I came in wanting to purchase the 2024 Wayfinder that was on your website at $10K less than the manufacturer's price but was very put off by the salesman, Glen something. Can't remember the guy's last name. He was so obnoxious and acted like a know-it-all that I asked to speak with the general manager who was not any more friendly or helpful than the salesman. Enough cannot be said about how great it is to have this rv business in our community. We bought our very first rv from them back in 1989. Since that time we have had three motorhomes and have taken every one of them to Stewart's for repair work. Their service dept is top notch, true to their word and work hard to resolve repair issues. I bought my toy hauler 2 months ago from Stewart's rv the sales guy was awesome he showed me all kinds of toy hauler and regular trailers he did try and pressure me at all. When I picked up my trailer I was show how to use it and told at time to winerize the trailer come back and they would do it at no cost to teach me because I never owned a trailer. So today I went in to Stewart's rv and the told me I would be charged $110 I explained what I was told and the young lady looked and acted like I was lying. She made me feel horrible she had bad customer service skills. read more

Purchased a 2015 Travel Trailer from this dealership in April this year. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this dealership. Working with the sales staff was relatively easy. A lot of phone calls and emails and we were able to get the deal done. We purchased here, because there is only one dealer in Colorado that sells this manufacture and they weren't willing to deal. Only thing about this dealership is they will take cash or certified check, but no out of state checks. Understandable to some extent, but when you are purchasing a brand new off the line product and are paying cash, it shouldn't be that difficult. We have purchased new vehicles and wrote the check on the spot without any questions asked. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Had our trailer in the bay hooked up and washed when we got there. 10,000 times better that the previous dealership in ID. I will highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking to purchase a travel trailer. read more

I've used Stewart's RV for repair and maintenance on our trailer for several years, even though I didn't purchase it from them. They have always done top notch work. But I wanted to share the latest experience that once again proved their commitment to customers. When camping I had a problem pop up with my hot water system. The day after our camping trip I took it in to be serviced. It was very apparent from the number of rigs and people there that they were swamped. I went to the counter just to make a future appointment. The counter assistant suggested I take a minute to speak with Chris (I hope I got his name right), the services manager, to see if he had any simple fix suggestions. Chris had a queue of folks waiting to talk to him. I waited my turn, and despite the chaos of the crowds, Chris was cheerful and calm. I explained the symptoms I experienced. Chris said, "I know exactly what's wrong." He then explained what the problem was and the simple fix that I could do. Once I followed his instructions, all was well. Stewart's RV could have made me wait several weeks for my appointment, and made some money off me resolving the simple problem. Instead, they were more interested in helping me get past the problem so I could more quickly get back to enjoying the use of my RV. Chris chose customer happiness over profit - commendable in this age. As a result, Stewart's RV will continue to have my business for years to come. They are great. read more

Was traveling out of our state over the 4th of July and had an issue with our slide on our RV. Called all around, including a large chain that we are members of and was told that there was no service appts available until 7/17....NO help there!! When we called Stewart's RV, we transferred to their Service Mgr, Alan Lovelady who listened to our situation and said we could stop by and they would take a look to see if they could get us back on the road? Amazing...someone out there cared! We actually arrived sooner than expected, but Alan had his Tech look at it right away. The Tech, Bryant, diagnosed the issue and repaired the slide so we could get on our way. It was late, so Alan let us dry camp at the facility. Talk about exceeding a customer's expectations!! We normally do not write reviews, but how could we not for this amazing company! They dealt with our situation with caring and integrity which is very hard to find these days! read more

Purchase, price and selection was a very good experience. However, the service side was aweful! Lost appointments, not listening to issues, not calling me when in doubt, no communications. I lost all the respect I had for them. No one likes driving down to their shop multiple times because of their issues. I would not recommend them to anyone, since service is a VERY important part of a RV purchase. read more

