I was a bit nervous to order a bike online, but the team at Fezzari are top notch. They went over my measurements to find the right size frame. They explained how they custom fit components of the bike to me. It was very easy to text them with any questions There were some delays that were completely out of their control. I was worried because I ordered the bike for a trip. They were able to modidy my order and I was able to get the bike delivered before my trip so I could test it out. The bike is amazing!! After 3 back surgeries it felt great to get back on a bike again. When I'm ready for my next bike I will definitely be ordering through Fezzari! Super happy with my new Wire Peak Pro!! Customer service has really downgraded. Extremely difficult to get to talk to a rep unless you are buying. A bike I bought for a relative they have asked multiple times to replace a cover for the crank area and he has been repeatedly promised ands then ignored - still has a broken cover and broken promises to replace it and ir seems this bike is still in produciton. The customer service has gotten so poor I would reconsider buying more than the 5 bikes I have already purchased from them That kind of service - replacing a broken part and never coming through on replacement promises is unconscionable. Makes me feel sorry I recommended Ari because they lie and never give my relative satisfaction on selling them a replacement part for a broken cover. read more

Someone else on here shared that they waited forever to get their bike, I had the same experience. No updates on the bike for months, finally it magically is available when I call to cancel. The bike I got wasn't fully set up and in just the second ride the chain jumped between the sprocket and spokes, broke three spokes and bent the rim, hanger, and derailleur arm. Since then there has always been something wrong with it. I think I've been fixing/adjusting something every other week for 2 years now. It has ended up being an okay commuter bike (I ride about 4 miles to-and-from work every day) for the last 2 years, so it gets a lot of use. Maybe that explains the frequent troubles. 30 day "love it or return" a lie?.A friend from Utah suggested I check out Ari (fezzari at the time of purchase). After looking them over on the site I reached out. They were quick to respond, very helpful and informative. They guided me through the ordering process and I made my purchase. Bike arrived couple weeks later. Very excited to get it, I opened it up and found the that handle bar hardware was missing ( the screws that clamp the bars). I reach out to them Expecting the same lever of service. My mistake. Got passed around a bit and then someone said they would send them out. TWO WEEKS later, (i'm in Az and they're in Utah) the hardware arrived. Now i'm down to two weeks for my "love it or return it. I work and had only one weekend left to ride it. Not enough time for me. No extension on trial since bike sat unrideable for weeks. I reached out and said I wanted to return it (i'm sorry but two weeks for missing parts was unacceptable) they offered to send me a pair if socks and all communication seized at that point. While I still have and ride the mtb. And I will say I have enjoyed it. I will eventually sell it and go with another manufacturer. read more

I would never buy another bike online as long as I live. In addition, purchasing from your local bike dealer helps promote local business. This was such a enormous waste of time, not only did I have to wait several weeks to have my bike made and shipped to me, when I received it it did not work. They also claim they test ride all the bikes they ship, which boggles my mind because it should work upon arrival. Overall about 2 months of waiting and I never got to experience my " customized" bike. I returned the bike and they did offer me a full refund, but that also took another week. read more

Top quality bikes at unbelievably low prices. I just purchased a carbon frame fat bike which took only a week to arrive. Assembly was easy. What's also remarkable is Fezzari's customer service. I was advised every step of the way about the progression of my order start to finish. Let's face it, the frame is usually the only custom made part of a bike. If the frame is good the rest should follow because most of the components are found on bikes everywhere. So for me, customer service is a big factor in a bike company's success. First of all, I believe most of Fezzari's 5-star reviews are being left by local UT folks, and are more than likely being encouraged to leave a review when leaving the store. Unfortunately, once most of these people get closer to their delivery date, I'm sure their opinions and reviews will change as mine did. Several other negative reviews here share a similar story to mine as well. Yes, my first experience was great with Ricky, just like everyone else, but it has all gone downhill since then, with no end in sight. Please stick with me as I genuinely think after you read about my experience, you may have second thoughts about ordering from Fezzari. My original order was placed on May 15 and was confirmed the following Monday on May 17th. I was given an ETA of Late July - Early Aug. I ordered an upgraded bear bawl-free hub and had it shipped to Fezzari to have them upgrade the component when putting the build together. After I had confirmation from UPS the package was delivered, I had not heard from Fezzari at this point. I reached out to inquire about the package and they confirmed they received it. So, I also took the chance to ask for an update on the build, and I was told it was delayed to the end of Aug. No biggie, delays happen, right? Well, as the end of Aug approaches, I have not heard a single word from Fezzari. Therefore, I reach out AGAIN to inquire again about the delivery date. This time, I was given a link to go to the website about my order status (I guess they were tired of fielding so many questions about customer's delays). When I checked the link, it stated my build was now delayed to Early to Mid October. Again, Fezzari never mentioned this or reached out to update me. I had to find out myself by reaching out and checking this link. I immediately voice my frustration and all I get are excuses and apologies. But they sure did try to reassure me my bike will be built soon. Well, a few days pass, and I check the status link again. To my surprise, the status was updated to a sooner timeframe, early to mid-September. Awesome, right!? Well, not exactly. I think Fezzari intentionally did this to appease us that have been waiting and knew all along these builds would not come at this time. Why do I say that? Well, it is now Oct 2, and my status on the order page now shows the delivery window to be EARLY to MID November. Again, no communication from Fezzari, who has NO IDEA when their components will arrive from Taiwan and other countries outside North America. The only solution Fezzari has offered me for waiting 5 months so far is to pay $800 more to upgrade to a more expensive build that they coincidentally have in stock instead of mine. Go figure. To put the icing on the cake, I read a previous customer's review from 3 weeks ago who already has a Fezzari bike. It seems he reached out a few weeks ago to upgrade the fork on his bike. Fezzari told him they had nothing according to their inventory, but a lady magically walked back to their warehouse and found one for him. Crazy they were able to do that with the very "minimal amount of components" on hand, according to Ricky. I truly feel Fezzari does not have their stuff together and their leads times on their website are HIGHLY inaccurate. They know this and are trying to hide it by blinding the consumer with "over the top friendly customer service". Their communication has been terrible in regards to providing updates or even letting me know another delay is coming. At this point, I have waited so long, I will continue to wait for my build. However, if you are looking to get a bike soon, I would suggest looking at your LBS as more inventory seems to be coming in. If you stuck with me this, far I really appreciate it. I purchased a Wire Peak in July. I had an issue with the forks. They gave me "loaner" forks while they sent the damaged ones to SRAM just so I could keep riding. I had a separate issue with the frame and they fixed it no questions asked. Ta not that their bikes are poorly made, I'm just really hard on my bikes. I stupidly assumed that taking my Fezzari bicycle to the place that makes them would be a great experience with quality service. It was a 50 min drive out of my way to get there. If I was smart I would have gone to my local shop. They did not do a great job. They didn't apologize for their mess up on my tire leak (having switched to tubeless), which I had to make a second trip to get repaired. I had to ask for an incentive to ever return. They offered me a T-shirt; after that refusal, they only gave me a 20 percent off coupon for use on limited items for 30 day (most likely will not use). Well I tried to support local but it doesn't always work out. My next bike most likely will not be Fezzari. My worst bike experience to date. read more

