No idea where to go... at each entrance there are service stations where you may purchase your items or ask questions. I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

Sorry to do this but things are very different at Scheels than in the past…read more I spent 30 minutes in the Kuhl department and no one even offered help or bothered to say hello. (I had several questions) 10 minutes in golf department. Same story. 20 minutes in BBQ and the two guys there seemed more worried about the display looking great than offering help. I've always loved Scheels but I am very disappointed with the current lake of service or lack of. I hope things improve! (I only spent $250)

So when I had a friend mention Mago, I knew it was time to pop in. Situated in the massive shopping complex at Traverse Mountain (the one with Harmons) it's just a little pocket of outdoor vibe. The space is clean and flanked with racks on one side, and shelves on the other, with a few fixtures sprinkled in. I was here on an errand for someone, actually, so I came looking specifically for a long sleeve Patagonia shirt. They had plenty! They do feature a lot of Patagonia, Hippytree, Cotopaxi, and Naturebacks among others, including a few things with their own house brand. It's primarily clothing, and I didn't really look too much into the gear stuff. They had some nice sweatshirts, tees, and long tees. With those brands, you can imagine that they're not giving the stuff away. Long tees were anywhere from $25 to $50. That's about par for the course on the stuff, so not unreasonable so far as comparison shopping goes. I dig the vibe, I dig what they're into. It's a small store so you can pretty much peruse everything and see what they're about in one trip, but with changing inventory you have plenty of reason to come back again.

After spending an hour bouldering at Momentum this morning, I went to Traverse Mountain to meet up…read morewith Lauren and Macy, who were getting pedicures at Deluxe Nails. I met up with them, but noticed a store in the strip that caught my attention. They had Patagonia, Cotopaxi, and some other brands I recognized, so I ditched the girls and went over to check it out. This store is awesome! It has a nice vibe and a great assortment of comfortable and useful clothing, gear, bags, etc for outdoor types. Definitely has the mountain vibe that compliments the nearby mountain ranges! One of the owners, Amber, was super friendly and helpful and I really loved the selection of clothing and accessories in the store. If you are looking for a local boutique to feel the outdoor Utah spirit, MAGO is the place to visit!

Service is exceptionally good. Even if you have to wait they make you feel very important to them…read more Care about their customers & it appears to be the way they're treat by bosses. Large selection of clothing for both kids, ladies, guys. Very affordable too. Lots of items for camping trips plus snacks that are yummy. Must visit! Museum of animals & fish is spectacular.

The general manager Taryn Wright is…read moreabsolutely awesome to work with but the general atmosphere and morale of the staff in general is horrible. I was hired as a part time gun counter sales associate and I was working every single weekend, and just about 39 hours per week. I begged and pleaded for the management to make me a full time staff member, because I wanted nothing more than medical benefits. They kept rejecting me. I even had positive reviews for my customer service while working at the gun counter. I complained to management and was labeled as a trouble maker because I saw some gun counter staff just sitting in the back vault area watching Seinfeld. The gun counter staff then avoided me and made up a rumor that I told everyone to quit. Which is completely false. I had retired about 18 months ago and just wanted to do something besides sit at home. If I had told everyone to quit, why would I still be working there at Cabela's? During one single episode where I thought I had broken a gun case, I said beneath my breath, "I hope I didn't break this fucking case, because this customer is buying 3 handguns to hand down to his grandchildren." They made me write out a statement admitting to this and I had sincerely apologized to the one manager that overheard me. They made contact with corporate which is to be expected, then terminated me and said that I had used terroristic threats towards other staff. Did they go to bat for me? I lead the gun counter with Bass Pro Cards, did they take that into consideration? NO, NOT AT ALL! If they only knew the absolute truth on how bad the mole and the use of foul language is displayed at the store, in the break room and in general, every single person would be terminated. Sorry but not sorry now.

It keeps me warm in cool weather and freezing cold weather, but I'm also able to wear this jacket in sweatshirt type weather without overheating. So if you don't know by now, I love my jacket. The clothing line is kinda limited to jackets and warmer clothing, but they are emerging with shirts, shorts, and pants. However, their jackets are their bread and butter. They have awesome colors and different styles of jackets. Last time I checked they had some amazing looking, bright, 100% polyester hiking/running shirts for sale that I want to buy. Most down jackets come with a stuff pouch for packing and camping. Everything in their store has a 100% manufacture guaranteed: "We design our products for quality, performance, and sustainability. We will repair or replace any product we make with a manufacturing defect, free of charge." Service: A The store is great, with helpful employees. You'll probably be greeted and welcomed to the store and asked if they can help you with anything. When I bought my jacket the zipper had some issues so they took back my jacket after examining it and sent a new one to my house. Price: A- You might spend $100 on a jacket, but you will be warm and comfortable for the entire Winter and the Winters to come. I have other jackets, but I always find myself wearing my GoLite 800 fill down jacket. These product are 100% worth the price, I'd say you are even getting a steal of a deal. I am completely satisfied with my purchase, the price I paid, and how comfortable I am in my jacket.