Normally I have had a pretty good experience with Stewart's. Lately the customer service has really gone downhill. Usually I get help when I go in there and feel comfortable asking questions. The customer service makes paying a few more bucks for some stuff worth it. This time my experince was different. I Stopped in to purchase a carbon monoxide detector. Found the model I needed on the shelf and asked if they matched online prices. The girl at the counter responded nope and kept on typing on her keyboard without giving me a second thought. She didn't even try to talk to me or even look at me. She seemed like I was really putting her out to interrupt her with such a question. Normally paying a few extra bucks isn't a big deal, but this was almost 30 percent more than amazon. It is too bad. Most places will price match and those that won't need to have stellar customer service to make up for it. No one talked to me until I asked a question and then I got treated poorly. Amazon got my money instead of the local business I wanted to support. :-( read more

Stewarts RV absolutely made our Vacation!!!!!!!! We started our vacation on Friday to Yellowstone, and Saturday morning we lost the power to our slide out. It wouldnt come back in. We decided to continue on our vacation with it not working and pick up some tools when we got to Yellowstone to do some Research and possibly fix the issue... After 4 days with no slide out and the potential of not being able to use it for another 15 days, we happened to be driving through Provo on our way to Salt Lake and saw ORV Timber Ridges in a sales center of the highway! We took the turnover and decided to see if they could help us with our slide. The worst that they could say was no, and we would continue on our trip with two adults and a dog crawling over each other for the next 15 days with no slide out! THEY DIDNT SAY NO!!! They Helped US!!! We couldnt believe it!!! They sent 'BRYANT' out to trace out the possible short in the wiring for the slide out! 3 hours later BRYANT fixed it!!!! Replaced the wire that the manufacturer installed which had shorted out. In talking with Bryant while he was working on our slide out, he mentioned 'I get goose bumps when I'm able to figure out the problem and fix it!" We couldnt have been more happier! Bryant is the type of people that are irreplacable! He took the time and didnt give up!!! He made our vacation and then the Service Manager took our information and submitted it as warranty work... Couldnt believe it, we were expecting to pay lots of money ... Stewarts RV is absolutely the place to go to get your RV's serviced. And Bryant is the Guy to see when it comes to Electrical !!! We are so totally impressed with the customer service that we received at Stewart's RV! Kelsie is the sales person that assisted us and she was able to answer all of our questions and she was so kind and easy going! She gave us space when we needed a moment to come together on a decision, she was right there when we were ready and she took us quickly through the loan application process! We also had a great experience with the sales manager, the finance manager and the general manager! We felt like everyone bent over backwards to help us get on the road late on a Friday afternoon so that we could take off for the weekend! We also met Chris who is over the parts and accessories department and she too was fabulous! On top of great customer service we also enjoyed the cleanliness and the entertainment provided for our children as we went through the process of making a purchase! I brought in a tent trailer to be checked out. The person who helped me was very disinterest and not helpful. I am a 50 year old grandma and had my 5'1' daughter with me. I told him I would need help getting it unhooked because of a broken part and he stood and watched me and my daughter struggle to unhook it. When we picked it up, again no help. They showed us where it was and asked us to hook the chain back up when we left and went back in the store. They were very unfriendly and not at all helpful. When it comes time to service another trailer or to upgrade this is not where I will be going. I have never been treated so poorly and then to have no one help me when I specifically said that I would need help because of the broken part. read more

Great service, great people. They've done several trailer repairs for me, and they always do a great job and are incredibly timely.

We bought a used 2016 travel trailer in Oct of 2018. Keith Christofferson was our sales person, and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and uses absolutely no pressure tactics or tricks. He was also very good to get back to us and follow through. We had a list of a few minor issues that needed to be fixed or addressed before we picked it up, and every one of them were handled. In fact, we saw that it had a mounting bracket for a gas grill outside the trailer, but no grill, and found it was probably an option that the previous owner did not have. Keith arranged to give us a brand new one at no charge that fit it perfectly. I have owned trailers for over 30 years so I figure I am fairly knowledgeable, but when we picked it up a few days later, a service person named Dan took us on a very thorough and detailed walk-through, and showed me things I had not known before. They hooked everything up to my truck, and we drove off very happy. I highly recommend Stewarts RV for both sales and service. read more
