I shopped around a lot before pulling the trigger. 2) I was fully expecting to have to put it together from scratch but they pre assemble and tested it before they ship it in a larger box where they do a great job protecting it during shipping. The day I received it I got to ride it since it took less than an hour to put the minor pieces on. Remember you need to provide your own peddles for the nicer bikes like this. 3) Nick kept me informed via email and I asked him to make it tubeless. Which he did at no cost (so I didn't even need to put on the tires). I had the bike in about 7 days after placing the order. I've been riding this bike for over 2 months now pretty much every day. The best part is effortlessly shooting up a hill past some kids who look at me like I must be superhuman or something : ) There's no way they can easily tell my bicycle has a power assist mode. Too funny.. eSpokes have been really helpful and great to work with. I added a ton of upgrades, least of which were puncture resistant tires and inner tubes, vital I have learned, for cycling in the Salt Lake Valley. I can honestly say and you are going to think I am crazy for saying this, but buying these (easy motion) bikes from eSpokes is the best and funnest thing I have ever purchased!!! Electric bikes have come so far in the last couple of years, they look like mountain bikes but make cycling uphill a breeze and ride just like normal bikes on a level grade. I've heard some people say these are like cheating. In my opinion they are missing the point. Both myself and my wife go out on them a lot and get a lot of exercise because they are so fun. She can keep up with me and riding back up the hill is no longer a pain. eSpokes rock!!!

This is what i got typed up…read more I went there to have my bead set using air compressor after converting my new bike to tube less. The nice gentleman was happy to Help but after a few tries come to realize that i needed to re tape my rims. I asked him if he could show me what tape i needed an he gladly obliged. Being my first bike i have ever own i was happy for the professional insight. Unfortunately when i got home an went to retape my rim i realized the tape i was sold was not the right size. The following day have brought back my purchase and asked if I could get a refund an if I could just pay them to tape my rim. I was met with hostility and aggression from a guy named Chad and was told that this was my fault and that I should've took the tire off the rim before asking them What size tape I needed an its my responsibility to make sure im buying the right stuff. Even though the whole reason I came, there was to ask for insight I would not recommend this to nobody. I truly felt unsafe an then when i tried to take my tire else where he would not let an when i asked about a price he would not give me one. Kept saying dont worry we will make it right while refusing to give me a refund for the wrong parts they sold me. I did get my stuff back an would not ever go back
