No idea where to go... at each entrance there are service stations where you may purchase your items or ask questions. I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

(I had several questions) 10 minutes in golf department. Same story. 20 minutes in BBQ and the two guys there seemed more worried about the display looking great than offering help. The salesperson, Aimee, after understanding what kind of hiking we were planning to do proceeded to measure not just the length and width of the feet but also the arches sitting and standing revealing a small pronation in one foot. She then suggested an insert to Provide support and resulted in complete relief from the rubbing and pinching experienced when trying on various boots.Aimee then proceeded to recommend a boots explaining the different design details between the companies. It was an awesome experience by an exceptionally knowledgeable employee who was truly interested in getting you the right fitting shoe.

Russ, the owner I believe, is dishonest you will never see your custom order product. I ordered a wave longboard a month ago which has not even been made yet, I think. The time I reached out, he said he was waiting for the artist to send them back. (He takes forever to reply and his communication is short and incomplete. ) costumer services sucks in this regard. I reached out to the artist directly and found out that they hadn't received any new blank decks or return labels from Russ to send to me, and didn't appreciate their business being represented that way by Russ. The artist offered to send me one of their own decks, however, it wouldn't have trucks or wheels. I don't think the artist is lying as they've been responsive and showed me their communications. I think he is slandering the artists business this way- which I believe is illegal too... I don't mind the time it takes for a custom project to be made, I get it's a lot more than just send a mass produced product. That's fine. Even though, the website claimed ten days.. What I do mind is the lack of communication, transparency, and how he blamed his negligence on someone else-the artist. They did not attempt to right their wrongs. And,have yet to receive a refund from them. I will probably have to go through the annoyance or disputing this with my bank. Buyer beware.

Email sent, a week passes. No contact. Resent email. No contact. Called but no one answered. Left a message. Repeat times 3. Finally take time to go to the store. It really shouldn't be this hard! The good. Meleik was very understanding and reached out to his team. Despite no response to him, he was able to find a part to resolve the issue. Took 5 minutes to replace the part. Kudos for the service rendered by Meleik. Five stars for resolving!
