We had an issue with my sons bike and needed to get the brakes replaced after a month of having the bike. It was a warranty fix and so there was no cost to us but it took a very long time and there was zero communication. We had to call for updates and finally had to call and ask when it would be ready just to find out it had been ready for a few days but we had received no communication it was ready. That was a big disappointment and frustration.

I honked as i swerved to the edge of the road. I saw the driver look in the mirror, (he did not look before switching lanes) and saw me on the edge of the road and instead of returning into his lane, he acerated into the fast lane. Had I gotten my video downloaded before it looped I would be posting it for all to see. It does not change the fact that they have a rude/poor driver who is a liability to the company and a danger to others. I did receive a response from one of my texts apologizing for the issue but left doubts that it would be addressed. I raised my feedback to a 3 due to the communication.

There was one package price listed. I ordered them as such. I then received a shipping notification for the bindings with a separate price. I called immediately to cancel the order as I knew that having bindings mounted was not cheap. This was not what I budgeted for. I was told that everything was shipped, so the order could not be cancelled, but to call back when I received everything for an adjustment or to return the equipment. Btw, when ordering I was offered a 15% coupon, but then at checkout was told it didn't apply to my order. When I received the order, I checked with local ski shops and $100 was the lowest price I could find for mounting. I spent a half hour on the phone with a polite, understanding customer service rep inquiring about some type of credit. $25 was the offer. I pointed out how the ad was misleading, an offered coupon was not honored, and it would cost them more if I returned everything. I simply wanted at least half of the mounting cost reimbursed. The most frustrating aspect of this customer service interaction was that a supervisor will not get on the phone. The poor rep had to keep going back and forth. When she told me she could escalate the issue to a supervisor, I readily agreed, but she pointed out they would respond by email! THEY WILL NEVER GET ON THE PHONE AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE!!! Sorry, that's horrible policy and I would discourage anyone from patronizing this business.

Beware when ordering ski boots as part of a package deal…read more Be sure of availability of sizes of ski boots with a package your purchase. I returned my boots and wanted to get the next size up. Since there were none available in my size, I received a refund (based on package pricing (about $80). If I want to get a larger size boot, I need to select another model/brand and pay the regular (non-package deal price), which means will need to spend approximately $200 more for a comparable boot, not including the $44 it cost to ship the first pair back. I do not recommend purchasing boots if you are not absolutely sure of the size you need. When I asked about the return, customer service said "We always recommend to go in and try different boots on before purchasing online". I was never given (nor saw online) this recommendation.

Cannondale insisted on a Hangar 15 location for assembly, so I chose this one. The assembly was alright outside of one crushed cable leading to the headlight. The one thing I can't forgive is the process of dealing with that single issue. There are two lights on the bike: a running light and a headlight. This Hangar 15 location insisted that the headlight was disabled due to the presence of the running light. That didn't sound right, so I went back and asked again. During the follow up, the response was bizarrely aggressive. So, I read every bit of documentation on the bike and found Cannondale sucks at documenting literally anything about their bikes. Nothing in the documentation was useful. Contacting Cannondale was similarly fruitless. The Cannondale customer service email guy had no comment on the headlight/running light. I needed to get the cable to the headlight fixed anyway, so I submitted a warranty claim. Cannondale once again insisted on a Hangar 15 location, so I went to the Orem store. Those guys were substantially more professional. They were able to get a response from Cannondale. The running light/headlight dynamic relies on a light sensor. The headlight was just broken. All H15 Lehi had to do was call Cannondale, and they didn't even bother. If you want good customer service, this is the wrong location. Go to the Orem location instead. The Draper location is also probably better. I will never go back to Hangar 15 Lehi. (They get 2 stars because the documentation for that specific bike was so awful. Cannondale should be updating that particular section soon. Again just to be fair, I probably won't buy another Cannondale.)

He told me he was backed up by a week to which I told him that was fine. He then came over, immediately identified and showed me the problem, said he could fixed it and that he'd tried to have it done quickly since I assume it was an easy fix. We left and I got a text later the same day. I wasn't able to return until the following day (today). He welcomed my daughter and I in again. His youngest daughter was there with him and the 2 girls went to town playing while Eduardo and I chatted a little about his work and different things. I found out it's his shop and that he and his wife run it and a few of his kids help too. Anyway, I paid him for fixing my son's bike. A simple 35ish bucks and he told me I could probably send the receipt to the bike company (Guardian) and that they'd likely reimburse me the money I paid for having him fix it. I half jokingly said "well then you should charge more" and he replied with "we do alright and I don't like to double dip". I would have paid this man more for his service. He was pleasant, nice, very professional and obviously highly honest! After paying and getting the bike loaded back into my car he invited my daughter to stay longer to play if she wanted. I sat and watched both our daughters play for another 15 minutes or so. He and I chatted a bit more before we thanked him and his daughter and left. Please go to this man's store. He deserves every good thing in this world. Eduardo, thanks for being a stellar and decent guy!! We'll be back I'm sure. We like to break things.

