I only use this to look at pictures of food…read more So I walk-in and hear "WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU" and just by hearing it you could just tell it wasn't a friendly one. So I go ahead and explain that I wanted to return this helmet (bought it 4days ago and wore it 2x NO SCRATCHES OR DINGS). NOPE we can't! Instantly. Ok would you like to explain! "It's a liability and I can't resale it without a box" I say to They/Them/Her that It was a display and it was the last one of this size. "Well it's nothing I can do with it". Mind you this right in front of two customers that are renting ski's and they're looking back at her like "that's kind of aggressive". So I ask to speak with a manager to see if it's something They/Them could help with "IM THE TEAM LEAD TODAY" And she just walks away! So I just kind of stand there and look for any signs that say NO RETURNS ON HELMETS by the register or even by the helmet section or even on the receipt. NOTHING So while I'm standing there to let her finish up with the two gentleman renting skis. A guy from the back walks up "hey my man how can I help you" i explained to him the same thing i said to the lady. (In front of her while she's helping the guys. I didn't want it to seem like I was going behind her after she's said what she's had to say) She stops what she's doing and says he wore it and it doesn't have a box. The guy is genuinely trying to help with the situation (I honestly appreciate his efforts) and he says to her "You want to call THE MANAGER" to see what he wants to do" OK! They/Them/She says "yea, but I'm going into the OFFICE" lol I watched her walk to the back and They/Them/She broke the entrance of the office and turns around says (ITS A HARD NO FROM HIM) lol I just smirked and thanked the guy and walked out. All that to say, Zero STAR type of day! I'm not mad or upset about it. Just the Customer service from that one person was trash. Lol I'll definitely be back, I like the store overall. But if this is something that's policy you should definitely have it advertised or at least on the receipt. To let the consumers know that this is what they're signing up for. That's all, That's it. This year was my kids first year trying snowboarding. I am not a snowboarder so I had no idea about…read morewords like "goofy" footed or "regular" etc. long story short, my kids HATED going snowboarding this year because they just could not get it. Their snowboards were adjusted so that they were snowboarding "regular" and they kept falling and could not get it. We ended up going only 4 or 5 times because they hated it so much. Before the last day snowboarding my husband noticed that they were riding a scooter goofy and he adjusted their snowboards according to the right foot they should be on. Needless to say both my boys got it right away the last time we went snowboarding and they ended up loving it. I'm frustrated because we spent SOOOOO much money on skiing passes and rental equipment and it ended up being a trash Season because of AJ sports and their inability to figure out this stuff for first time snowboarders. I went in and complained and they guy just said, "we usually outfit up hints regular when we don't know" and I was like, "well you didn't this time. My husband had to adjust the snowboards himself. " and the guy just kept reassuring me that it was easy to adjust them had we known. I hate this place.

This place, though, is not owned by Snowbird, even though it's in the Snowbird Center. When I learned this, I thought "oooooooohhhhhh...that explains why these people were so much cooler".
