I just bought two electric bikes from eSpokes and they are amazing! Every time I go out on my bike I have sooo much fun. The best part is effortlessly shooting up a hill past some kids who look at me like I must be superhuman or something : ) There's no way they can easily tell my bicycle has a power assist mode. Too funny.. eSpokes have been really helpful and great to work with. I added a ton of upgrades, least of which were puncture resistant tires and inner tubes, vital I have learned, for cycling in the Salt Lake Valley. I can honestly say and you are going to think I am crazy for saying this, but buying these (easy motion) bikes from eSpokes is the best and funnest thing I have ever purchased!!! Electric bikes have come so far in the last couple of years, they look like mountain bikes but make cycling uphill a breeze and ride just like normal bikes on a level grade. I've heard some people say these are like cheating. In my opinion they are missing the point. Both myself and my wife go out on them a lot and get a lot of exercise because they are so fun. She can keep up with me and riding back up the hill is no longer a pain. eSpokes rock!!! read more

These guys are awesome. I've used them several times for tune-ups on my bike in the past three years. If I have something funky going on, I just take it in and they look at it free of charge. Last week I did something stupid and drove under a carport with my bike strapped to the top. It was the day before a long race I've been training for, needless to say I was devastated. I took it into Espokes and Dan took the time right away to look at it to make sure that it was still ok to ride. I seriously can't say enough about the awesome people who work there. read more

Trust me I'd love to give them a good review. Nice people but twice now I've been told specific dates that they'd have my bike repaired by and both times they've had to push the finish date back multiple times each. I should have learned the first time and taken my bike somewhere else. Hopefully you'll learn from me. read more

The guy knows his stuff about bikes and can compare and contrast the various models so you have excellent knowledge on which to base your choice. This is a huge investment so take advantage of his knowledge and go for as many test rides on various bikes as you need. BUT, once you've put down a deposit, don't believe anything he says about delivery times, etc. Although he says you'll have the bike in a couple of days, he really means a at least a week and even then, he'll tell you he's too busy to assemble it for you and it will probably be another couple of days. Don't make any riding plans until the bike is actually in your hands. read more

I went to eSpoke with a friend who wanted to see and test ride one of the bikes. From the moment we walked in, the greeting and assistance from everyone was five star all the way. The options were all explained in easy to under stand language without being all techie. We decided to take the test ride, each of us choosing a different type bike. Half way through the test ride we switched bikes so we both got to see which we liked best. I had no intention of getting a new bike, but I did! So did my friend! As soon as they delivered the bikes,(yes, they delivered them as we had no way to get them to the home) we took off on the most fun ride I have had in years. I am pushing 70, having the secure knowledge that I would be able to make every hill and make it home if I traveled further than intended, was a hoot! I live in Southern California on the side of a mountain and I am looking forward to getting my bike home and enjoy being able to ride again. eSpokes is the perfect e-bike store, whether you're an experienced e-biker or a novice like me. Dan was sooooooo patient and answered every little question that I had since I had never ridden an e-bike before. I was one of those people who wrongly thought they were like mopeds. It wasn't until I took a turn around the parking lot after Dan's super helpful instructions that I finally understood the amazing logic of the e-bike! I particularly appreciated the e-boost later that night when an unexpected rain storm came through when I was still a few miles from home. I was never so happy to be able to hit a button and be able to bike home faster! eSpokes is also great for regular bike accessories. I got a very cool lock there as well. read more

I stopped at eSpokes while I was killing time waiting for a friend. I was greeted warmly and then they graciously explained electric bikes for me. They have a great selection of bikes, from the basic Pedego to EasyMotion to Kalkhoff. They explained the pros and cons of each and offered to let me ride but I had to meet a friend. We went back the next day to ride a bike because I just wanted 'to see how they rode'. My friend and I both bought a Pedego comfort cruiser. Once you ride the electric bike you are sold. The electric bike puts the fun back in bike riding by taking away the worries of hills and going too far. I thought I would like the pedal assist capability but I actually preferred the simplicity of the throttle. They delivered the bikes to my house. I couldn't wait to ride around the neighborhood.
