Received a call Saturday that it was finished. I picked it up and took it home. However when taking a closer look when I got home the entire bike including the drivetrain was still quite dirty. It was not terribly dirty when dropped off but it looked no different as if it hadn't even been wiped down. The drivetrain was also not adjusted. It was having similar issues I was having before the tune (not setting properly on the largest cog and not shifting smoothly). It appeared as if this was not addressed at all. The wheels were also clearly not trued. I took the bike back in as I was concerned that if these didn't get done, other things might not have been finished as well. The technician checked the bike back in for me and mentioned that the drivetrain was clearly not adjusted properly nor were the tires tried as he immediately went to work on them. A technician called me in two days to let me know the bike was done. I picked it up with a note that stated no other issues were found. I am still not convinced that half the work I paid for in their nicest tune was actually done. Even if "no other issues were found" was the work I paid for that isn't as easily inspected or an obvious "issue" actually done? I am unfortunately led to believe that they check a few boxes and turn bikes out the door as quickly as they can. The staff is very kind, but sadly I don't think I will be returning or recommending them in the future.

I noticed the rear disk hydraulic brakes weren't working at all. I looked at the hours of Hangar 15 bikes. It said they were open until 7:00 pm. I realized if I hurried I could get there by about 6:30pm I got down there and they were able to fix the brakes by adding brake fluid in under 10 minutes. it was almost completely empty. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. I will be taking all my future bike repairs to Hangar 15. All the employees are super friendly. It's a great place for bike repairs and new bikes.

Worse, the bike now only shifts through half its gears (it worked perfectly before), and the "repaired" tire went flat after one ride in my driveway. When I tried to inflate it, the tube popped at only **10 psi**, indicating a faulty installation. **Bike #2:** The experience with my wife's bike was even worse. The quote spiraled from a tune-up to a total of $365 as they continually found "new" problems, including issues with a derailleur that had zero problems previously. **Customer Service:** Jerry's communication style is aggressive and condescending. When I questioned the mounting costs, he used scare tactics, repeatedly telling me the bike was "dangerous" and "unsafe to ride" to pressure me into more repairs. When I tried to voice my concerns about being nickel-and-dimed during this three-week ordeal, I was laughed at and hung up on three separate times. I was even insulted personally when he told me he "would have never let his bike get this bad." This shop relies on upselling through fear and has zero respect for its customers. Save your money and go somewhere that values integrity and basic mechanical competence.

I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them.