Worse, the bike now only shifts through half its gears (it worked perfectly before), and the "repaired" tire went flat after one ride in my driveway. When I tried to inflate it, the tube popped at only **10 psi**, indicating a faulty installation. **Bike #2:** The experience with my wife's bike was even worse. The quote spiraled from a tune-up to a total of $365 as they continually found "new" problems, including issues with a derailleur that had zero problems previously. **Customer Service:** Jerry's communication style is aggressive and condescending. When I questioned the mounting costs, he used scare tactics, repeatedly telling me the bike was "dangerous" and "unsafe to ride" to pressure me into more repairs. When I tried to voice my concerns about being nickel-and-dimed during this three-week ordeal, I was laughed at and hung up on three separate times. I was even insulted personally when he told me he "would have never let his bike get this bad." This shop relies on upselling through fear and has zero respect for its customers. Save your money and go somewhere that values integrity and basic mechanical competence.

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. I have been dealing with Fezzari since 2009 when I bought my first bike from them. When I decided to buy my first road bicycle I began doing lots of research as far as which brand was best, what everyone else was buying, and who had the best customer service. I soon realized that making a decision on just those three items wasn't going to be enough. I needed to learn more about bike frames and components and I also learned that I shouldn't make my choice from what everyone else was riding. Since day one when I walked into the showroom to look at their bikes and learn more about Fezzari, I had a feeling that I was making the right choice. After 9 years and more than 15,000 miles on my Fore CR3 I am more certain than ever that I made the right choice in Fezzari. Their customer service, product quality, price value and their business model simply can't be beat. I am now (October 19th, 2018) the proud owner of my 2nd bicycle from them (Shafer GR Disc Endurance) and I LOVE it. The appointment to pick up my bike was awesome (as I expected). Every time I'm able to go into the showroom and talk with the team there, I am once again amazed at how incredible they are at what they do. I first ran into Fezzari about 10 years ago. I went to one of Trek's stores when I was going to buy my first road bike, which had a carbon fork, and they wanted $700 more than what Fezzari was going to give me for a full-carbon frame + fork on their road bike. So I went with Fezzari. I have since purchased 6 more Fezzari bikes for different people in my family, most recently for two of my kids. I've had road and mountain and loved both but started riding more mountain (it's what I love) and did a number of cross country races on the bike. I had an issue with my Shimano rear cassette and these guys took care of it for me. I can't say enough about how great their service has been. I'm a fanboy for sure. read more

Great concept and new location…read more These guys moved from a small leased garage to a much bigger abandoned business on the East side of Provo in 2016. They are a DIY shop where bikers of all ages come to buy, donate and refurbish bikes. First time going I spent three hours working on a used Raleigh road bike. There is usually 2-3 staff members around and one will usually greet you. The trick here is to Quickly ask questions, find a spot to work at and be patient. The guy working admitted that he wasn't very experienced but together we fixed the bad wheel. Spent about $20 for his assistance. A week later the wheel was off again. I brought it back (2 hours more) and worked on it with a more experienced guy. Spent another $20 Rode it once and off again. Recently found out that they gave me the wrong wheel. Went back but no wheel was available. Great concept and open on Saturdays. You can also donate used bikes here.

While on vacation in Utah with our car and two road bikes, we had a…read morevery serious car accident and our bikes flew off the rack and landed harshly near our totaled car. My husband had to spend four days at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo for broken vertebrae, ribs and sternum. I had to retrieve the broken bikes from the tow yard 2.5 hours away and then figure out how to fly back to California. So glad I called Hangar 5 in Orem! Preston Weeks answered my call/cry for help and graciously greeted me in my rental van with all the contents of our road trip including the broken bikes. He took the dirty bikes from the van and agreed to clean them up and inspect the damage, which allowed me to fly back to California with my husband. Two days later he sent us a detailed inventory of damages to the frame and components for each bike. Subsequently he meticulously packed up both bikes and parts at our request and shipped them back to us so that we could salvage all that was still usable. Since we are not local to Orem, it was exceptional to experience this level of consideration and service. All of you locals are very lucky to have such an amazing bike shop and team members like Preston Weeks to take care of your cycling needs. I highly recommend this shop and if we are ever in the area again, I will definitely be visiting Hangar 15. Simply amazing!
