The host earlier had helped out by saying that he tries to let the kitchen know these things and help redirect how food is prepared, but they don't seem to be listening to him. Hope Big E gets on this, I would hate to see them have issues after an expensive (and COOL) remodel!

I heard the owner speak on radio (KFI) and thought he made a lot of sense and had a nice restaurant group. It just shows, he needs to supervise his staff demeanor at Ocean, and cleanliness at Willow. I could've ordered the identical pizza as before "8 inch Hot Honey Pepperoni with Sausage"- but she said I could order a 12" or 16"- I told her a 12" is fine and I don't need the Sausage added onto the pizza- I wanted to enjoy the Pepperoni by itself- bonus Pepperoni was the mini/cup size (my favorite). So granted initially the rating- didn't deserve a "5 Star".
