New pedals!!
Hailey G.

Something was going on with one of my tires and someone looked at my bike right away! I chatted with quite a few of the guys on the floor and they had wonderful suggestions and advice for not only my bike, but for a triathlon I signed up for. Couldn't recommend this place more!

cool people, very knowledgable, just good vibes all around. shoutout to Elliot for hooking me up with a nice new bike that will last me years to come. definitely recommend this shop for people in the Denver area.

New Trek!

Did my first ride with my new bike and it rode like a dream! It's my second purchase with campus cycles and I've had great service both times. Very knowledgeable and eager to educate. Kudos to Sam who helped me through half a dozen test rides until I found the perfect fit!

It is darn near impossible to find kids bikes in town right now but Campus Cycles has a fantastic partnership with Trek and a good supply of kids bikes! We found the perfect 24in girls bike! They dude a quick tuning job on it before we took it home, we'll get free adjustments and fittings for it as well as the option of upgrading to a larger size in the next 2 years. The team at Campus Cycles has been so helpful over the years with tire changes and tunings for our other bikes. They are always quick and super helpful about getting us in. Love this local shop!

Adventure Cycling is an outstanding local shop, and I'm grateful to live close by. I've purchased…read morethree bikes from Eric and his team, and every experience has been excellent. They're consistently helpful whenever my bike needs work, always professional, and always willing to take the time to make sure things are done right.

Disappointing experience. My e-bike got a flat while riding with my son in the trailer. I know it's…read morenot the best area but I was hoping to grab an employee to take a look at the bike and see what quick options I had. I am not sure which employee it was but he approached me and I asked if he could walk outside with me to take a look at the flat. Annoyed by the request, he asks me to bring the bike inside to take a look. While I know this may be the way to inspect a bike, I am carrying my two year old son, so I am not going to ask someone to watch him, nor let him roam, while I unhook the trailer and wheel my e-bike into the store. Anyways, he does come outside and seems to quickly turn more annoyed that I do not know the size of my tires or what the exact issue is. He curtly says I'd have to leave my bike with him as he can't do anything about it right now, plus he sprinkles in a mention of a $40 charge for work on an e-bike not purchased there. I clearly didn't have the means to leave my bike right then and there so I said nevermind, and asked if they had any suggestions for a quick fix in the meantime. "Nope" was the response I got. Great...thanks... By the way, there is a quick fix. Slime or FlatOut are pretty cheap products at ACE or Walmart to fix even a flat e-bike fat tire. I'd be shocked to find out this employee wasn't aware of that product. Even if it is just a temporary solution or not. Regardless of the lack of welcoming feeling, I thank you for making me look this up myself so that I could save money and won't need to return to this shop again.

I recently moved to Denver and have been searching for wide road cycling shoes. After doing some…read moreresearch, I decided that Lake cycling shoes could be a good option. While browsing the Lake Cycling website, I was directed, based on my zip code, to Tri Bella as a recommended retailer. When I arrived, the front door didn't open, so I had to use a side entrance, which led directly into the mechanic area. I stood there unsure if I should walk further in or wait. After a while, one of the mechanics (a tall guy) asked what I needed. I explained I was looking for wide road cycling shoes, and he suggested the Lake brand. I said that sounded great and asked if I could see some in person. He told me they didn't have any in stock but could order them. I explained that I preferred to try them on before purchasing especially since I could easily order them online myself, and the Lake website already provides detailed information. At that point, another mechanic, who had been listening to the conversation, chimed in and said, "Maybe Lake shoes are not for you." That comment, combined with the confusing entrance and overall unwelcoming experience, made for a very poor first impression. As someone who owns several bikes and is passionate about cycling, I expected a more helpful and professional approach. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning.

These guys are amazing. I was in the market for a new bike. I decided to get my fit done before…read morebuying the bike so they could tell me which bikes fit my body the best. Instead of trying to adjust a bike to my body. Charles did an extremely thorough job fitting me on the fitting machine. He then recommend three different bikes for me. I decided to purchase my BMC from Tribella, though there was no pressure to buy from them. They built my bike quickly when the bike arrived, and completely fit the new bike for me based on the measurements. After riding new bike for 1,000 miles (2 months) it developed a creaking sound. I took it back to the shop and John and James looked at the bike immediately, no questions asked about payment. They fixed the bike for free and were mostly concerned about me getting back riding my bike! They have been a great resource for finding essential bike gear (computers, etc.). If you're looking for real, experience bike technicians who know their stuff, look no further than Tribella.
