Service meets expertise!…read more I'm a mountain biker that just got into road biking - I walked in here with about 2 dozen questions and in need of lots of help (and honestly lots of hand holding!); Cottonwood Cyclery absolutely exceeded my expectations. The lady that helped me fully dedicated over 20 minutes to walking around the shop helping me make a list of all the equipment, clothing, tools, and supplies I'll need for my newly purchased road bike. She also spoke with me at length about cleaning and riding techniques, as well as tips and tricks from her own cycling experience. She was also able to recommend a third party to properly fit my bike to me, which she uses herself. I didn't look around at the new bikes too much, but I did notice they had a selection of mountain bikes, e-bikes, and road bikes. They've got tools, bags, shoes, cleaners and lubricants, CO2 tire inflators, tubes, and everything else you'd ever need. They were out of a few clothing items due to shortages from high demand during COVID, but they were still able to provide recommendations about what to look for. That undivided attention was so valuable and helpful - I couldn't have asked for anything more than the experience I had here. This isn't the closest bike shop to me, but it is 100% worth the drive. AND I'd like to mention they are open an hour later than most other bike shops, which is so appreciated and convenient when I rushing to get some shopping done after my work day. I will undoubtedly be back for equipment, advice, and maybe a little moral support! Thank you, CC!

They made a fresh cut on the bottom to help with water uptake and loaded the tree into the car for us. Years ago we also bought a stand from them; instead of the usual pins, it has a single post in the middle of the well. Since their trees have holes drilled in the bottom, you just place the tree onto the post and you're done! It's so much easier than trying to twist the pins to hold the tree in place. Highly recommend the stand. They're also offering a special coupon for $20 off at Root'd across the street with a tree purchase!

A few weeks ago, I had a bicycle assembled at this place. My prior experiences had been largely…read morepositive or neutral. Cannondale insisted on a Hangar 15 location for assembly, so I chose this one. The assembly was alright outside of one crushed cable leading to the headlight. The one thing I can't forgive is the process of dealing with that single issue. There are two lights on the bike: a running light and a headlight. This Hangar 15 location insisted that the headlight was disabled due to the presence of the running light. That didn't sound right, so I went back and asked again. During the follow up, the response was bizarrely aggressive. So, I read every bit of documentation on the bike and found Cannondale sucks at documenting literally anything about their bikes. Nothing in the documentation was useful. Contacting Cannondale was similarly fruitless. The Cannondale customer service email guy had no comment on the headlight/running light. I needed to get the cable to the headlight fixed anyway, so I submitted a warranty claim. Cannondale once again insisted on a Hangar 15 location, so I went to the Orem store. Those guys were substantially more professional. They were able to get a response from Cannondale. The running light/headlight dynamic relies on a light sensor. The headlight was just broken. All H15 Lehi had to do was call Cannondale, and they didn't even bother. If you want good customer service, this is the wrong location. Go to the Orem location instead. The Draper location is also probably better. I will never go back to Hangar 15 Lehi. (They get 2 stars because the documentation for that specific bike was so awful. Cannondale should be updating that particular section soon. Again just to be fair, I probably won't buy another Cannondale.)

They explained how they custom fit components of the bike to me. It was very easy to text them with any questions There were some delays that were completely out of their control. After 3 back surgeries it felt great to get back on a bike again. When I'm ready for my next bike I will definitely be ordering through Fezzari! Super happy with my new Wire Peak Pro!! Thank you again to everyone that helped make it happen.

They were quick to respond, very helpful and informative. They guided me through the ordering process and I made my purchase. Bike arrived couple weeks later. Very excited to get it, I opened it up and found the that handle bar hardware was missing ( the screws that clamp the bars). I reach out to them Expecting the same lever of service. My mistake. Got passed around a bit and then someone said they would send them out. TWO WEEKS later, (i'm in Az and they're in Utah) the hardware arrived. Now i'm down to two weeks for my "love it or return it. I work and had only one weekend left to ride it. Not enough time for me. No extension on trial since bike sat unrideable for weeks. I reached out and said I wanted to return it (i'm sorry but two weeks for missing parts was unacceptable) they offered to send me a pair if socks and all communication seized at that point. While I still have and ride the mtb. And I will say I have enjoyed it. I will eventually sell it and go with another manufacturer.

He allowed my daughter to play with some toys he had in his shop while we chatted. He was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. He told me he was backed up by a week to which I told him that was fine. He then came over, immediately identified and showed me the problem, said he could fixed it and that he'd tried to have it done quickly since I assume it was an easy fix. We left and I got a text later the same day. I wasn't able to return until the following day (today). He welcomed my daughter and I in again. His youngest daughter was there with him and the 2 girls went to town playing while Eduardo and I chatted a little about his work and different things. I found out it's his shop and that he and his wife run it and a few of his kids help too. Anyway, I paid him for fixing my son's bike. A simple 35ish bucks and he told me I could probably send the receipt to the bike company (Guardian) and that they'd likely reimburse me the money I paid for having him fix it. I half jokingly said "well then you should charge more" and he replied with "we do alright and I don't like to double dip". I would have paid this man more for his service. He was pleasant, nice, very professional and obviously highly honest! After paying and getting the bike loaded back into my car he invited my daughter to stay longer to play if she wanted. I sat and watched both our daughters play for another 15 minutes or so. He and I chatted a bit more before we thanked him and his daughter and left. Please go to this man's store. He deserves every good thing in this world. Eduardo, thanks for being a stellar and decent guy!! We'll be back I'm sure. We like to break things.
