get a dip set and pedicure. I had a hectic schedule and thought it was a great opportunity to see if the same level of service was the norm. It wasn't. Same phenomenal environment I recalled from before. The customer before me said her nails were too thick. Should have been a red flag for me. I told the tech my nails were too thick. Looked like press on nails on my nail beds. I will not post a pic. I will not be back. My nails beds are swollen. Waiting a week to go see my favorite place to let the swelling go down to get it fixed. $98 for basic pedicure (0 stars) and dip set. Not including the tip. Much love to the owner. I'm not posting pictures. Have had my nails fixed a week later. See my reviews.

I will start by saying I was very excited to find a black owned establishment for my manicure…read moreneeds. However they make you fill out a contract and leave a credit card on file. This is so they are able to charge if you are late or a no show. I was told by them that they expect clients to be accountable as they are, so I went along with it because I understood. They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

The nail tech gave three different prices for gel addition, said 20, then 15 then kept switching it up. I got regular polish on my toes and just stayed with gel manicure because she couldn't get the price right on the feet and I felt so uncomfortable. I have to cut my nails short and asked specifically for her not to let the edges get squared and she left one of my nails intentionally square. I clipped it myself after she kept saying "yeah yeah I know I know" it was such a surprise to hear the rudeness and blatant rude remarks. I asked to speak with a manager at the end of the job and she spent a little time working on my hands then went to sit down and said she'd do my nails at the end. She got another client so I asked someone if they could do my gel manicure because I'd been there a long time and didn't want to do the whole thing after my pedicure. One woman said she had an appointment, they asked a younger woman to do it and she shook her head. I finally said I'd leave without my manicure getting done just the pedicure and they said okay they'll do it. It seemed like everything was fine but my gel manicure came out terrible. It looked relatively fine when I left but now there are ripples. This has never happened with a gel manicure. I did notice they were frequently using a polish shaking machine, so I'm sure their gel polish may be heavily diluted. The toes of course chipped same day but that's because they're regular polish. I'm just so surprised at the poor customer service and poor job.
