Easton Bitter (Sales) was our salesman and he answered all our questions, did research when we called with follow-up questions, measured things for us and helped us know our new trailer quite well before we even took it home. Jeff Andersen (Sales Manager) and Mark Black (General Manager) introduced themselves and offered any support we needed. Ryan Morris (Finance) went above and beyond to get us a good rate on our loan and explained the process so there were no surprises. When we picked up the trailer, Mike (Service) was very in depth explaining how to use the features of our trailer, inside and out. The overall process was very easy with no pressure. We felt comfortable that we got a good deal, but more importantly, we were very well taken care of with the time we needed to make decisions. We were told we were absolutely required to sign up for Bish Fix and provide them with our credit card or we couldn't have our trainer's warranty work done. Bish Fix requires you to be on the phone with a technician, whose schedule you at the mercy of, to diagnose your own problems and needed repairs instead of taking your unit to their location for problem solving and repair. This includes getting down on the ground or opening panels to access electrical and other areas. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service. We will never buy another trainer from Bish and we will not take our trailer there for future maintenance or repair needs.

The "four hours in your driveway" was me transferring all my belongings from my old RV into this one -- the slides were briefly pushed out and back for about fifteen minutes while it was sprinkling. I was given an approximately 3-mile test drive, which did not reveal the problems I discovered on the 12-hour trip home. A professional RV inspector confirmed nearly $7,000 in needed repairs. Slide seals don't fail after a single road trip, nor does an awning suddenly let daylight through after one week. I did call for help and when I didn't get a response, I texted. Your answer was to scold me for texting and tell me to email. When I asked for a refund after learning the true extent of repairs, your response was essentially "too bad, you bought it." Yes, there were no smells, rust, or leaks, but I was repeatedly assured this RV was in "pristine condition." That was false. I have not been able to drive this RV since I purchased it. The initial title work they provided was defective and took months and many threats to get ownership issues resolved. The batteries were all bad as well as the converter which had to be replaced. The unit had been used by Clay's family and the holding tanks were full of .... The tires were 9 years old and also needed replaced. The cab was detached from the chassis which I did not discover until later when I had a chance to use it after all of the required repairs had been completed.

I completely agree it will never be worth what you originally paid but i cannot express how insulted i am and how sorry i am i ever purchased from these crooks. this goes to show how ripped off i was and what they truly paid for the trailer when they originally took it in. i feel sorry for anyone that trades in there RV or buys from these guys. i know i will never purchase from here again nor will i recommend these guys to anyone.