I purchased my first Fezzari road bike about 10 years ago after doing a TON of research and have purchased several more bikes since. I've never looked back. Excellent products and simply unbeatable values. You cannot find better bikes at these deals, all comparable to the big names (which are all made in the same factories in China anyway). Just the components alone can equal the value of the bikes they sell without the frame. I just bought my first mountain bike from them this summer and got a ton of help from the local shop getting the right bike for the trails I would ride, and man I'm having a blast. Add that we have the luxury of having the factory here locally and there's no way I'd buy a bike anywhere else! This place is just awesome. read more

They were helpful and walked me through each step and made sure everything was handled correctly and as expected. I bought a wire peak, and something small, but meaningful needed to be fixed in the shipping. Two years ago I purchased a Fezzari Road Bike with a Carbon-Fiber frame and Shimano Ultegra components. Two months (and over 150 miles) into my ownership I crashed. Totally my fault. I hit hard enough to rip the Speedplay shoe plates out of the shoes. After replacing the shoes and plates, I hit the road again. But this time there was a once-per-revolution click from the bottom bracket (crank area). I called Fezzari for advice. They determined that the bottom-bracket bearing was damaged in my crash. They shipped me a new one free, 2-day air. They also sent the tool to change the bearing, and they sent me a Youtube video showing me how to change the bearing. 20 minutes after receiving the bearing and tool I was back in business. I have amassed over 1,100 miles on the bike and completed a Century. I would gladly buy another bike from Fezzari. read more

I had been shopping for a bike for quite awhile and was excited to find a demo on sale at Fezzari through their website that was exactly what i was looking for, but there was no photo in the ad. So I called and spoke with Jerad and told him that I wanted to buy the bike and asked if he could send me some photos. He told me that the bike was still available and was being gone over by a mechanic and he would e-mail me photos as soon as possible. About a day later I called back because I had not received the photos and spoke with Dev who told me that the bike was taken out on an event and he would make sure to send me photos when it returned the following week and PROMISED to hold it for me for purchase. I still did not receive photos toward the end of that week and called back again and spoke with Dev again who said that he would send them immediately. I then get an e-mail from Dev stating that the bike just came back from the event that day and someone walked in and bought it on the spot. He then offered an apology and would offer me a tubeless upgrade if I bought a new bike. After I sent him a reply stating my obvious disappointment that they did not hold the bike for me as promised, he came back with a different story that the bike never came back from the event and was sold while it was out. Once again he only offered me a tubeless upgrade which is no consolation when the demo bike was at least $2,000-$3,000 less than the same model new that I could not afford. I thought this was a larger reputable company that would have a customer service department that would be concerned about their reputation. However it is apparent that it is just a small bike shop with poor customer service!! If I can help it, they will not be getting many sales from the San Diego area. read more

I purchased a Fezzari Catania about 2 years ago. It was my second road bike but first real foray into road riding on a regular and more serious basis. I think it makes a great entry level? bike and have been nothing but pleased with it. I did a century ride last week in under 6 hours on it and felt great. All components have help up well. I swapped out for a different saddle and more recently upgraded the wheels but overall have nothing but great things to say about the bike and the service of Fezzari. I would buy another bike from them in a heartbeat and when I upgrade someday to a carbon bike it will be a Fezzari without a doubt! read more
